Avoid at all cost!We have bought several sets of tires from Lee Rogers tire. They have periodically done oil changes, tire, rotation, and balance on our vehicles. Honestly, we have used them due to their proximity to our workplace. Our recent experience with them was reprehensible and we will never use them again. one week ago, we had an issue with a tire and had to get it replaced. The tire was one year old and they offered us no warranty or discount, which was fine. After having the tire replaced, we had all four tires, aligned and balance. One week later , another tire on the vehicle blew out almost killing all of us. The tire was totally misaligned and had been wearing incorrectly since we purchased them about a year ago. This was never noticed when we brought the vehicle in just one week ago and should have been. Clearly a safety concern. After addressing this with the management at Lee Rogers, they offered, no apology or discount on the tire which clearly was out of line and wearing incorrectly despite frequent trips there for Balance and tire check. If you value your safety, and want to be treated in a fair and honest away, avoid this business at all costs. I d like to say that they are just incompetent, but clearly they are very dishonest!

Stan and CJ took great care of us. Our van was fixed in a timely manner and has been running great ever since. I even had some concerns about the pricing and they happily took the time to double check and make sure everything was right.

Terrible service and very rude and they only have on guy working on the cars definitely wouldn t recommend get somebody else to do it !!!!!

Mark, Stan and CJ are the best. They are very professional and know automobiles. I always get great service every time. I recommended them to my daughter and brother. Please give them a try. You won't regret it.

I will be taking my car here from now on!! My car had a flat near the store and when I called, they not only lent me a pump but also sent an employee to meet me to help put enough air into my tire to drive it over to the store so they could patch it. They got straight to working on my car and it was fixed in no time. Pricing was very fair too. Honestly, in this day and age it was refreshing and hopeful to see such kind and willing to help employees. There are still good people out there!!!!

Outstanding customer service! Danny is always very professional and quick to answer any questions that I may have. He takes the time to show you what is wrong on the vehicle so you can see it for yourself. He also takes note of any special requests that I may have and always calls me to let me know the status of my vehicle. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. Mark is also very thorough when giving details about an estimate or work to be performed. They have never tried to sell me something that I do not need and have gone out of their way on more than one occasion to help me find the right parts for my vehicles at a great price. Over the past four years I have taken all of my vehicles to them and have recommended them to friends and family as well. The service has been excellent every single time! Great bunch of guys who do great work and are honest.

Tried several other local places to get a tire plugged today. All were understaffed and said I d have to leave it for a day, which is understandable but my sister needed it done asap. Walked into Lee Rogers, they got on it immediately, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone I talked to was professional and courteous and went above and beyond to make this easy for me. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

They told me I needed a new tire then told me they didn t have it in stock so they couldn t change it until tomorrow. I had to go out of town that day so I went to Toyota who told me I didn t need a new tire. Always get a second opinion.

These guys are the best! Always super nice and very honest. Prices are always reasonable and I never feel like I am getting ripped off just because I am female. I bring my car here for tires and oil changes, but I also bring it here when I need a mechanic. They really are the best!

Stan, Mark, and the employees at Lee Rodgers are practical, thorough, and helpful with car services and repairs. Their prices are reasonable, and they are a reliable place to go to for tires and car maintenance. I highly recommend them.

Took my car over here to get my brake lights fixed, turned out to be a simple fix and they didn't charge me! I insisted on paying and they just asked me to recommend their services to my friends. Been taking my car there ever since, I trust them with my life.

These guys are awesome! I was having a rough day, my tire suddenly went flat the day before a holiday. Places around town were telling me it would be hours before they could see me. I took a chance on this place and was not disappointed! They were extremely nice to me, saw me right then and there. They knew what they were taking about, fixed the issue on my car quickly, and when I went to pay, they told me to have a Happy Thanksgiving, this ones on us, come back when you need us. I nearly cried. I'm telling all my friends and coworkers about these guys. I will always go here from now on. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you guys!!

I take my car here first anytime I have an issue. If they can't handle the issue, they have always helped me find someone trustworthy and affordable that can. Truly some of the best Birmingham has to offer.

I brought my wife's M-B here to get 4 tires a couple of years ago. The service was outstanding and the price was competitive. The work was done with care but, at the same time, quickly. It is now two years later and I am going back to Lee-Rodgers because I was so satisfied with my first visit. I will update this recommendation after this upcoming visit. General Krulak

I have nothing but good things to say about Lee Rodgers. I have been bringing my vehicles to them for 4 1/2 years and never had a bad experience. Fair prices and great service. Great for folks who work in Southside/UAB. I've left my car there in the morning many times and picked it up after work.

I brought my truck here to have the brakes checked out because they were a little noisy. They determined that the brakes were in good shape, just maybe an inferior pad had been installed by the previous owner. In spite of performing diagnostic work and applying a product to help reduce the noise they wanted no payment for the work. Because of this kind service I will be bringing my truck back as soon as a I need any repair work performed.

My sister is a single mother who recently had a major vehicle malfunction that cost a lot to repair. Of all the places we called this place was the most reasonable in pricing. My sister needed a new/used air compressor and this shop went above and beyond to help her find one cheap. Although we ended up finding it at a local auto parts store, the mechanic here actually went to a junk yard himself looking for the part in an effort to help my sister not have to make the purchase of a brand new one. After the vehicle was fixed my sister had to wait about a week until her paycheck from work came in, & they were so gracious in letting her take her time to get up the funds, they didn t try to rush her to hurry and come get the vehicle or charge a storage fee. When I took my sister to pick up her vehicle she told me she had never written a review but she felt a 5 star review was warranted based on how well this shop treated her throughout the whole process. She also said she would never use another mechanic. Thank you Lee Rodgers Tire for your wonderful service to my family!

Fantastic customer service. Despite complications associated with a tire replacement, Lee-Rodgers' dedicated staff were able to fix the problem on the same day and provided very transparent pricing. Honest and friendly, I recommend Lee-Rodgers to anyone in the Birmingham area.

I have used Lee-Rodgers on several occasions. They have always done GREAT work and were honest. I've even brought a flat tire in before and they didn't charge me anything to fix. They will always get my business if I'm in town.

A-MAZING service!!!! This gentleman is an angel from heaven!! He helped out poor old me, out of town and stranded. Within 20 minutes I was back on the road! Couldn't recommend a better place for all your car care needs!!!

When you look for integrity in a tire shop, these guys are the pure definition of the word. There is a reason why their rating is so high. I made the mistake of straying away from them once and I regretted it because not a lot of tire shops are willing to tell the truth or give you the service you pay for like these guys do. Give Lee Rodgers your business.

I went in to get one tire fixed. The tire that needed replacing was purchased at this location not 4 months ago, Not only were they going to charge me $100 to replace their bad product, but they were rude about the visit and laughed in my face when I mentioned I could get the tire from another location for almost half the price. Unbelievable.

Went in for an alignment - Stan gave me a time frame and it was spot on. First time experience was very positive.
