The team over at world class auto are truly world class. I recently took my 1978 Mercedes 450 SL to their shop after purchasing the vehicle. After they diagnosed some issues they kept me in the loop every step of the way and we re able to complete the repairs quickly and at fair price. They replaced the fuel system entirely from the fuel distributor, fuel pump, warm up regulator, and even the fuel tank. I ve had the car back for a little over a month now and I m happy to say it s running smoothly and hasn t had any troubles since. They communicated with me every step of the way and I ve been more than happy with their work. While I hope I have no other major repairs, I know where I ll be going for any future maintenance needs. My experience with them was second to none and I would highly recommend their shop if you re in need of service. I wouldn t recommend coming here because they worked on my moms car and she s having the same problem! You guys are JOKE for overcharging a JOB that wasn t correctly DONE nor FINISHED! If you guys didn t know what the hell to do with the issue of the car, you shouldn t WASTED her time. Better Business bureau will hear about this!!

Well let me start off by saying the repair shop was really clean and the female that works there made my day her personality was amazing !!! My first rating was different but I just spoke with a gentleman on the phone and realized it was a communication issue on my end because I never called nor expressed my concerns till today but I do feel that the staff are good genuine people and yes I would recommend this shop to any and all !!!

Everywhere I called told me 3 hours for a thermostat sensor and mackin said he could do it in an hour. Was $150 cheaper than everyone else, got it done in 45 minutes, and the same day I brought it in.He also fixed a sunroof issue I had at half the cost of several companies. They are 2/2 and I will be back.Shop local and get honesty, integrity, value, and above and beyond.

Brought my car in to fix the wobbles and alignments. The owner is knowledgeable and provided all the needed information. They fixed the issues that I was struggling to get them fixed. Highly recommended for anyone who s looking for a reliable mechanic and trustworthy.

had an excellent experience with Mackin's - brought in our 2015 Subaru Crosstrek for a new AC compressor after calling around a few places. Competitive on price and hard to beat on communication/friendliness - and they took a second look and replaced some O-rings for free the next week.

Very organized and so clean for a car garage. Everyone was super nice and they let me know what was going on every step of the way. They got my car in and out in less than a week even though the worn was pretty extensive. I highly recommend Mackins.

Definitely recommend Mackin s to anyone. Had some major repairs done to my engine and other things and they got my Jeep Wrangler running right! Will and the staff were awesome and attentive along the way.

I was so pleased with the service that I received when I had my battery replaced. Most places can t replace the battery in a mini cooper, because everything has to be reset. The shop was clean, the people very professional. I recommend this place highly.

There's not many people in the area that knows how to work on Porsches. I do a lot of maintenance work myself, but I took my car to Mackins and they did excellent work. If its something i can't do... Im going to Mackins Garage. Their honest and fair, and will go the extra mile with their service. Their the only people i will let work on my car. Mackins Garage will always get 5 stars with me!

Granted, I had a number of issues to be resolved, but it should not have taken 3 months to complete. My three priorities were the electrical problems resulting from jump starting after a month in the hospital. The convertible top, which was inoperative due to the trunk being inoperative, also. The A/C system was empty/inop. After picking up the car and arriving home, I realized that nothing would lock or unlock doors, gas tank, trunk, convertible top, etc. Thank goodness for a YouTube video which showed me a fuse panel with a 20amp fuse which happened to be bad. R/R fuse and all is good.Y'all are the only place I bring my car for repairs. As long as y'all are in business, I will continue to do so. I dropped my pick up truck off and told them I had an exhaust leak. I only asked for an estimate for repair. They called me with an almost $1400 repair claiming that it was an exhaust manifold gasket. I told them I could not put that much money into this truck and I would be there to pick it up in a few minutes when I got there they charged me $160 for a diagnostic fee. I never signed anything giving permission to perform a diagnostic. $10 of the diagnostic fee was for shop supplies. They never mentioned a diagnostic fee and there is no sign, saying there is a diagnostic fee. I never ask for a diagnosis because I knew what the problem was. All I asked for was an estimate of repairs. After paying $160 for this diagnostic fee, they handed me the sheet of paper that was What all was wrong with the vehicle, and it was basically just a receipt. Nothing whatsoever describing their diagnosis.

From this day forward, this is the only shop that will repair my car... 4300.00 and don't have to worry about a car note! And my car run like NEW. They fixed brakes system, valve cover, and gaskets, front end alignment, sway bar link left and right, rear pads disc, Sensors, engine air filter, and other repairs to a 2008 BMW 528i.... they have ALL my business! Thank you World Class Auto! And all in 2 days! Very Professional service!

The team at World Class Auto Repair were absolutely amazing. They were able to provide me with realistic expectations on how long it might take to get my car fixed and potential issues based on what I told them on the phone. They were able to fix my car and stayed true to the estimate they gave me. As someone with no car knowledge, I often feel uncomfortable going to auto repair stores and I did not at all feel taken advantage of or swindled by the service team at World Class Auto. World Class Auto was a wonderful company to go to for our 2012 Mini Cooper. They were very caring and attentive to our needs and service was quick and professional. I m confident that what needed fixing on our car would have ended up costing a lot more money had we had it fixed at the dealership. But do to WCA s good communication I felt like we were in good honest hands and I didn t feel like we were taken advantage of with any unnecessary charges. They even checked in with us later on to make sure that the car was still running properly. I ve never had a repair shop do that until they had! We appreciate their good business sense and quality service. We will definitely be coming back for any future maintenance on our Mini.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have a 2012 Mercedes S550 and my Air Suspension Strut went out. I called World Class and had it towed in. They called me the next day, told me what was going on and gave me a quote. I promise you, they didn t try to jack me up and tell me that other things were wrong, they just zeroed in on the problem and fixed it. I said that because I think all of us are looking for straight shooters who are not trying to get over on you... Now, because of high demand of car maintenance and everyone wanting their vehicle to be repaired, I had to wait a few days on my car; but it was explained to me upfront. And because of the excellent service and Great Price, it was worth the wait and I will be returning again for all of my future repairs!!! I highly recommend World Class because truly they are World Class!! P.S. Brenden is a super nice guy with great customer service and has a First Class Business!!!Way to go World Class!!!!
