Jordan is always a gem! Every time I have taken my car to be serviced, he has always used my first name as I walk through the door. It's a familiarity that you don't get when doing business anymore. That's the type customer service you wish for. As for their service under the hood, they have continued to take care of mine and my hubby's vehicle impeccably. Mr. Adrian was my technician this time and so far so good!

Jordan and his team were able to repair my mother in law's car while she was in town for a short amount of time at a fair price. They also ruled out an issue that another shop told us was a problem when it really wasn't. Great experience!

Love the owner he has such an amazing personality and spirit, i m a woman and normally get uncomfortable going to a mechanic shop by myself because i know nothing about automobile.He explained everything to me, didn t force anything on me. I definitely will make this store my go to shop! Also, fast service! Only took 45 mins to get 4 things done to my car!

I have taken my car to this Pep Boys several times and Jordan and his team are the best to work with. Car issues can be a very stressful time, but Jordan really makes the process as easy as possible. I have confidence that when I go to this location they will work hard to ensure the job is done right and that I am comfortable with the cost, while also taking time to explain any process I may not understand. I will definitely recommend Pep Boys to everyone I know. Thank you, Jordan!

I always have an awesome experience when I bring my car here! Jordan and the guys work fast, they're diligent and professional, and after my service they make sure I'm aware of any issues with my car to look out for next time. I'll be a customer for a long long time!

My experience with Pep Boys crew on Sunday was great. I did not get there names but they made me aware of things that was done to my care without my knowledge at the previous oil change place. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about what they were doing and what isn't suppose to be done. This location will be my normal spot of my oil changes. I appreciate those guys and they gave great customer service. Thank you.

The staff at the Pep Boys location in Trussville were very helpful and quick. I had an issue with tires and they assisted me with picking out the right ones for my truck and also inspected it to determine what was causing some other issues. As a result, they were able to diagnose the problem, replace my tires and fix the other issue at a very reasonable price and within a few hours. Jordan and his staff were honest and transparent about things that were not an issue at the very moment vs. things that needed to be addressed to keep me and my family safe while on the road. I ll definitely be going back.

I had purchased some pull off tires for my truck. The place I purchased them did not balance the tires very well. Pep Boys did a good job balancing my tires. The price was high but I think it s a lifetime balance and rotation. I may have to return there to have one of the tires checked. Not sure about the tire prices though. Like I said, I always buy pull offs. I save a lot of money doing that.

I received excellent customer service. I also liked the fact that the guys in the service center addressed me by my name. Each one was courteous and attentive. I was kept informed of every step in the progress of my repairs through a link and called when the work was complete. Thank you Pep Boys in Trussville, you are appreciated! Keep up the great work!

They told me it would be $78+tax came for pickup and it was $150+tax they stripped out 3 of my lugnuts and didn't even contact me then proceeded to charge me $17 per lug they had to replace without even asking or contacting me. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Jordan and everyone at the Trussville Pep Boys are amazing! Not only do they do amazing work on mine and my wife's vehicles, they are also very friendly and caring people. They will continue to have me as a loyal customer for years to come.

This place gets NO stars. Went in to get 2 new tires and alignment. The manager Jordan ok d his workers to falsify documents stating an alignment was done that wasn t. Less than a month later I had a blow out on the highway and even after calling cooperate they were NO help in fixing the problem. Didn t even give me a call back. After going to another shop and having them fix the problem that pepboys didn t 1000 dollars later. My car rides GREAT! This place CLEARLY doesn t value their customers. I wouldn t suggest anyone go to them!

My break lights went out. Stopped in a couple of hours before closing thinking I would have to make an appointment and they had me done in a very short amount of time and the price was beyond reasonable. My car is no longer under warranty so will not be making expensive trips to have my car serviced. Pep Boys are my go to for auto issues.UPDATE: Would love to be able to review every time but Google doesn't like that. Was just there Tuesday 1/30/2024. Other brake light went out and they were even better than last time. Absolutely will not go anywhere else unless it is something they say they cannot fix. Love that I also get a military discount. This is the Pep Boys on Edwards Lake Road in Birmingham, AL.

I m not even one to complain but the staff here is extremely rude and short with you. On top of that I came in a while ago to get my A/C repaired and it was back to not working, less than a month later. I do not recommend spending your money here.

