Candace helped me out quick to determine I had a hole in my sidewall. Then we both agreed the tread was low on all the tires so she she hooked me up with a new set at a good price. Excellent customer service and knowledge of tires and services.

George has giving me the best customer service in the city of Birmingham. The cost of my service was fair and George would keep me up to date with update of my repairs. Now my car ride just like brand new!!!! if you need something for car please only see George He is the best in the city heck best in the state of Alabama

Got my tires replaced for a reasonable price and only took an hour- Keith is super helpful and got me in and out easily with no hassle! I would recommend this location to anyone who needs quick, worry-free car maintenance. Thank you Keith for your help!

I stopped to get a tire plugged. They told me that they couldn t plug it. They said it couldn t be fixed and I would need a new tire. Then, the manager proceeded to measure the tread on my other three tires. He said I needed new tires all around and it would cost me close to $1000. I asked them to just put my spare on and I would let my husband handle it. My husband and I took my vehicle to the tire shop we always do business with. Not only did they plug my tire with no problem, but they said my tires were good and would be for a while. Thanks, NTB for seeing a woman in distress and trying to swindle her out of $1000. The other place charged me $15 to plug my tire.

This shop doesn t know much about vehicles. My SUV was having trouble starting for 2 days before I brought it here. I thought it was the starter, but the lead technician told me the battery had a little low charge. I told him I don t think it s the battery because I had a nice one installed just 16 months ago. He told me the battery was definitely the cause of my problems, and a new $385 battery install would fix my issue. I asked if he was sure that was the issue and I wouldn t be stranded somewhere. Again, he said that s definitely the issue and I had no worries of my SUV no longer starting. So, I had the new battery installed. He also sold me on 4 tires and new brakes while I was there. While the brakes were 8 years old, I wasn t having issues with them. But, it may be time for new brakes. I left there with a huge bill (over $1900), and I couldn t get this vehicle to start the next day. I had to tow it to another repair shop where they told me it was the starter and replaced that part. It was the starter, and NTB sold me a $385 battery I didn t need. It s quite amazing how they were so confident in their lies. So, pick one of the many other options for vehicle repair around this location. There s no wonder the NTB waiting area is run-down and looks like it hasn t been touched since 1998. Broken TVs and coffee makers. They do nothing for their customers except sell them unnecessary, overpriced parts.

Do not go here. I just tried to buy tires for my truck. I said I want 4 new tires. I am not concerned about price. Can you show me the tires you can sell me I want to see pictures. No. What. No. We cannot show you. Whoever owns this company just lost $700 in tires. The management is lost. I wondered why the parking lot is always empty.

I had Service at this location and George gave Exceptional service!!! He went over and beyond. Something that is extremely rare these days. I will come back over and over again and also tell others about the Great service that I received.

Candice at NTB was great to work with and really kept my best interest as a customer in mind. I m from out of town but if I lived in the area this would be my go-to shop. Quick service, was in and out for a tire change in less than 20 minutes.

I went in for an oil change & rotation before a trip and learned that my tires wouldn't have made the trip. George was able to provide a great deal on the tires and the services necessary. He went out of his way to get the job done quickly and exceeded satisfaction.

PSA: you can t trust the reviews here they re paid for. Candace tells you she will give you a $20 discount if you give her a good review on Google. I first thought, fine, whatever. I just need to get a battery and be gone. But then, they charge $150 labor to replace a battery, which is ridiculous. If you go up the street to AutoZone the battery cost slightly less and they replace it for free. Someone from NTB is welcome to reply here if they think any differently. But the rest of you should know this practice is a real shame.

Serious need of tires. My car was wobbling something serious, but not to the song, lol. Keith and the team were excellent! Very courteous and helpful. Handled the task at hand in a quick and professional manner, all the while with southern hospitality. A definite recommendation to the Hwy 280 location in Birmingham.

Used twice for tires. Appointments are easy to make. They bailed me out one of the times by seemingly being the only place between Atlanta and Birmingham to be able to get my tires within two days. They aren t pushy on extra services and make quick work of the task at hand.
