The business ans staff are some of the best in the business. I called to asking about a part. When I got therr Rusty had it at the counter waiting for me. I had a liftgate issue and the entire staff went that extra mile to help. If you're a trucker, be sure to put Metro at the top of your list for parts and service!

These people are the most knowledgeable people when it comes to trailer parts. I needed a 2 panels for my roll up door for my box truck. Everything was so easy. They had it ready for me. And everything I needed. Thank you!!!

The best in the business. I have done business with these fine folks for 20 years and they are truly the best. Mike and Daniel are industry experts. Linda in parts is the absolute best trailer parts woman anywhere. Their work is great, their pricing is transparent and fair. Thank you Metro.

The people I talked to on the phone were nice. But if you wanting to buy a trailer. You are going to have a hard time buying one from here. Troy is the salesman got him to answer his phone one time. He told me that he had someone line up to buy the trailer I was looking at. But on there website it says they have 7 of these same units. He did not get back with me on if he had sold the trailer or not. And if you look at their website inventory. It has not been updated since December of last year. Hey I would love to give these nice people $11,000 for trailer but they seem to like to keep them on the lot. Oh well if he get back with i will changed my review and give them a better rating but other than that. I can't because customers service should be number 1 priority of business. I edited my review because troy did get back with me. Let me knowed what was going on. He a nice guy. I wish I could of got to do buisness with them on a deal they had.

These guys are great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a trailer from them simply because they were so helpful when I had a problem with my older trailer. They took the time to help me find some parts for the older trailer I had. I didn t even get it from them and they still spent time on the phone walking me through my problem. I highly recommend them for all your trailer needs!

I deal with Linda, in parts, for the most part here. She is a wonderful trailer parts person, that will do everything she can, to find you the part you need.
