Got me in and out for an oil change when I was in a hurry to hit the road. Did multiple checks and fluid top off to ensure I was safe driving. Multiple customers came in when I was there and you could easily tell they had all been there before and were comfortable with whatever services they were getting. Would recommend

Staff is always friendly and professional, and service is always fast. They offer recommendations but not in a forceful manner. I ve never had a bad experience or any service issues and I ve been going here for a few years.

Super horrible experience with this store. I went in for an oil change and the mechanic refused to change my oil because he says my car needs others repairs but can t tell me what the other repairs are. I know for a fact I need an oil change desperately. He says they don t want to be liable if something happens but what happens if the engine goes bad because I can t get an oil change. My car has been serviced there before and there was no issues receiving services when my dad took the car earlier this year. Don t take your car there if it isn t in perfect condition.

Both my brother and my neighbor both came in for just an oil change and both vehicles left with issues that they did not have before they changed the oil!!! I do not recommend you carrying your car here at all! They are some dirty mechanics and will cost you more money for stuff that was not wrong with your car prior to taking it to them....... In response to your reply.... Y'all denied tearing up both vehicles as y'all always do here in the reviews.... And I will never come back to y'all because do mess people's cars up and lie about it here to make y'all look better!!! But more people will find out that THIS location is messing cars up!!!Service: Oil change

My coolant reservoir had to be replaced. My temperature light warned of a problem. Precision replaced it and checked for any leaks or other problems. I also asked them to change my oil. The employees, especially Mike, were very courteous and knew their stuff. I am a retired senior and their price was very reasonable.

I ve been here twice now and have had good experiences both times. They tend to stay very busy, but always do a good job of being timely for being so busy. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, they took the time to go over my cars issues with me and were very respectful. Will be coming back again for sure. Especially as a woman, I appreciate being shown respect in the auto industry. We like to learn about our cars and how to keep them running too!

I started taking my vehicles to Precision several years ago and i don't trust anyone else to work on them. They are knowledgeable about diagnosing issues and have great rates, quick turn around and a very friendly welcoming staff. Love the lady at the front desk! I highly recommend them if you want fast, competent and affordable service.

This place has poor service when it comes to fixing what needs to be fixed on your car they fix it enough for you to drive off then you try to get them to recheck there work they tell you you have to start the process over again with paying for a Diagnostics, so i went some where else to find out they did not fix the problem I had to pay to get the same problem fix called Corporate they will not reach out to me at all

I always get my oil changes here, and they have replaced my radiator in my Jeep. Each time I visit, I have a great experience. This happened quite a while ago, but a friend and I were taking about untrustworthy mechanics and I recalled this experience and felt the need to write this.I took my car to this business because of a loud terrible noise coming from underneath the dashboard when the A/C is activated. I'm not car illiterate, so I knew this was a blower motor ($60-80 part + labor). I even clarified to the gentleman that the A/C worked well just that it was noisy.After observing my car for less than 20 seconds, he tells me that my A/C compressor($300-400+ part +labor) isbad, which is not only not making the noise, but it's driven by the belts on the front of the motor and is nowhere near the dashboard. I was in disbelief that this guy would so brazenly attempt to lie and swindle money out of me. I hope the business has gotten rid of this guy, cause I advise everyone keep their distance from this place so long as their employees treat their clients like this.Service: Air conditioning

My mother just went to Precision Tune of Homewood on my recommendation. She had been given a diagnosis and quote from another local shop that seemed questionable. The other shop was correct in their diagnosis and fair with their cost of repair for replacement of the radiator reseviour. The manager of Prescion Tune and his crew were promt and spot on with their diagnosis and repairs. This shop and it's crew treated my mother fairly and respectfully. I highly recommend Precision Tune for all your auto service needs. Thank y'all for getting my mom back on the road.Fenn Spencer

I went and got an oil change on my 2021 vehicle on Tuesday and noticed Wednesday my front emblem was hanging off I go back they got to tell me that they didn t break it, nobody else has been under my hood or I haven t gotten a car washed or etc. they claimed they wasn t going to replace it and they didn t break it I work 12hr my car sit all day so it broke on it s on, I wouldn t never in my entire life come back again or refer anybody back here, told me to call corporate I asked for everybody names that s was working he ignored me and didn t give me the employees name! Bad business I want ever come back here ever

