Mechanic told me I had a transmission issue. Marty took a look and said it was indeed not a transmission and offered to drop it off to a mechanic he trusted. That mechanic fixed it quickly and great. Marty is an honest guy and went the extra mile even though he didn t make a dollar on it. Would recommend him anytime.

Called and spoke to someone who was very rude and made me feel like a bother to even speak to. They quoted me a price that was DOUBLE what I was quoted from another business. I was recommended here by a "friend" of theirs and when I told them the guy said "yeah, ok." Not what I expected at all.

Finally, a transmission shop that can actually properly diagnose the issue and actually repair the issue. No unessary parts thrown at the issue as part of the guessing game. He is very knowledgeable in the world of transmissions. Stop by and let him get you going again.

At 1,500 rpm's my truck FELT like it was searching between gears. I took it to Marty, he test drove it, and said my transmission was fine. He put his tester on my computer, and all it needed was a coil pack!Marty sent me to CJ @ Lee Rodgers tire downtown, and he fixed me right up! Can't speak to his workmanship, but the man is honest.

On August seventh, after spending all day at the children s hospital, about to make a mad dash back home several miles away through dangerous weather, we were in a hurry to get on the road but heard a god-awful sound coming from the roof of my car. I pulled in to the first place I could find that had anything to do with vehicle maintenance. And although he was busy, and my issue was as not at all transmission related, he stopped what he was doing and gave my his undivided attention, making minor adjustments to my vehicle so me and my daughter could travel safely home. I offered him money for his trouble and his time, which he politely declined, saying he was happy to help. Clearly this is a mechanic shop that is more concerned with the safe travels of everyday people, not just customers.

Marty s is the only place I would trust to do work on my vehicles. Honest and doesn t take advantage of the customer. Marty went above and beyond in taking care of my truck. He even went as far to paint my rear diff cover. Can t say enough good things about Marty s.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

They rebuilt the transmission in my Ford Explorer, my normal mechanic couldn't do the work and highly recommended Marty's. They did a thorough job and did it faster than quoted. It is running better than ever. When I needed the transmission fluid changed in my corvette I took it there on recommendation of a corvette mechanic. They did it quickly and ata reasonable price.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. Is the first time in three years in USA I feel someone is not trying to cheat me buying or fixing a car (included official dealers). Marty is friendly, patient and honest, and you can see his goal is solving problems and not getting extra money from the customers. 6 stars

Marty has a great personality as well as a great, well-earned rreputation. Friends, as well as other people I know and trust recommended his. Fair price, quick work. He shoots straight, and zI like and respect that.

Marty's Transmission is fast, efficient, and affordable. I brought my work truck in to Marty's and he rebuilt the transmission in less than 2 days. My truck runs better than ever. I feel that it was a good price. It was $300 less than another quote that I got. I would definitely recommend Marty's Transmission to friends and family.

This place is awesome. These guys will shoot you straight about your vehicle and work quickly. They are also very easy to work with and clearly care a lot about quality customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Marty did me right. He worked on my old 1972 Chevy truck and he fixed it right and his price was good. A contractor I work with uses Marty also. He's the one that recommend Marty....
