I had a friend recommend them to rebuild a injection pump off a tractor I did not receive an estimate when I ship the pump and talk to the lady on the phone I figured it would be around 3 or 400 dollars was I ever wrong it was almost a thousand dollars to put one part on an injection pump they done other things to the pump that I did not request them to do and charged me an outrageous price I have not installed the pump back on the tractor yet but I hope it does not leak a drop for the price I paid I should never have any more problems with this pump if I know then what I know now I would have just ordered the part myself

Whomever the older lady is there, she has very bad mannerisms. She is down right rude. The manner in which you speak to someone should always be a required ethic.

Great service and did an awesome job. Had 2000 Lexus es300 radiator replaced. I seen reviews where lady on phone was rude...but trust me, you meet her in person she is lovely and VERY knowledgeable. She is very busy and just straight forward person. Would definitely refer this place and do business again.

Way over priced, I had to take my truck back 2 days and called several with no info or price. I asked for a ballpark amount and never got it, I was hit for a ridiculous amount to change 2 injector lines. I priced the same work at 2 other places and to see if it was reasonable and both places were almost $200 cheaper. I got ripped off and never would've never allowed them to do that work if I would've been given a price like I requested. I even called the dealer and priced the parts, they marked each line up by 50% and to the hard working honest man can't afford that kind of scandal

They hooked me up with a radiator on my truck for $200 less than anywhere else in town. Corporate establishments were telling me I needed all these extra parts in addition to the radiator. This was 5 years ago. It's still going strong.

I called to inquire about purchasing a radiator for my vehicle, the lady that answered the phone was VERY RUDE. On top of that she slammed the telephone down after giving me a price. This place will NEVER get any business from me. I can't stand poor customer service and customer care.

We have used Nabors multiple time for our business Millwork Supply as well as our ministry. They are the best! Very reasonable, you will not be disappointed.

The lady running the phone is a real piece of work. Incredibly rude.Guess you can afford to be that way when you're one of the only shops in town.

I called, said good morning & asked for information regarding a radiator flushing. "I don't flush radiators, serves no purpose". RUDE!!!

I called to inquire about the process of getting a radiator repaired. The lady was so rude and unhelpful on the phone that I think I will just buy a new one. I can't believe that this place is still in business with that level of customer service.

Agree with Joey's comment! Called to ask a question and the lady was very rude. I would never take anything of mine to somewhere they can't even answer a question without being rude or hateful.

Don't even deserve the 1 star! I called to inquire about a radiator input and the lady answered my questions very rudely so I didn't even go any farther in my conversation. I just hung up.