I got the "full package" of work done on my car. I needed new brakes, front rotors, oil change, an alignment, and 4 new tires. They took great care of me and my car. Great customer service and quick turn around time. Thank you Jordan from Pep Boys!I have never had a bad experience with this Pep Boys. I will be bringing my other vehicles to have work done here. Best place in Trussville!-Jay

I'm unsatisfied with the service. I spent 700 bucks and my car still sounds the same way. My problem wasn't fixed like they told me it would be. Had to take it back the next day for them to really tell me that it's my transmission. I expected a diagnostic test to tell me what the issue was instead of going off the top of your head. Still took my 700 bucks. Refund needed. It wasn't the serpentine belt nor the tensioner pulley. That wasn't the problem.

I was on my way to a meeting when my check engine light came on and my truck started to stutter. I was able to make it to their shop and leave my truck while I ubered to my meeting. Being from out of town, I had my luggage with me and they offered to help me with my bags and asked if I needed anything. They diagnosed my truck and were super honest with us about the problem. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix the problem but did recommend someone. We ended up leaving the truck there for a few days and offered to pay them for taking up space. They refused to take us up on our offer. Couldn't recommend a nicer group of people!!! They helped make a super stressful situation less stressful and we are so grateful for their help and kindness!!!

Jordan and the staff at Pep Boys in Trussville, Al are the best in the business.I have been letting them take care of my cars for many years and always will.They take their time in exploring what issues you may be having and talk it over and explain everything to you in detail for what needs to be done.You will never find a more honest group of management and professional technicians anywhere.I m looking at moving about 30 miles away BUT will still bring my car to Pep Boys in Trussville.Thank you to everyone there for your hard work and helping me keep my cars running smooth.

Excellent service time in spite of being super busy both days that I visited the shop (without an appointment due to the visit being of the emergency variety, no less). Everyone was very polite and helpful, and very honest and upfront. They explained my options, the price differences, the difference in reliability and durability vs. cost for all of my options. They didn't talk to me like a child or assume that I didn't understand what they were talking about, and when I did have questions about a couple things I was unfamiliar with they just answered me honestly. I don't think I could have asked for better assistance, and I've definitely found my new tire and auto maintenance place. Thank you all again, so very much.

Excellent service. I was there for an oil change and the mechanic made it a point out some things that needed to be looked at down the road. I can really appreciate Pep Boys not trying to oversell me. AWESOME!

Very helpful staff. Got to car quickly. Considering that repair of car could not be due to engine failure, they assisted in helping find transportation to transport car and assisted in loading vehicle onto tow Dilley. Very grateful for their assistance.

Went in to get AC serviced.Needed freon and a filter.Few days later, needed to use the heater to clear up my windshield, nothing but cold air coming out.I know the heater was working before because I was using it to clear my windshield and also to troubleshoot the ac prior to the visit.

Only leaving 3 stars due to them attempting to help me out with my tire.Absolutely were rude AF.. I told em I had a nail in my tire and that I needed it fixed cuz its losing airThey tell me it has air in it what's the problem. I tell them again about nail. They say " Well we don't see One" I understand I came in the last 9minutes. I called before hand because they were closest to me. I called to give a heads up and to ask if I could come .. they told me yes and then tried to gaslight/make me feel like I was wrong about my tire.That is not okay.I do however appreciate them trying even though I had to stand my ground for them to actually LOOK at it.They ended up not being able to fix it and recommended I put on a spare or replace it. I decided it's cheaper to fix myself until I can afford to replace it I gave the gentleman that was actually working on the vehicle $5 as a thank you for trying ( and making sure my tire was back on tight for safety)but let him know I won't be returning due to how I was spoken to.I understand wanting to go home. My issue is with how they talked to me.

I have been scheduling an oil change for 2.5 years now. The synthetic they offer gets up to 10,000 miles, which is a value compared to some places that offer 2K miles for $40. The manager, Jordan, is always very friendly and helpful - remembers me even though I only come in every 5-7 months. When something unexpected comes up, or they find something expensively wrong, they've worked with me honestly on options. I've never felt cheated on money, service, etc. I really appreciate Jordan and his team.

Jordan Katzen and his team working on August 12th turned a horrible day into an amazing one. Not only was my service done very quickly considering the circumstances of my vehicle, but I was provided the kindest experience I ve ever had at any vehicular service center. Thank You! Thank You!
