My phone number was incorrect in dealership's system and maintenance was suppose to correct when I dropped my vehicle off for repair. I live in another city so they gave me a loaner to drive as they were having to keep it over night. I dropped off on Friday 9:30 am. I had not heard from them by the following Tuesday so I called them. They said my vehicle had been ready and they had tried to call me several times but couldn't reach me. They were calling the incorrect number. They did not correct my number as they were suppose to do.

I was trying to service my car outside of dealership and the shop told me that they found a problem with my turbo I was worried about that because this is not cheap fix. I decided to go to the source I always service my cars in the dealerships and I was never wrong. .Finally I made my decision to bring my car to Land Rover of Birmingham to do the service and check my turbo problem. Jim Bell help me out . And explain the whole service and also advise me what service I would need at this particular time when I received a call to pick up my vehicle, I was a little bit I worry what will happen next Jim give me peace of mind saying that my turbo is perfectly fine. There s nothing wrong with it. What a great news I will recommend this place to everybody who wants Land Rover running top-notch great job, Jim Service: Auto maintenance

Ryan at the Landrover service department was wonderful. When you do not know a lot about cars and especially car maintenance it is GREAT to have someone you can trust!! I worked with Leeman to get my car repaired after hitting something on the road and causing problems with the rear differential. Leeman was great to work with. He kept me up to date on what was going on with the repairs. Very professional and helpful. Lee and his crew are absolute masters at customer service. He and the service department provided timely evaluations of the problems with my Land Rover, provided options for repair and completed the repairs well earlier than anticipated. I was 5 hours from home when my Land Rover experienced engine problems. Lee bent over backwards making sure replacement parts were enroute, keeping me advised of the repair progress and even personally driving the vehicle to ensure the service crew got it perfect. It was not a pleasant feeling being without the vehicle for a time but Lee and the entire service department made it a bit easier with their efforts above and beyond (he even took the time to go into my glovebox and retrieve my wife s business cards at our request a week after we had returned home). It s the little things that this dealership excels at. I m going to make every effort (if I ever trade my LR in) to make that trade at Land Rover Birmingham solely on this experience and knowing Lee and the service crew are masters at their craft.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance
