Extremely rude and unprofessional lady that answered the phone. I asked simple questions in a completely calm manner to be treated with no respect and integrity has left a sour taste in my mouth about this company. Would definitely not chose due to the care of customers.

DONT DO IT!!Not helpful, aggressive and disrespectful staff! The man who answered the phone wouldn t give his name, of course- trash attitude.Don t get conned out of your money dealing with these rednecks.

The EMPLOYEE here was VERY kind and courteous with my 81yr old mother. I appreciate HIM very much. I truly appreciate that. God bless YOU. I pray for the manager.

I will never patronize this business again. I called and a woman answered the phone. She did not say her name. Her tone of voice was rude. She was not courteous or polite. She has a very sarcastic attitude. I think the Better Business Bureau should investigate the operations of this establishment. It s astonishing how in today s society(2023) people still have the mindset of not being professional in a business. SMH!

I was calling to see if you had what I needed in stock, hence the call and me not just showing up. Let me clarify what I was looking for. I was looking for one factory wheel for my daily commute car that had been dented from a pothole. I was already frustrated with the amount of wheel shops and junk yards I had called at this point and I just couldn't believe how rude she was to me. So I'm guessing if you need 1 factory wheel, don't call them...

HONEST BUSINESS! Women will be taken seriously & not ripped off here!!My sister went here to get her boyfriend s car serviced after another shop tried to sell her a hefty service she didn t need. This shop was kind, prompt, and took care of the issue.Trustworthy people!

Thanks to Birmingham my rim was busted Po-Boys tried to fix it but they couldn't but they did find me a rim and I would like to thank you for being so professional and affordable. I will be going back for a full set of matching rims first year.

These guys are the best. Had a cracked wheel causing it to lose pressure and having to re-inflate daily. Had it repaired in about an hour, which is quicker than I imagined it would be. A definite recommendation if you're having tire or wheel issues! Their showroom is full of nice stuff as well, you may leave with new wheels!

When I lived in Birmingham this was always my got to tire shop. They always took care of me. We moved to NC but came back to Birmingham to visit. While we were in town I had a bad tire and they sold me a new set mounted and balanced for a great price! On the way home we noticed the tires made a lot of noise. It was a couple months before my wife made it back down to Birmingham.I talked with Mike and Lee about the problem. They told us to bring it back and they would check it out. The noise couldn't be narrowed down so Mike ordered another set of tires and had them put on. No more noise! They are awesome people to work with and I'd refer anyone to do business with them!Thanks again Mike and Lee!

The guy behind the counter was very polite as well as nice. I think his name is Lee... My husband had paid for the tires and when I got off work. The gentleman knew exactly what I was there for.. great customer service.. Ms CoCo was very nice as well.

Was recommended this establishment by a co-worker. They changed 2 of my tires balanced and rotated them within 20 minutes of me entering their building the Day before a Major Holiday. Fast reliable work.

Been knowing the owner and or the this business for OVER 25 years. If you buy wheels in the greater Birmingham area i suggest Po-Boy's hands down. Its hard to find or do business in the ham with a place for OVER 25 years. Keep up the good work guys

They act like they hate you for wanting to buy rims and tires!!! Stay away from these 0% professionals!!!! And there's the nasty odor of prejudice floating in the air there...plus the 20-30% higher prices than most doesn't help. If the building collapsed the land would celebrate!!

Super friendly folks, clean shop, great price, and WICKED fast! I took one tour around the showroom and by the time I was done 2 tires had been mounted and placed in my truck for me. Great service!

Stopped by Po-Boys to get my rims repaired. One of the service member informed me that my rim was beyond repair since the rim seal had gone bad on my three piece wheel. They also informed me that if you get here between 8-11 you can get same day rim repair but; afterwards you might have to drop the tire off if its later than that time. Since I'm in town on vacation I had to buy new rims. I talked to Lee who helped me pick some new rims even gave me some recommendations on the type of tires and brand he trusted. I ordered some new wheels and had them installed in less than 24hrs. The rims were shipped from Atlanta but they have multiple warehouses that ship to them so keep that in mind if you plan on ordering new rims. Overall great service but you have to talk the guys so they know the service you are looking for. If I'm ever in town I'll stop by here for my rim & tire service or repair.

Best wheel and tire place I ve been to. Great service. Fast and better deals than most places you ll go to. Definitely hit these guys up. They will take care of you for sure.

I had 2 bends in my rim and I was told by several people that it could not be repaired but these guys were able to repair and at an affordable price. Highly recommend.
