This location is a joke. I went in to buy some insulation for some work I was doing on the house and was totally ignored when I requested assistance. Lots of employees standing around talking but if you actually need some help they're gonna avoid you like the plague. Stopped at the customer service desk on my way out to explain the situation told them I was headed to home depot they answered with a smirk have a nice day. Either management doesn't care or the employees don't care either way they don't deserve my business

Friendly staff, helpful. Isles are cramped, hard for two people to pass one another. Having to constantly move to let someone buy as I'm looking on shelf. We need a little more room for shopping

Customer service can be found in the bathroom, lodged under the largest backup ever. Needed help finding a single circular blade, asked 4 people at 7:48pm amd they all said "theres no one here that can help" took another customer to point me in the right direction. (Management!!!!! Make your employees work each area till they knew your products) Most of those workers deserve a $0 raise over a $1 per hour pay rate. Killed 30 min for 1 part.However, 5 stars for the Customers customer service, alot better than the people gettin paid to help. #1 reason alot of my time and money goes to Home depot.

If I could give negative stars I would. Bought a washing machine and dryer on December 21. They came to install on the 24th. It was installed incorrectly. Since the first installation was done wrong I have called 37, yes 37 times in the past two weeks for someone to correct this. I have spent hours on the phone explaining the two horrendous experiences I had with the two different crews they sent to install the machines. It has been a living nightmare. After two weeks of enduring the 37 calls and hours of talking to customer service, the no response from any local manager until call 35 where the customer service rep had to patch me in, to the complete lack of professionalism from the local store or the 3rd party crew they send to install I am now left with them coming to remove these machines Monday and supposedly they are going to send a check to cover the tip money I paid. Absolutely worst experience ever! One of the customer service reps I spoke with for 45 minutes said she was absolutely sickened at the way this local store was doing me. There are WAY more details than I can share here. Please do not use Lowes or better yet Lowes YOU do better!

I needed an incandescent bulb to put in my chicken coop while the temps are so low. I ran across a radiant heat bulb next to the bulbs. Kudos to Lowes for helping me find a better solution for me, just with product placement.

The Lowe's store in Trussville is an awesome store that is always stocked and the employees are very courteous. There are so many reasons why before Lowe's over Home Depot, especially the Trussville location. The Wi-Fi available to shoppers is always quick and it has a far range that way if you're not ready to actually enter the store you can be in the parking lot and still search the web for your possible purchases. Every time I come to this Lowe's there's always some new special item, new clearance item, or new product. I absolutely love the variety of inventory that they choose to keep in the store not to mention their online orders they make it so easy for you to accomplish it.I have never had a bad experience at this Lowe's location or at Lowe's for that matter. I encourage everyone that's in the Trussville area to stop by this Lowe's location.

The place is clean and has a wide variety of items to choose from; however, the employees did not greet us, ask if we need help/assistance, nor said thank you as we left... we have a HUGE housing project coming up, and you tell me if you would want to spend your money at a place where nobody seems to care??

Bought a frig on Thursday. Sales guy showed me on the screen and I read that it was to be delivered on Saturday. Called to check and it is for Sunday. Manager called me a liar that I didn t see it correctly. I told him no that the guy and I even talked about it being my sons birthday but it should work. Told him I bought it there because of the delivery due to old frig emitting a chemical smell. He said nope he couldn t help me. Never again.

Losing ground with other home improvement store- inventory is never correct- don t trust what the web site says is in stock. Disorganized. Ordered an item online, received pick up notice. Arrived at the store and no one could find the item. My husband went into the store found the item and I had to get a refund for the order and buy the item all over again.

Update 4/10/24Made an appointment to get an estimate for an exterior door to be installed and they just simply cancelled the appointment. I disappoint myself by still trying to do business here. I'd like to consider myself a smart person but Lowe's repeatedly just gives me the middle finger and keeps on rolling!Update: 8/19/23Just took my weedeater in for service, replacement, or repair and now they won't do anything until after the manufacturer's warranty is up. They offered to replace. Item is over 70 dollars more than when I bought it in 2021. Wouldn't do an even exchange. They have to be absolutely out of their minds if they think I'm paying more for a product that I know is going to fail. Customer service girl looked disgusted when she walked up to serve me and I was disgusted when I left. Just an absolutely horrible morning. Tried to call craftsman and of course they're closed on the weekend. The products sucks, the customer service at the store sucks, the website sucks, THIS BUSINESS SUCKS! I am beyond angry! Tried the little link they sent and they denied. I purchased in September 2021 how can u deny service before 2 yrs is up??? They are trash just like this weedeater!Update: 4/17/23Unfortunately, I just let Lowe's make a fool of me again. I won't be back and will just leave earlier to go to Home Depot and I hate that. Left 10 minutes earlier than usual to go pick up my daughter and went by. Needed help in plumbing finding the right size screw ins for 2 of my bathroom faucets. Mine are scratched up really bad. Waited around 15 minutes. Walked around and looked and even had the guy in appliances call and no one ever came. Lowe's use to be a lot better experience but it has significantly dropped off! Wow!I am a former Home Depot employee. I stopped by Lowe's yesterday because it's easier and faster for me to get to than Home Depot. I needed help matching a bolt for my wife's throttle body in her SUV that I dropped but I couldn't find anyone in hardware to help me. I went to the paint desk and the guy said there's supposed to be 2 or 3 people over there and he said he'd call someone so I went back and waited but never heard the call. I walked to the far end of the aisle and looked around and saw no one so I walked back by the paint guy and he was on the phone. I knew he was tied up with helping whoever so I left and went to Home Depot and got the bolt. I don't drive much and when I head out I know what I'm trying to do and I am trying to do it ASAP. Wasted time is not something acceptable to me.

