Loved this tire shop UNTIL NOW. I ve spent near a thousand dollars here.I was working in TN when I found a bubble on my BRAND NEW tire (maybe two weeks old) called the shop to let them know and the they said to return it when I got in town for a refund.Today, (two weeks later, I m back in town and they seem to not remember) they say it s due to an alignment, (which I ve never denied me needing) but will still replace it. I m not sure what happened in the conversation but he changes his mind and says never to come back, they don t refund liars, and says he never offered a refund.The owner is incredibly rude so he gets it back.Changes his mind again, but then saying I need to pay for labor, (I let him know I don t need the labor bc I have people to do it) but he wouldn t let me get my replacement without paying them some kind of money, meanwhile he says $100 is nothing to me, I have money ***as if taunting his customers about pricing and money he or I have.To respect his wishes, I will never be back :) sad to say how many people I recommended here

Called ahead to make sure they had my tires (its a standard size but it s a small shop and I am poor so I wanted to make sure some were available that weren t expensive) and they did! I showed up and I was out within 25 minutes. I felt like I was on a race track with how fast they replaced my tires. I got 4 tires and had them rotated for $220 even (tax included). Luis (manager?) told me I had 25 days to bring it back if anything went wrong. I ll definitely be back, and be recommending them to others!

GO TO ROGER S!! They will take care of you. They will NOT rip you off. Their prices and service are beyond fair and reasonable. You can sit in your car while your service is done!!! Incomparable. Fast. Best Prices in town.

Super helpful, been here twice. The first time I came in on a rim he fixed my wheel. The next day the tire was flat. They fixed the tire again at no cost. My second time I came in with the rim alone with the tire measurements. Hooked the tire up along with the rim. Excellent service. Used tires after taxes are 61 not too bad. I recommend this place. Plus it's a small business.

Great quick service. The guys over at Roger s had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. This was after Mavis Tire said they couldn t patch it. Mavis didn t even look inside to see how large this puncture was. Rogers quickly opened it up, inspected and patched it. Will recommend them to any friends and family in the area

Came out to my car today after work and noticed my tire was nearly flat. So I went to a gas station to put some air in it, which did not solve the problem. I had intentions to go to Mavis since they were the closest and stayed up late. Get to Mavis to tell them I think I had a nail in my tire and wanted it checked. The manager told me that he didn't have time and asked if could I leave the car and come back in the morning. Keep in mind it's 5 pm, so I wasn't able to do that. So I hit Google and came across Rogers. The service was quick and Luis, who I dealt with was very polite and thorough. They patched my tire and I was in and out in maybe 15 mins. I see people complaining about them not having wheel lock/ lug nut keys. I suggest that you have your wheel lock key, I had mine and didn't have any issues. I would use them again and recommend them as well.

If you want positive, fast, and affordable tire service, go to Roger's! The auto specialists are consistently kind, making you feel cared for as a customer. Each time I've gone, whether it be for a simple tire diagnostic or a nail removal, I've been in and out in 10-15 minutes. And the price is unbeatable -- for a thorough nail removal, my total cost was $20 USD. Roger's also checks and fills the air in your tires for free, which has been a lifesaver on several occasions. Invest in this local business!

Great place to come I could ve sworn I thought I was on the Indy 500 they had my car in and out in less than five minutes ! Reasonably priced tires just in case any of them have nails in in the tires usually range depending on the car anywhere from 30 to 100 bucks. Sometimes you may get lucky and score a whole set !

If I could give them 10 stars I would! They ve worked on my 99 Ford Explorer and my 21 Tesla Model Y and both times did an excellent job. Treated both cars with care, patched a tire within 15 minutes, and made sure all my questions were answered. Also the price was super fair! After Firestone absolutely destroyed the lugs on a different car, Rodger s is the only place I trust for tires on my cars. And they are just about the only place well staffed right now.

Just called only had the tires 20. But instead of me coming and showing my statement were I payed and when he says I might have hit something. Sorry but both tires dry rotted. I posted pictures. Don't buy there used tires they claim are great they have been in the shop way too long. They better hope I make it to Shelby county and back. If something happens to me because they don't want to replace it they won't be around much longer

I have found myself with multiple tire issues over the past few years and while it s always inconvenient, the staff at Roger s make the experience almost a pleasure. You feel like you are pulling into a nascar pit crew. I have never waited more than 5 minutes and the prices and work are top notch. I highly recommend Roger s to everyone I know.

