Fritz @ Pro Tow is one of the best tow truck drivers I ve ever met! He was extremely professional in assisting me locate my car! If I am ever stuck on the side of the road with car troubles I will definitely contact Pro-Tow

To the tow guy, Allen C, today. You were here in 10 minutes for my husband after dispatch. You offered to help put in the alternator but neither your truck nor the jeep had tools. You bent over backwards to take care of my husband today and it did not go unnoticed. THANK YOU. I'll forever recommend Pro Tow to anyone and you'll now be first on my list if I need you again. (But hopefully not) For the bosses reading this, he needs a RAISE!!

0 stars. How in the world do yall open after everyone has to go to work and close before everyone gets off. Then want to charge the extra after we called to ask could we pick it up that day the man said yes. We get there literally 10 mins later and he says we have to get it the next day and pay 30 extra dollars. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I would give them 0 stars if i could. Had no choice but to use them again when my car stopped in the middle of the road. They said they were 20 minutes out and it took them 4 hours ! After a hour they said they have to prioritize police calls before us. Then after another 2 hours my dad called them. Told them how would you like your daughter being on the side of the road waiting 4 hours for a tow truck that said 20 minutes?? They sent him to another worker and they said there was an miscommunication on someone's end... I do not recommend these people. Just horrible !Got in wreck. Police called them not us,, said they had to tow to the lot which apparently they could have towed it to the house like we wanted. Driver was nice but they are wayyyyyy over priced. Charged 60 overnight after wreck and $230 to bring to my house less then 6 miles away. Also charged $270 to tow to the lot that was 4 miles down the road. Save your money. Call someone else. Also took me about 5 phone calls to get ahold of the place as they kept hanging up on me.

Ricky and Allan were both life savers after my cars alternator went out in the middle of traffic during rush hour tonight. Ricky showed up quickly to get my car out of the road and into a safe spot for free with the complimentary road side assistance while Allan showed up promptly to tow the rest of the way. Both of them were very funny and nice and made a really terrible situation not so bad. Would recommend!Service: Car towing

The staff was great. I called and dispatch was positive and forthcoming with rates and expectations to when my vehicle would be picked up. I was able to speak with the drivers and coordinate a pickup time. Upon arrival the guys were really friendly and positive. I found this to be comforting considering my mind was concerned on pending mechanic bills. Once the guys had me hooked up I called back in and payment was accepted over the phone. I hope I never need them again however I ll know who to call if I do.Thanks! - Jordan

I had a great experience with this service!!! My car wasn t running right which already put me in a bad mood but when I called, the driver called me back shortly and told me he was on the way. When he got there (George) he was very polite and did not overcharge me at all, like some of the other reviews I ve read. Then he took it to the dealership and dropped it off and gave them the keys and everything they needed to contact me all without me ever having to go up there. Great service and I will definitely be using them every single time if this is the kind of service they continue to offer! They definitely lived up to their professional name, in my opinion.

George arrived to my vehicle in less than 15 minutes (before I did) and was friendly and professional. I was parked in a weird spot, but it didn t take him long to maneuver around and get my car loaded up and we were on the way. I found his manner nice, he did a great job for me and the price was reasonable. I recommend without any reservations.

I was stuck at work and couldn t get to my car to take a look at it or get it to the mechanic, but I knew it wouldn t crank and couldn t wait until I got off. I used Pro Tow based on a recommendation but wasn t expecting anything great. The guy saw it was a small issue ( just a loose battery connection) when he was hooking up and fixed it right there! He didn t charge us a thing but Pro Tow will be getting many recommendations from me and will be getting all of my business should I need a tow in the future! Very friendly and helpful!Services: Battery service, Local hauling

Great experience on Saturday with this company. Had to pick up on I-65 and the driver was extremely helpful and informative on the best way to get our vehicle safely onto his truck and off the highway. Highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Pro-Tow! They were very prompt and professional. I encourage that they be used for all towing needs. Many thanks go to Mica, he is very respectful I consider him a good friend. He even invited me to his church! How great is that. They are my best towing experience thus far.

Our truck broke down in Hoover early one Sunday morning and had to get a tow back home to McCalla. The driver who came was very professional and polite. He took very good care of our vehicle. We did have to wait awhile for them to show up, but the said he had been extremely busy that night and was apologetic for the wait. I would recommend them.

Car engine died and called to get my car towed. They told me someone would be right over, waited for over 3 hours and no one ever showed. Tried calling and no one answered. When I called the first time for the tow, the lady was extremely rude.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

My grapple truck broke down only 2 miles from where it was going. I called pro tow and they gave me a price of what it should be to go that short distance. After they delivered the truck they told me it would be 487.00.I will not be using this company ever again.I ve never been charged that much for such a short distance. They just saved us! Enclosed tailgate trailer lost a wheel on the highway and sheered the lugs off, so they had to pull it up on a rollback. From call to driveway in 2 hours. (We live in Pelham and were driving home from T-town when it happened.) Called AAA and a couple of other companies close to where we were broke down before calling them and no one could help. They'll be the first call next time. Thank you so much!!

Well it was mostly a problem getting the release of my vehicle from hoover police department that was such a hassle and then of course more days cost more money and its ridiculously expensive. The whole thing is really just a big racket.

Everyone I dealt with from the person answering the phone, to the driver, and the Supervisor who hand delivered 2 signs for our neighborhood property, was very polite. They gave me all the information needed without having to ask. Great experience.

My Tahoe was stranded in a parking lot in Bluff Park and wouldn't start. I needed a short tow to my house in Homewood where I could work on it. George called to let me know he was on the way. He was very pleasant, good sense of humor, professional, and did good job. He unloaded my vehicle perfectly in my driveway. I couldn't ask for a better transaction. Thanks George.

Mannnn Nate D. Is the best. Very professional and understanding. I was in a bad mood, I got rained on. JUST A HOT MESS TBH. But Nate came right on time and quick I probably wasn t even waiting ten minutes. I m going to make sure that I refer as much as possible. Thank you NATEEEEE D.

Got into a minor accident at the entrance of the subdivision where I live. Pro-tow tried to charge me $375 to bring my car to my drive way. I understand making money but that is a complete crook behavior.
