Unwilling to work with situations such as a Trustee establishing an account in order to be able to pay. Insisted on same day payment when that was virtually impossible even though there was an absolute certainty of payment if they could have waited until the next business day. Never had a storage facility do this to a client. Generally facilities are very willing to work with attorneys and trustees.

I had a rate increase just 3 months after getting the unit, which I chose over one closer to my house. I called and spoke with Elisia, and she was able to get my rate adjusted as well as a refund for the overage that I was charged. She was very helpful and friendly. I'm definitely pleased.

This is my second time using life storage. Each experience has been phenomenal. Although the property in Centerpoint, Al is in an unusually awkward location the property is always clean and well-kept. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My most recent experience I had the pleasure of working with Amanda and she went above my expectations. I currently have a broken toe and was having a difficult time carrying the boxes to my car. Not only did Amanda help me carry the boxes to my car, she did it while it was raining with the biggest smile ever. Thank you, Amanda, for going out of your way to help and providing me with amazing service.

I have had a unit with Life Storage going on three years now at the CenterPoint location. The team members at this location have been very helpful over the years. They have always been pleasant and eager to assist. I will certainly continue doing business with them.

I ve been using this storage place for over a year and they ve not only kept my things safe/secure but they ve been SUPER kind and understanding when it comes down to payments and payment options. I ve been working with Amanda and each time I ve talked to her she s been SO nice. Definitely recommend.

I had a very positive experience. This is my first storage unit and Mrs. Ashley was awesome!! She was patient and explained to me ,everything that I needed to know!!

Facilities are very nice. The staff workers are always very kind, understanding, and helpful in every way. I would highly recommend!! I wish the units were open 24 hours, since they have surveillance all over the place. I still give them 5 stars!! Thank You to Life Storage for making things easier!

Amanda helped me yesterday. She is amazing. She explained everything to me perfectly, walked to the unit and informed me of the process. She sets the the bar high for customer service. Will rent here for now on!

I love this place!! Amanda Parks was very nice and so knowledgeable. She assisted me with all the information that I needed in order to know what size space I would need and the pricing of my options.I would recommend anyone to her! A+/ 5 star rating

Reloading from one state to another can be challenging to say the very least. My move this time was extra challenging for various reasons.The temperature the day before I arrived was close to 100� F loading the moving truck. I was working on just 3 hours of sleep driving a vehicle that had no air conditioner into an unknown area with temperature in the 90� F for unloading the truck.The lady in the call center said even though I could setup my storage rental online I HAD to go into the local office to finalize the rental if I wanted to select my own pass code to get into the unit.I had dealt with so many obstacles already just getting to the storage that I was tired, hot, frustrated, and in a general foul mood when I got to the office.I was very surprised when a lady names Sharon standing on the other side of the counter smiled at me and helped the whole transaction go extremely smooth.She took care of everything, explained all their services, and had a very pleasant demeanor. It was very refreshing to experience.After she showed me to the unit she came back a little later to check and see how things were going.Over the years I have managed many employees and can tell you this lady is the personification of great customer service.

RATS RATS AND MORE RATS!! My mother and I had to get this storage space because the house we are renting has NO storage space. It is easy to pay online but the tiny basically smaller than a closet space I entered is overpriced and over run with rats. We have never had pests of ANY kind but when I went to get something out of the storage unit there is evidence of rats all over. They can easily run the rafters and go from unit to unit with ease. We dint have any food in there, the majority is Christmas stuff but I am afrais when we get it out it is going to be ruined. God forbid if we get it to our new houses if rats stowaway in our stuff! If I had it to do over again and new this place had rats I wouldve never rented here. Now I found out too late and it is alot of trouble to move all of that stuff somewhere else.
