This is the best collision shop in Birmingham, Al. They are the most caring, nicest people I have ever dealt with. They really care about your vehicle and work their hardest to fulfill your needs to get your vehicle back into shape. The owner Phillip is one of the most respectful, well experienced business owners I ve come across and he really cares about his customers and that is an amazing thing in this world today. You can trust this company to get all your needs handled and make sure your car is what you expect it to be and better. I brought my car here in July to get it fixed and they have done the best job ever helping me even with the horrible blue fire insurance company I had who didn t want to fix my car. They helped me get a total loss package and made sure I received what my car s worth and value and did not let me settle for less. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone in this area, they have really made this experience stress free.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Words cant say enough how I feel about this place. Was browsing on the internet and find their place. The service is Genius, very friendly and professional. Phil the owner went above and way beyond. Used PC for collision repairs. Phillip and family did a wonderful job on the repairs and it looked like nothing ever happened to my car. They ensured everything was right. Had a small issue when we picked the car up and left the garage at the end of the day and they opened right back up and handled the issue and ensured training would be given for future prevention. Easy to get in touch with. Deborah called every Tuesday and Thursday with an update. Another lady did too. Phillip was very kind and explained things to us. You can tell it's a family thing and they do what they can to make it right. I would recommend them to anyone who needs collision repairs. Very nice atmosphere and nice people to meet and chat with.

First of all, the customer service is top notch. When you pull into the parking lot there's someone meeting and greeting you!! I loved that! I needed some body work and replacement of my front bumper. This was not insurance related. They told me the estimate of the work and it was quite reasonable because I'd checked with other businesses and they were higher. Phillip told me when to drop it off and I did. It was a fast turnaround and I was floored when I saw my CAR! He and his techs really did an EXCELLENT job! I would recommend Precision Collision to all my friend because they are the best I've seen in a very long time and affordable!Service: Body & Trim

I am completely impressed!! They paid attention to every little detail!! I was updated every week about the progress that was being made on repairs to my car and even when it took longer than expected they made the proper adjustments to make sure that I was a satisfied customer!! Got my truck June 30 and had 5 days to repair per insurance company and it s be well over 40 days and my vehicle is still not ready. The owner has a nasty attitude whenever I called about my vehicle. The secretary tell you she will call every Tuesday and Thursday with updates and she doesn t. She never knows what s going on when u call and ask for a update. Told me my car would be ready Friday august 6, 2021 and it wasn t and they also keep callingAsking for money to fix stuff unrelated to the accident. I would t recommend these people to a dog. BE CAREFUL OF THESE MONEY HUNGRY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

Shout out to Mr.Philip that do an excellent work. Me myself 100% recommend his services! He works in perfect ,perfection in painting cars ! He will leave your car, truck, or SUV exactly the right color what you want , and you can t notice the difference because of his profession is excellent!

I called and they said they could give me an estimate, I got there, guy said he couldn't give me one, I had to get in touch with insurance, hell ,I didn't know you needed insurance for estimate, but Serra gave me one, without deception, Don't go there.

Took my Lexus RX 350 in on 4/20. They got my car towed in that morning! Went above and beyond to get it to me by closing on Friday and actually stayed late to finish it for me! And cut a special deal for me to fix a few scratches while they were painting!