They sold me a dryer that did not work and did not want to return my money even though I was trying to buy another set or other options to help me resolve my issue. It had been less than 3 weeks when I was able to try the dryer and it was not working. They did not present resolution but decided for me to fix my own issues.

Very upset never been late on my payment and they canceled my card working hard as I can to catch up on my credit cards but due to my husband having cancer and is no longer able to work I'm trying the best I can I'm so upset about Lowes I always used it for things needed in my house ... Susan p.

The employees that helped me with my mulch was excellent however this new Military discount nonsense is beyond me. I sat there and downloaded the app and went through the questionnaire like they ask and the cashier then told me I would have to wait the next day to use it? Just ridiculous! Home Depot has to use the app but they still gave me my discount to avoid a inconvenience. Will not be back!

Lowes Trussville bought a fridge and could not get anyone to answer at the store . Called 1 800 and got some help on delivery time. I waited till the end time of my delivery window and called the delivery service. They informed me the delivery date had been changed by the store. I again tried the store and could not get a live person. I went today and got a refund and asked for a manager to tell my story. I have been waiting 25 min. No manager yet. I give up do not shop here if u buy something you can not call in and get help.

Customer service is a joke. Ordered a washer and the delivery was after the window they gave me. Called to get an update, and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful and hung up on me.

We spent thousands of dollars at Lowes went to store 0594 Trussville AL on 9-16-23 paid for to be picked up 9-18-23.Our builder picked up 1 order of 2 however they checked out both orders so when we go to pickup 3 cabinets roughly $650 they said you already got them we explained no he builder picked up first order not cabinets.Customer service called a manager up to explain situation all she manager said was we are looking at tapes to see if you picked up or not . They didn t ask any questions to see what pickup person or vehicle looked like or time anything. After 45 minutes we walked to the pro counter end to see if we had any updates, 4 people were huddled in a room watching video. Finally another 30 minutes pass they come out and say well we don t see them we can t see who got them we suggested to look at camera footage of our builder, they finally decided they needed to inventory to make sure we weren t lying I guess that is the feeling they projected. They basically accused us of stealing never gave any benefit of the doubt they might have made a mistake. We told them we were leaving and going to home depot and left our numbers, we got to home depot 1 mile away and lowes called saying we found your cabinets they are ready by pro counter. Not once did Scott (he called) or anyone from lowes offer any apology at all. I returned my cabinets and bought from Home Depot, worst customer service experience ever .

I wish I had back the 15 minutes of my life I wasted in this sorry store. The employees are horrible here and extremely lazy. All I needed was gloves and the section that was supposed to have gloves didn t. The app was also incorrect as to the location of the gloves. I walked out without looking further. As you can see by the picture they have hose parts where the sign says gloves. This store is so gay.

[Hahaha... look at their robot response to my review... that ain't getting the job done.. it's only proving my point]This place is really failing. They don't answer the phone. On Recent visits, there's no employees to be found for assistance. Online orders take forever to arrive. For some reason, they ship in AC parts from the Arctic circle, rather than keep them stocked in places where it's 120F.You know there's a Home Depot 30 seconds away? ...and there's a thing called Amazon?

Tried to spend $2000, but waited for over an hour for an employee to tell me he couldn't answer my questions. He took my name and phone number and said he would call later that night. Of course, he did not. Went back the next night to try again. After waiting 30 minutes for someone "coming", a lady helped an elderly customer that walked up after me. I let her help them first and patiently waited. She told me she was ringing them up front and would be back in just a few minutes. After 40 minutes, went up front and she had clocked out and went home. Lady up front told us if we wanted to make a purchase we needed to come between 10am and 2pm. No one could help us at night. Tried to call the manager. No one ever answered the phone. On hold 15 minutes listening to recording and music. Called Leeds Lowes and someone answered. Two employees ready to help me also. I spent my money there.I have read several reviews and wonder if anyone is ever actually helped or do they just get the courtesy reply?

I needed an attic fan and the Hoover store had two but they were open boxes and they wanted me to pay full price. Then the Homewood store showed they had three in stock but I couldn't find them nor could the associate that was running the isle and who ignored two pages for assistance until I personally tracked him down.. I then placed an online order for the attic fan from the Trussville store. I received a text that it was ready for pickup. I arrived and Claudia had already picked the order and placed it in the locker. I scanned my bar code and the locker opened! I was out of the store in 5 minutes. At least this stores inventory was accurate.

I had a project that required me to get a few building supplies and I was able to get everything I needed at this particular Lowe's without asking for any help from the employees.This was so amazing to me because I can never find particular items at any building supply companies. This place was fully stocked and I found everything I needed all by myself.Fantastic displays and easy shopping.

The sales person Scott was very good. However, I have not received the washer and dryer that I purchased 5 days ago. They were supposed to be delivered today between 4 and 8 pm...never received a call or text. The delivery people never contacted me...plus they would not answer the phone. I am not happy....I do not have what I purchased.

Awful location. I was only at this one to help a family member pick out things for a reno. You couldn't find anyone to help with anything. Lights were on at registers with no one there and I had to have someone paged to paint after waiting at the desk and not seeing anyone for several minutes. There was an older gentleman with grey hair and lady with brown curly hair at the customer service desk . They ended up checking us out and got someone to help load our truck. They were very helpful and the only people to save this from being one star (I wish I could remember their names.)
