I had a positive experience at Porsche Birmingham service center. Frankie is knowledgeable and kept me informed regarding the services that were being provided on my vehicle. The time-frame of work being performed was accurate and he was able to answer all of my questions.

Great service department. Easy to schedule. Greeted upon arrival. Services clearly explained up front. Communication updates during the day. Car ready by end of day. And had a loaner vehicle for the day to experience another Porsche model. Great experience and top notch people.

Great experience from service write-up, mechanic providing details during the process pickup when the work was complete. All round a great group of professionals who put the customer first. Would not let anyone other than Porsche Birmingham work on our cars.

I was impressed with the check-in and follow-up during my visit. Joel kept me informed of the progress of my service. I was greeted by everyone on the sales floor while waiting for my vehicle. Frankie was able to work me in to the schedule two weeks in advance. I brought my truck paid for then to see what was wrong they gave me a list of items I paid 2500 they test drove told it was good. Then I drove down the street and it s knocking under my seat as I drive I bring it back they say they know what happened it wasn t doing that before! And they trying to charge me $8000 for something they damaged on my car! Unacceptable

Horrible experience. For the following reasons:1. Had an appointment for them to check the car. Rather than check the car, they sent it over to the collision center to address outstanding damage from an accident. It sat there for a week before returning to the service center to address mechanical issues.2. All of my calls to the servicer: Joel Anderson went unanswered. I left numerous messages and he never called me back. Only in the rare occasion he answered could I get a status update. He would promise to follow up and get back to me, but never did. In fact, I had my wife call to see if he would pick B up the phone realizing it was a different number and he did.3. Upon picking up my vehicle, after paying $5,500 in repairs, I noted that: (1) the clock was not reset, (2) I am missing a valve stem cover on one of my tires, (3) there is a large gap mkgouge on the rear bumper (note that I had just had the entire rear bumper and fascia replaced from an accident just prior to delivery for mechanical work).4. I had breaks reworks on the front end and apparently they did not do any alignment following that as my car pulls to the right.I will never, ever, ever bring my car back for service to Tom Williams. This was an absolute horrible experience and I know of some local Porsche repair people that can do a much better job. Just because you are a Porsche dealer doesn t mean you can deliver on superior service.

Frankie was my advisor. He was fantastic as is the rest of their staff. My issue was taken care of in a timely manner and everything was perfect when I returned to pick up my car. Top tier experience in servicing.

Excellent customer service from the minute I entered the service area. Frankie quickly checked my car in and helped me find the lounge area. The service took less time than estimated which was a nice surprise. I was offered coffee and snacks while waiting. Frankie is the best! My car went in for an oil change and at the last minute had to stay in the shop for several days because of a tail light issue. Frankie went above and beyond finding me a loaner car when I desperately needed one for my my job! He really cares about helping his customers/friends! Joel very nice as was all but I asked that the oil be topped up as I am taking an 8 hour road trip after the dealership had put new tires on but oil level was the same as when I brought in!!! This is not acceptable when I spent overtime $ 2000 on tires and inspection

great service - they coordinated a windshield service with a third party vendor and were very helpful to ensure a seamless maintenance visit while also getting the windshield replaced. Very pleased with the customer service and communication.

My experience at Porsche Birmingham was great!! Frank was friendly, personable, and did his job well. I didn t have to wait much at all. I was in and out for both drop off and pick up. I requested a loaner car and that process was also fast and easy. I loved their system for communicating all multi-point inspection results via text. It was informative and very easy to accept or deny various recommended services. It made the whole process seamless and harassment free. My only complaint is the cost of it all (but, with a high end luxury vehicle, that s pretty much how it s going to be).Thank you for fantastic service, Frank and Porsche Birmingham!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I had a great experience with the service department at Porsche Birmingham.My wife and I were met by Joel and I explained that I changed my oil the day before and after stopping for my appointment in Birmingham I noticed a large oil spot below my motor. Joel had it taken back into the shop where Zach did a complete inspection. He could not find the cause of the leak but he did notice that one of the front drop links was missing a nut, but both needed to be replaced. Joel gave me a quote ti replace the drop links that was quite reasonable, but I decided to do the work myselfI ve had my car in the service department before and I ve always had excellent service. I m also a member of the Alabama PCA and really appreciate the support we get from this dealership.

I called to make an appt. and Service Mgr. Joel worked it in the same day!I also needed tire change outs and a rear wiper blade cover - and Joel worked those in too!It took a good part of the day to get all of that done - plus the inspection - and so my wife and I had some good quality time - talking and reading in your waiting room - it was some nice down time!Joel checked in on us and gave us updates and it was nice to get to know him and hear his story. He also took time to show us around and explain how custom ordering worked in the show room.Oh - and thanks for the software upgrade on the Cayenne! Ok, first off I had my car delivered due to issues with driving the vehicle. It remained at the shop for well over a month. I got the vehicle back and before I could pull off my check engine light came back on. I brought it to their attention and it was put back on the machine and I was told it was repaired and they turned it off with the wrong code. I was driving it a couple of days later and the check engine light reappears. I called the service guy Joel, who told me to come back and they would look into it. I went back, only to wait 5 hours and for him to tell me they didn t have the parts but they would order it, allow me to use a loaner when I bring it back, and he expects a loaner that Thursday. I called and called the next business day and left voicemail. No answer and no return. I continued to call the following day and finally got Joel who then told me he would order the part and it should be in that week. Now this is July 2023, but he sends me a text for repair confirmation as soon as we hang up the phone for AUGUST 22, 2023! I call back and he proceeds to tell me that will be the next time he has a loaner available and no one turned the loaners in. (Which I believe was a lie) I tell him, Forget the loaner. I just need my car fixed asap like you promised. On the day that he said the part will be in, I m calling and calling there is either no answer or the receptionist is sending me to the voicemail. Of course I m sure they have caller ID and the calls were being screened because what prestigious car company does not answer the phone? Finally, I get the receptionist and I ask for the manager and she gives me a name and transfers me Of course no one answers and I m sent to a voicemail. I leave a voicemail and ask him to please give me a call back. No return call. NOTHING! At this point, I m livid. Finally, Joel decides to call me back several days later with the part, saying it will only take a hour to repair and I m welcome to sit and wait. Did it take a hour? Nope. It took approximately 3 hours but the car was repaired and just sitting there. Terrible service!!!!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing
