I came in to get my brake pads changed. Service was fantastic. Customer service was just as good as the actual service. I highly recommend. Ameena helped me figure out everything I needed as far as what I needed to get looked at as well as helped me save a lot of money. I appreciate the excellent service.

Very professional and nice... After calling several places for my starter repair... Theirs was the most economical...and if I didn't have the funds to cover the repair they offered a company that I could pay monthly.. yeah it was a win win.

Professional, courteous, attentive service. They listened to my concerns, did a test drive and accurately diagnosed the problem. The issue was repaired in a prompt and timely manner, and at a reasonable cost. Great Service! 5-Stars all the way.

I had squeaking and squealing chirping sound from under the hood of the car. The problem was taken care of ino time. The S belt needing replacing. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to the dealership! The owner is professional and provided great service. The customer service was outstanding and service was done in a timely manner. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. The mechanic team fully described what they needed to do and made sure I was comfortable with the decision. Great shop and this will be my go to place for any service!

I took my 2011 Range Rover to New Metro to get my suspension service and let me tell y all I was NOT disappointed. I was quoted $1200 LESS than the Land Rover dealership quoted me and my suspension was fixed within a week. That s sooner than the dealership said they would release my vehicle.The staff was honest and friendly and kept me updated the whole time. I would definitely recommend New Metro to anyone looking for a great repair shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I ve been here twice. Each time I ve been the service was excellent. New Metro Auto is a great place to get an oil change, replace door, and tires mounted. Mr. Ward is a very knowledgeable mechanic. I would have to say this is one of the best automotive shop in Birmingham. Each time was a great experience.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I have an 09 Maxima and most mechanics either acts like it s soooo hard to fix simple things on my vehicle or it s to complicated because they have to do so much to fix one thing. I was referred here by my husband and one thing for sure they have alway always fixed my car in a timely manner and fixed whatever issue was going on with my car with no issue. I wish I knew EVERYONE who had car trouble because I would surely recommend Mr. Tavares Ward at New Metro Auto Service. His personality is just outstanding, he always in a great mood, greets you with a smile, he is courteous and kind. I would always do business with this young man who has this five star customer service.

I ABSOLUTELY refer this business for ANY car needs!!!! T-Ward is so patient and listen to your needs. Everytime i have called for my car services he always get my car done in a more than timely manner. I respect this black business owner cause times ive been in crunch he has allowed me to work out comfortable payment options to fit both of our needs. I would say you will not find another honest person than Tavares. Thanks so much for always taking care of me and my family car needs. New Metro Auto Service has to be the best mechanic shop I've ever used. I have used them on numerous occasions for many different Automotive issues. My first encounter with team they took the time to fix a mistake another mechanic made which saved me a trup to the dealership. Since then I've had a transmission changed with this group, your common brake and oil changes, as well a fuel pump installation. Every time Mr. Ward and his staff are not only professional they're also courteous. I've never had to leave an automobile overnight, and my job is always done in the time frame that Mr. Ward gives me. I would recommend this autoshop to anyone who has an automotive issue. If you need it fixed and if you need it fixed right this is the place to go.

***HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDI took my 2007 Ford F-150 in due to it would not start and T Ward (the owner) and staff did every thing they could to find the problem but was not able to resolve it, after a week of not locating the issue, I took it to the dealership who also was not able to find the problem quickly, but to get back to New Metro Auto review, the staff was great they did all they could do and although it was not repairable they did not charge me for the time they used to try and locate the problem, THIS IS UN HEARD OFF WHEN IT COMES TO MECHANICS & SHOPS SO I WAS SHOCKED AND HAPPY THEY I WAS NOT CHARGED A DIAGNOSIS FEE, THIS SHOWS THAT THIS SHOP IS HONEST AND VERY RELIABLE BECAUSE THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED ANYTHING AND SAID THEY DID ANYTHING TO TRY AND REPAIR THE CAR.... I AM YELLING AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS FOR YOU TO PLEASE GO HERE AND HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED BY THIS SHOP THEY ARE THE TRUTH AND HONEST HARD WORKING MEN... My 1st service: alternator replacement. My 2nd service: brake pads & rotors. 3rd service: gear sensor replacement after damaged by debris on a highway. Most unique is that each repair was completed THE SAME DAY and over a 4-6 hour span. I was in awe each time the owner or staff member called indicating my Ford F150 truck's readiness. Equally astonishing is my learning from Mr. Ward his ability to honor new and used car existing warranties as an ASE Certified mechanic. Wow. You will enjoy these guys services too.... and particularly their very, very competitive prices.Call Mr. T. Ward and team today. I bet you will feel compelled to write a Google post for your experience(s) here afterwards too.

Many of us had been trick by a mechanic and you don't trust them. Well, I took my car, New Metro Auto Services, Tavares Ward did an excellent job also he is fair on the price. Hands down the most knowledgeable and professional. Mr Ward is honest and extremely dependable. Service is completed in a timely manner and I found the pricing to be competitive if not better.