Precision Tune is always my go-to for oil changes or automotive issues. They get you in and out quickly, are always polite and professional and are the most affordable auto repair shop I've found in town. Highly recommended! A+*2022 update* Just had them diagnose and pressure test my AC. I thought it was a bad compressor but turns out only needed to recharge the freon. Now it's blowing ice cold and cost me less than I expected. Love the honesty at this place - it builds trust when a mechanic could up-sell you a compressor but instead gets you out the door paying less and running great. Precision Tune continues to earn my trust.

I have had the oiled changed and some minor work done multiple times and have been impressed each time with how straight forward the mechanics have been with me. Even to the point of helping me decipher options for doing the work myself and working with auto parts stores when necessary. Definitely recommend.

I only take my car here for oil changes even if I have to work out of town and have to wait to get it changed when I get back in town. They have the best customer service around and let me know promptly when anything needs to be addressed when/if they find something but aren't pushy about getting me to fix it. The best part is the price by far. They have the best price for an oil change and vehicle inspection in town. I will always take my vehicle here to be serviced. I highly recommend this place.

Sure, they were nice and did the work, but when I got my itemized receipt checked by an independent mechanic from a different garage, their prices were way more than what should have been charged. The biggest one being that they charged for taking broken parts off, which is part of the work that goes into fixing it and would not be charged elsewhere (which was confirmed by another trusted mechanic my family has gone to for years). Get a quote and get it checked by someone else before you agree to the work.

Firestone messes up my car so I had it towed to Precision Tune and Jeremy was at the front on the phone helping me since I had to Uber to and from work. He was very professional, understanding, even said they fix a lot of Firestones mistakes. He had my car done in 3 hours. Once I got off work my car was ready to go on Friday for to have it over my Birthday Weekend! Thank you all for making a lifetime customer out of a disgruntled Firestone ex-customer. (Firestone told me to tow it to Tameron Honda, which would have been thousands, I have used Precision Tune before and had it towed there they got me fixed up for $350.) A+

Really competitive rates which is great if you are a student or budgeting ( and I am both). They were also able to see me on short notice. They're incredibly thorough and found a few things that could've been problematic down the road and even showed me the problems that were talking about. Got oil change, brake pads, and tune up. Showed me the seal on my radiator cap was cracking and where my water pump was leaking. Will definitely be using them again.

I took my Subaru in for an oil change. I asked them to look at the brakes to make sure they were good since it had been awhile. The guy told me I needed rear brakes, and offered me a good price. I could not afford it at the time, so I waited. In the meantime, I spoke to a co-worker, who said, "OMG, don't go there! I was there really recently and overheard the employees talking about one of the guys there who was so bad and told people they needed work they didn't need done, and were joking about it.!" So I took it to another place for a second opinion, and they said I did not need brakes! So buyer, beware. I put one star because I had to put a star to post this, but I would not put any stars if that was an option!

Seems I'm not the only person who's gotten ripped off at this location. I was charged $800.00 for a Brake job. I paid because I was told my brakes were at 10% and having started a new job across town, I didn't want to take a chance to continue driving on them. The staff was super friendly as long as they got their money but, when I called the next day to inquire about how they price their parts, of course nobody knew anything. I left my number for the manager to call me back, this was in September, 2015 and I still have not received a call. I also reached out to corporate and they informed me that it's out of their hands because each location is independently owned, but they would however forward my complaint/ info on to the regional maanger, who I have yet to hear from. I have no problem paying for services rendered, but I do have a problem when businesses are shady.Do not go to this location.

They replaced the transmission in my 1995 Dodge Ram. Very professional with quality service, honest on cost, prompt on repair time and kept me well informed on the statues of my vehicle. Shop was very clean. Nice to have an honest mechanic shop in the area!

Very horrible service after my radiator was replaced. I was told to continue to put water in my car which I shouldn't have had to do that if it was replaced with a brand new radiator. For the price I spent it better have been brand new. Smh waste of money and drive and my car is still messed up. Never again will I ever visit this location or any of them because of this bad experience.
