Definitely getting emotional typing this message but the experience I had today was beyond belief. Not only that I've been getting denied because of a past mistake with my credit Kut Auto didn't judge me they helped me far beyond what I expected. I really thought I was wasting my time but they treated me like family. That was rare from a dealership. They put me in an awesome car that I named Blu. For a price I couldn't say no to. I'm so grateful for you guys. I'm so grateful. Y'all made my week.

At first I'm going to admit the company was very good of giving me a vehicle make my payments on time had a rough pitch where I got sick and had to be hospitalized show them proof of documentation that I was hospitalized the first time I can make a payment they told me to make a payment arrangement that Sunday night went to the corner store my car was repossessed I called up there Andy talk to me so rudely we exchanged words back and forth but to make the long story short I went up there and I paid to get my vehicle back the second time same story I got sick and I had to be hospitalized again show them proof once again made a payment arrangement once again paid my first payment arrangement on April 1st I had a second payment due by the 5th of April couldn't make that payment on that Friday got a phone call from Gigi but she got my voicemail left me a voice message and I called I let them know what was going on and why I couldn't and once again Andy still wants to be confrontational with me so he gets mad and what does Andy do the next day common repossessed my vehicle I would never ever ever do business with this company again I don't see how you can take somebody's money and still repossessed a vehicle alls I'm hearing is you're 33 days behind but I showed you the reason of why I was 33 days behind in trying to catch up but I guess cuz I didn't make that payment and I had to pay something else that was very important and things didn't go their way these are the results that you get I never in a million years would think that these men could act out in a way like this but you never know how a person is until you cross the line with them choose who you do business with not making excuses

Do not do business with this company!!! They are horrible. Not even two weeks late, at Christmas, they came and repossessed the car. Not even repossessed. All but jerked my husband out of the cart with a pistol. I'm literally less than ten days late and not a full payment either. They are crooked saying things like JUST KEEP IN CONTACT WITH US AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU. But when you do it telling them you're trying and you always pay it they tell you, IT DOESN'T MATTER. NO EXCEPTIONS. THEY ARE HEARTLESS AND POOR BUSINESS

Went try a vehicle purchase they were good until they told me I needed 3600 down I ve never had to much down so now I want have a car for another 6 months I definitely don t recommend them if your tryna get a car with a nice down payment or a car that doesn t shake while driving they have a car that s windows don t roll down just terrible worst experience ever

First let me start by saying I just love them they treat me like family , I never had a problem with my car I never even had a problem with them. They very understanding as long as you communicate they most def do they part , we actually grew a bond outside of me just buying a car from them. I love there customer service I always advise anybody around to get a car from them

Kut Auto was so helpful in helping me find the right car for me. Nathan took his time and walked me through the process and allowed me to see what I could truly afford. I feel financially free and no longer have a car payment, a big dream of mine! The car is also in excellent condition! Thank you!!

I bought three cars from mr. Nathan all great cars. Could not be more pleased with the performance of the team and homey feel you get when you walk into the lobby. GREATLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Viewers;This is not some good review of a new car dealership!First, a lil info bout me. Disabled and been through hell and back trying to get a car and looking for someone that would truly, genuinely, and honestly help me.On December 11, 2021 it really happened to the point I had to blog about it.My search was getting me nowhere. I came across this website to good to true. The appearance had all the right things to grab your attention.You see, I am old school where integrity, trust, and the honor word system was golden.I did the inevitable and saw a vehicle I was interested in and did all the necessary instructions. Later in the day I noticed I had missed a call, so of course, I called back and a guy answered by the name of Nathan.A few minutes later, I was asking myself is this guy for real.. An hour later, it was brought to my attention I was speaking to the owner. He had explained how his mission was to change the car buying experience for ever. I admit I was on board 100%It was simple, basic, and a no brainer.PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST.. OR AS THEY PUT IT "EXPECT BETTER"They did exactly what they said they would...Update:Make sure what is said in office is on contract!!! Cannot be trusted!

My husband has had issues with his car since the 1st week he got it. Not only that another friend got a car from there and she to has had nothing but issues. Yes they are friendly, but I wouldn't buy from them. It's as if they do the bare minimum to keep things within the lemon laws of Alabama

Amazing Guy to work with. I don't think I have enough words to fit into this review but I have never had a salesman have MY best interest considered. Please, never overlook this dealership when it comes to used cars.

Take it from someone who is leery of "used car sales folks"...these are trustworthy and honesty friends. You'll get straightforward answers, integrity in pricing, and great customer service. Highly recommend!
