Napa you came thru for my family!! I grabbed these lights because they were on display and I thought, these will make great stocking stuffers for my husband and brothers. But an unexpected tornado rolled through this week and what came in handy!! These awesome led lights!!

They were honest and professional about what they had and the young lady that was at the Homewood store can't remember her name went over and beyond to look for the tail lights for my trailer only to find that they only had one so I had to end up going all the way to the center point store where they had five of them in stock and I needed three went to a few other parts stores which was a waste of time because Napa knows how!!!!!!

Good shopping experience I found an associate who helped get a large flower pot off top shelf. My suggestion would be to bring those pots down so that the customer can get without assistance.

The staff know their stuff always friendly to u you and if they don't know something they will learn and teach u in the process. They do some ok deals but everybody else has the same thing for less so price of parts for regular guy like me don't get cheap, good if you want commercial delivery and fast to get ur part to ur shop. Just wish y'all gave me commercial price lol

Napa is always the best go no place else this store is excellent. You may pay a few pennies more but not only is the customer service great they also carry the best parts with the best warranty.

My 1st choice for auto part. Use military discount , rewards or see if they have in store special. Friendly and professional staff.

Didn't have an adapter for an oil pressure gauge, didn't even try to help just said sorry don't have it.

Was a little disappointed, they ordered my parts and told me they would be there around 1 pm, I showed up at 1:15 and they had sold my parts to someone else. They ordered my parts again and I received them later that afternoon.

Never have the right parts. Always tries to sell you something similar. Nice people, but don't know enough about newer vehicles
