So I can get my vehicle scanned at Advance, AutoZone and O'Reilly's but I can't get one scanned at Napa. Don't make sense. Save yourself some time and forget about Napa when you need your vehicle scanned. They can sell you one though. And no I'm not calling.

2x they dropped the ball. Went by to have battery checked, and the guy didn't even take the cover off the battery. He told me it just needed to be charged. Had it tested somewhere else, and I watched the machine the entire time and it read REPLACE BATTERY. Bought a battery online from Napa and they didn't even install it. What kind of foolishness is that?? Now I gotta run around tryna find someone to install it! I will not be dealing with them again. I went here cause it's close to my job, I guess sometimes convenience isn't always best.

Looks tight on Google but its not bad. My appointment was for 0700hrs. I was unloaded and gone by 0800. No overnight parking.

NAPA dropped the ball during my one and only visit. I came here on a Saturday to buy automotive spray paint. Because it was a time-sensitive project, I needed the correct paint color (silver metallic) immediately. There were three employees present, but only one of them (the manager?) was able to handle paint requests. I had to wait 20 minutes for this man to help me, as he was currently occupied with another customer. Eventually, I gave him the paint code and came back an hour later to retrieve the paint.I should have tested the spray cans before leaving the store. As soon as I got to the garage to paint my car, I discovered that the color was wrong. It was solid green instead of silver. When I returned to the store in the afternoon, the 'paint guy' was no longer there. The employee behind the counter had no problem refunding my purchase, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, it set my project back by weeks. I ultimately got the correct paint from another auto parts store.

This NAPA has a great and helpful staff. I needed a specialty tool and was on a budget. They helped me locate an option within the store that was on-target price-wise and the quality of the tool was better than expected. NAPA generally has great tool selection in different quality levels and this location is no exception. Staff is fast and friendly.

I recently had a great experience at NAPA Auto Parts. The staff was diligent and timely in helping me find the right parts for my car. They were also extremely friendly and willing to help with any questions I had. Overall, I highly recommend Napa Auto Parts for their excellent customer service.

First off this location is usually on point. This morning I walked in wasn't greeted. Saw five workers made eye contact with 4. No response or greeting. One person behind the counter, one walking around eating a bag of chips. Wait time now was creating 20mins. Finally walked out upset but was very estatic before walking in. Thanks for the very poor experience and the crinkle or ripple you have spoiled to my scheduled day.

I am sad to say that I am forced to rate this business at three stars. Carlos, the manager, is the only effective employee that I could find to help me. My business has been doing business with this place for over 20 years, and most of the employees still do not know me. Most of the employees including Sam are rude and do not value customers. Usually, I am waiting 15-20 minutes for someone to help me. In my opinion, Carlos needs to make changes that will enhance the culture and feel for customers that KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS. They so easily forget this simple truth at times.

Employee that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. I came in right before closing and the same Employee was kind enough to assist me with my automotive needs. I also received a military discount.

A 20% discount won't get me back. I decided to give Napa another go today because of their offer with AAA. However after calling multiple times through out the day to be out on hold for more than five minutes I called it quits when I was on hold for 9 minutes this last call. We decided to spend our time and money elsewhere. Probably for good. Napa keeps blowing their chances. Why is this store so bad with customers?

Very good place to go to get your parts they might be a little high on some things but the quality of the part is better I thought saying goes you get what you pay for and that is a fact if you want good Auto Parts go to Napa that's where I go

More than helpful. Took time to answer all my questions. Made sure I had the parts I needed and wanted. He ask that I call and let him know if that fixed my truck problem. Most would not care one way or the other.

If your going there to make a delivery, pack your lunch. I had an 0800 appt and did not leave till 11. If you have just start driving big rigs I hope you had a good instructor cause it's in a really tight spot that you have to back into, and then you are gonna have to jack knife to do it. Good luck I won't be g king back.

NAPA is always where you go when everyone else has let you down. You could have a '64 Oliver 550 tractor in need of filters and an oil change. Who you gonna call? NAPA!

They have good service and great prices. They also have parts in stock no one else does. My only complaint is they need more staff, and when that changes I'll give it five stars.

I decided to give Napa a try and what a disappointment the first part i bought from Napa failed in less than a week, i had to pay 2 times for the same repair.

Rude. Unprofessional. No knowledge of automotive parts. I called looking for a part and a woman answered the phone with an attitude, then she put me on hold for 10 minutes, and when she finally answered the phone she wasn't any help at all. I gave her the part number and she "couldn't find it in the system." I offered to bring the part in to see if they could match it and she said "we don't do that, all our catalogs have disappeared." Total waste of my time. I called another napa location and quickly found my part and the guy was extremely helpful and professional.

Store itself ok. Staff is unhelpful. Asked for help with a battery issue I had and they said they didnt have enough staff to help. I guess all 3 of the staff members didnt want to deal with it. Since I was the only customer there. Luckily autozone was happy to help.

I m shocked that this store even sells any parts. Every time I walk in it takes them 20+ minutes to even acknowledge that I am standing there. Apparently they do not need your business. I wish I could rate them zero stars.

Service was not all that great I left pissed off. They're return policy on defective parts it's just horrible I don't exactly know what and how I'm going to handle the situation to get my defective Parts return in a suitable Manor for all parties .... so if you got something from Napa and it breaks good luck

This place is awful. A guy names joe kept taking phone calls and checking out other people WHILE he said he was looking up my search. Then when i asked for an alternative battery since he couldnt find one tells me that it certainly won't work. Sounded to me like he was just ready to go home but it was still 30 mins till close. Dont go here even if last resort

Found just what I needed easily. Helpful staff. If you need hydraulic hoses they can make them there. This store also handles distribution to the Birmingham area, I think.

Upside they are open on Sunday downside be prepared to pay. Charged me 6 dollars per foot for plastic tubing. Just bought the same tubing locally for 55 cents per foot. lesson learned I will not go back

Absolutely terrible customer service and really unprofessional staff. I do feel as though there are more qualified and knowledgeable auto stores that may make a better option. Would never go back again

Large NAPA with tons of things in-store. They were helpful and pleasant for sure.Will definitely be back for the tool set I saw.I recommend a visit.

The main warehouse for the company, employees was busy arguing with another worker about taking/ picking up a product to Bessemer, she refused and was very loud, not a good look.. Got what we were looking for and left .