These guys are awesome, pulled up 1 min from closing desperately needing a new tire. They were already packed up and ready to go but saw my tire and got to work. 5 mins later had two new tires on my car. Not my first time using them either, always a pleasure doing business with them.

I went and got two tires installed that I had already purchased they charge $30 for the install and balance the service was great I came back two weeks later and was quoted $35 for the same service. I asked the reason, and was told it's whatever the manager says and that was the price they were charging for the day I asked for a price list he said they didn't have one, $5 isn't much but it seems like whoever works on your car charges what they want. I didn't get my service done here this time, I went to a shop that had a price list posted that was not too far away

I got a couple of tires put on by two different guys at the same time. I sat in my car while they put them on. They weren't very gentle at all with my car. I was shocked and nervous about saying anything. After I drove away, my tire sensor wasn't reading. I figured it just needed resetting and overlooked it. Now this is where I made a mistake because I overlooked it for three months thinking it just needed resetting....its a Mercedes and has resets most places don't know how to resolve. I work so much I rarely have time to think so yeah,my bad, I should have went back IMMEDIATELY. Anyways, I go get an oil change and ask them to reset the tire censor only to find out when Rogers tire changed my passenger side tire, they broke my censor. It would be $300 for a new one. I called them that day and they found my ticket BUT said there's nothing they could do because it's been too long . No accountability. Just got wrote off. Not to mention, they left a gash in my rim and tried to play it off like it was already there. Go somewhere else..

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEAs a new resident in the area I was looking for places let s sell used tires I came across Rogers Tire Shop 40 33rd Ave., South here in Birmingham, AL 35222. I recently purchased a tire from this location and not even having the tire that long I ll call the location and asked them their policy on tires. I was giving buy one person 14 days another person 20 days no one at that location is on the same accord. So I proceeded to take the tire back yesterday to show the gentleman exactly what s wrong with the tire. He proceeds to tell me that my car has an alignment issue. I informed him that my car does not have an alignment issue. I drive the car daily I think I would know if the car need a alignment it will be pulling to either side.. then the worker becomes irate and rude then he tells me I need to run the camera back to take a look he proceeds to go into the office to look at the camera and I go in as well he gets to the camera system just clicking the mouse then he states I ll just give you your money back. Giving the money back wasn t the issue I just wanted to tire to be replaced. Then he goes to say that I m trying to get over on people by bringing a tire that they didn t give me I have the receipt and the location on the car where they place the tire with that being said he told me to NEVER COME BACK TO THAT SHOP AGAIN.. I ve patronized these people For various things but as a paying customer I get treated like this. It left a bad feeling that Id they did me like that they would do someone else like that. He was very rude and as a paying customer I m very disappointed and upset on the treatment that I received from this location. I asked to speak to the owner but was given the run around. I WOULD NOT Recommend anyone to spend their money with this people. Something needs to be done about that.. THAT IS CALLED POUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONCE AGAIN WARNING COMES BEFORE DESTRUCTION. Consider yourself being WARNED. I would still like to speak to the manager in regards to this matter cause of how the situation was handled.

I was traveling from North Carolina to Texas and got a nail in my tire half way through. These guys were the only place open after 6pm and as soon as we pulled up we were greeted, they looked at the tire and told us they would patch it. We were back on the road in 20 minutes and made it home safely on that tire. Awesome service, awesome guys.

Car started vibrating on a trip. Happened to be coming through Birmingham and came to Roger's Tire Shop. They found the problem immediately, got us a new (to us) tire, and suggested how to get a manufacturer's refund for faulty tire. Super nice, helpful, and affordable.

All tire shops in Birmingham told me there was no hope and I was on my last dollar and rogues helped me out at 6pm at night, there a blessing!!

I called and asked the gentleman on the phone about two tires he said that for two used tires it would be $120 when I told him I could get a new one for $50 at Walmart all he had to say was well go to Walmart then with an attitude.. very unprofessional and if they're that way on the phone I would hate to see how they are with customer service in person or if you had a problem with your tire.

I love the professional and friendly Staff at Roger's Tires in Avondale. If you need new, used, patched, or your tire plugged etc, go to Roger's.

Roger's staff is always professional,courteous,fast. I've used them since they opened. Oh,btw,prices are always fair.
