I have used Limbaugh for all my services since I got my car from a different Toyota dealership in Florida in 2020. They have been so great! I have not had one bad experience there. Special shout out to the last Service Rep (I guess that is what they are called) that helped me, Sidney. He was very kind even when he was super busy! 10/10 recommend getting any services you need done here.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Double-charged for a service they could not provide. After refunding us for a service they failed to provide, they charged us again.Told we could get it done the next day, then the next day, they told us it would take months for the parts to arrive. I don't mind if parts/orders are backed up, but they did not set reasonable expectations.Service: Tires

Ordered a replacement key and made an appointment for 9am. After an hour of waiting I asked how much longer and was told at least another hour. Let s just recap two hours for a key to be made and that was with an appointment. Went to Bessemer Gifts and Gadgets and was out in 25 mins at half the quoted cost by Limbaugh.

I went in for my car maintenance for tire rotation and oil change. I was there almost 2 hours but I had been 20 minutes prior to my appointment. Waiting area very comfortable and I had brought some work to do during my wait. DeMarius McCorvey was very professional during my visit. They performed the maintenance and I was on my way.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I come here because I have to for the warranty on the transmission and engine. I can respect being told its going to take 2 hours but when that time is up and I get no communication that's the problem. I hate coming here because part of the day is gone before I leave here. It's never under 3 to 4 hours of waiting. I have had an appointment before but I was as told the appointment really don't matter. I don't plan on ever buying a car here again.Service: Oil change

I had an appointment to get my car looked at. My appointment was at 7:30, the very first appointment. What good does it do to make an appointment and you are told you will have to wait.

First time customer. Took 4runner for final free dealer service. Preventive maint. Change oil. Rotate tires, inspect vehicle brakes etc. They got us in and out fast!

I took my Lexus 460 SUV to Limbaugh after taking it to two other Auto Clinics and certified shops who failed to repair it properly. Since March, my truck had been in the shop 9 times for a check engine and blinking 4LO light. Each time my truck was fixed, the lights would stay off for 24 hours or less. After taking it to Toyota (I didn't want to take it to Lexus because it is too far from me), they took the time to resolve the problem. I dealt with Michael, (who worked relentlessly on a short-staffed Saturday, Anthony and the sweet lady who gives the loaner cars- her name eludes me- who kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone I came across was so kind and helpful! It was a joy to deal with people who acted like they were actually happy to be at work!The absolute gem through this entire process was Taylor who did his very best to help me keep my sanity (lol), make sure my car was repaired while keeping the price down as much as he could. I was even able to use a coupon. He was an absolute jewel. Limbaugh is now my new, go-to place for all of my family's vehicles. Their service was absolutely exceptional.

Oil change and tire rotation a 4hr wait to long. You need to check what you ask them to do before you leave!??Need more than a snack machine everyone does not eat snacks.

I have never spent under three hours in this place waiting on my truck to have its oil changed. On top of that the expense of the oil change is ridiculously high. Will not go back Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My car was towed in for an electrical service issue. I was given a list of other services my car were in need of. My car had the same problem after I paid for what I thought was the diagnosis.
