This will be long, but you need to read this .Honestly, nothing but negligence. And they treat women poorly. Sent my wife to get her brakes and rotors on here hesitantly because I had a bad past with these people working on my truck before. Boy did they show out this time. Wife heard a sound THE NEXT DAY, took it back to be inspected.. Did not visually inspect it and a tech drove her car like it was stolen WITH HER IN IT. And sent her home because we dont hear any sound after talking to her like she s slow minded or something. I come home from a long shift and I notice her top caliper bolt is sheered off, and the caliper is rubbing into the rim AND THEY LET HER DRIVE HOME LIKE THIS. And supposedly Mr. Christian himself was who put it all on to start with. Now I give them props for footing the tow bill to get it back in the shop and Christian vowing to make it right, but 3 visits in 3 days is horrible. Especially when it was due to heavy negligence that could have caused loss of life. Twice with my truck, I could care less, jesus can take my wheel. But once with my wife s car and her life? No sir. So women beware, and if you do go here, VISUALLY inspect your vehicle before you even get off the lot.(Pictures are how the car was when I got home and inspected myself. And she heard this noise the whole way home.)

I went in to get my tires rotated, and I am very disappointed. They left one lug nut missing from one of my wheels, and they destroyed my anti-theft lug nut remover tool by over torquing it. One man told me it was because it was just normal wear and tear of the tool , but the mechanic truthfully told me he over torqued it, and he was sorry. They told me to go to my dealership to get the problem (that they caused) fixed. I will never go back there even though this is where I bought my tires, so that I could get free tire rotations.

I ve had them replace my tires before and came back today for a rotation and oil change since I had such a great prior experience there and they were great! I was there with my 2 kids waiting for the car to be done and they were very forthcoming over the wait time and I really appreciated it since they knew I had my kids with me! Everyone there is always kind and they don t try to sell you other services or products while you re there! I always have a great experience at this location and will continue to come back! I feel like I was treated fairly and kindly!

Found a screw bolt in our tire and thankfully we were not far from the great help of Mavis Tire shop here in Trussville. Guys there totally took care of it right away and we were back on our way! Thanks guys

Mavis Tire is a great company that really cares about their customers. We had a great experience when we bought four tires from them earlier this year. Today, had a tire with a slow leak, they got me in right away and repaired my tire quickly. Really great experience.

I have to disagree with the comments that state that women should avoid these guys. I am female and had a fantastic experience with this company! They were willing to work with me on scheduling my service and were very respectful and courteous. I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends and will be taking my car back when I need additional service!

I recently had my brakes and rotors serviced at Mavis, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I'd been putting off having my brakes changed until after the holidays but they started squealing and I needed them done ASAP. I work two jobs and only had one day off from both for the next two weeks. I absolutely dreaded dealing with this on my off day. Bianca was very friendly and got my car taken in quickly and called with my estimate within 2 hours. I was able to pick my car up a couple of hours later and have had no problems since then.

First time visiting Mavis this and brakes. The staff was professional and informed me of everything going on with my vehicle. The price was reasonable. And I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I think this will be my new place to take my car for service

These gentlemen are AWESOME!! Christian is amazing along with the rest of the crew. I m still having a technical issue with my tire sensor! Though they replaced it for me, the sensor is still displaying. They are not charging me! I appreciate integrity and character and Mavis in Trussville has that!Many thanks and I will be Back along with sending others their way.

1. Too much air in the tire I purchased. Therefore, dashboard notification light came on. As a result, I had to make a trip to the dealership to check the air in the newly bought tire from Mavis and have it reduced to PSI 41.2. Your staff member informed me that my horn was not working, and do I want a diagnostic? My horn works well.

Christian, Teddy and the crew, was very knowledgeable and super helpful when I took my car for an oil change and to look at my brakes, that is need of repair. I am grateful for the true concern they showed me, when going over what was wrong with my car. The store is nice, clean and welcoming.

IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, do not go here!! My dad took my car here ONE YEAR ago to get the front tires and brake pads replaced. My car is newer, so the lug nuts require a key in order to replace the tires. They lost my key. The tires cannot be removed without that key. One of the back tires started leaking air and needed to be replaced and that s when I realized they had lost it. I went back there and they said they would order a new one and it would be in in a few days. I very politely told them that would be fine and to call me when it came in. Fast forward 2 WEEKS and I ve heard nothing from them, they don t have it, and the tire is getting worse. I told them it was an emergency and to please hurry to get that key. It took my DAD calling them before they even ordered it!! Once they called HIM back NOT ME, I made an appointment to go have the tires replaced. They then called me back the day of and said they didn t have anyone there that could changed it. Even though they were open. And they re a tire changing establishment. All they do is changed tires. Made ZERO sense. Still, I waited for a call back, even placed a complaint with their customer service. Nothing. But my DAD walked right in and got the key from them. So, today I took my car to a credible tire place and found that, not only had they ordered the wrong key, but the tires and brake pads they had replaced A YEAR AGO were already bad and needed to be replaced as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

No problems for me. It was my first time going to this service store. Needed to change a tire out and they did the service I was looking for in a timely manner. Both the guys that were working are friendly. Discount is the way to go!

Shane and the crew came through! We mistakenly ordered all terrain tires for our passenger van that made the handling unstable - when we spoke with Shane about the issue, he helped us find the right tires for our van. He was even able to find a warranty option available that allowed us to swap the all-terrain tires for the highway tires we needed with no additional out of pocket costs to us. Amazing service in a time of need for us, and we will be back for future vehicle maintenance!

Awful experience. Waited nearly 2.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time (for a tire rotation), and didn t even get seen. When I walked to the front counter there was a woman complaining about being mischarged for a service, and they had no answers for me as to why so many other people without appointments were being seen before my car was pulled back. I left without ever getting it done. I honestly feel the young woman at the front desk forgot to turn my ticket in and was to embarrassed to tell me the truth.

The tech not only found the leak, fixed my tire, and quickly(!) but also explained that the service (recommended by a different company) wasn't needed at this time. I'll be back!

Came on Monday to buy new tires were short staffed n busy so I made an appointment with The manager John , awesome customer service answered all my questions. I came 20 min before appointment at 2:30 on ThursdayGot my new tire balanced n rotated with a fresh alignment Whoohoo!! I only come here for brakes n tires, if I could I would get my whole car serviced!! Thanks for taking the hassle of worrying about my wheels out of my life

We shredded a camper tire coming thru Birmingham, found these guys. They didn't have exactly what we needed, even though it showed on the computer, but the new manager and to the closest sister store, got some and brought them back. They did a good job.I did have to get my tires off and on, thus the 4 stars. But very satisfied otherwise.

Manager promptly assisted me on time when I arrived for my appointment. He was attentive and professional. They found the reason why my tire continued to go flat. They did not overcharge. In fact, the problem was so small they told me there was no fee. They could have come up with all types of expensive excuses for the slow leak but they were honest with the problem. I will definitely be back with any future problems.
