I was broken down with a tire missing and an almost flat tire on my camper when Orlando of KO automotive arrived. He was so professional and so friendly and nice, I immediately felt that my emergency situation would be taken care of. He was able to replace both tires with new tires and got me on the road in plenty of time to get to my destination. I highly recommend KO automotive for any emergency side of the road situation that he's able to assist with. I'm so grateful that I was blessed with service from Orlando and his partner. I locked my keys in my car on a Saturday morning at 7am, my State Farm insurance put me through to KO automotive and a sweet lady (I believe nikki) showed up in under an hour to unlock my car & educated me on how to get a new key fob battery. She was SO helpful, professional, and quick especially for an earlier Saturday morning. I would 100% recommend this business & will definitely keep their number for future reference!

KO Dispatched through insurance provider. 2 hours estimated time that s fine. 2 hours goes by and call them, but they haven t even left yet. New ETA of 90 more minutes . Which goes by again and they call to cancel entirely at the 90th minute mark Dishonest company with horrible communication. Would avoid.I should clarify they didn t even call me directly. They called through the insurance provider and then stopped answering my calls when I tried for an explanation. They must have known there could be no explanation. Horrible customer service.

Through my insurance, this company was dispatched to me for roadside service. The initial wait time estimate was 30 to 60 minutes, then it dropped to 26 to 56 minutes when I received a text from the driver saying they were en route. 15 minutes pass and I text the driver asking what the ETA was now because my insurance app increased the ETA up to 60 to 90 minutes out of nowhere. There was no response from the driver so I called a local service directly to help. They arrived within five minutes. I canceled my request through my insurance. Never heard back from the driver. Would hate to depend on this company in an emergency.

My niece was visiting from Georgia and her car battery went dead at her hotel. KO Automotive & Emergency Roadside responded in a timely manner and stayed on site until her car stayed running for a moment.The Service Tech was courteous and very professional. Her prompt response and detailed attention to our challenge gave my niece a feeling of being at ease. I was really impressed with the prompt and courteous service of this business.FIVE STARS!!!!!

We had a flat tire on the way out of town. We had our camper and no spare. We googled all sorts of roadside assistance, but KO was the first and only ones to answer and actually be able to help! They went out of their way to get to us and get us back on our way. They truly are life savers! The staff were wonderful- from Nikki the receptionist to the guy that came to save the day!! 5 stars isn t enough!!Service: Tires

Can't begin to say how professional and life-saving this company was when we suffered a drastic loss of tire pressure on one of our Class C RV's dual rear tires. The tire kept going down no matter how much air we put into it. Kaylan, the son of the owner, drove an hour up Cheaha Mountain to get to us at the state park, then spent an hour putting our spare on, tightening the valves and extenders, and making sure everything was on correctly and safely before he left. 5 stars for KO Automotive & Emergency Repair. They are terrific!

I highly recommend using KO Automotive!!! They were at my house in no time and I had my keys and phone in my hand within minutes!! I will never use anyone else, but KO Automotive! These people from the time they answered the phone till they replaced my tire on I-65 they cared and helped me out of an emergency situation. I had AAA Plus and Good Sam for my RV and neither one would help. My hat is off to KO and I would definitely recommend them.Service: TiresService: Tires

We were stuck on the side of the road for more than 3 hours. They happily came and helped us brought water and ice cream for our kids since it was so hot. We would recommend them to anyone!

These guys were great! I locked my keys in my trunk last night and it wasn t easy to get them out with all the latest safety features on my car. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had a flat tire and was on the side of the interstate. They confirmed that they was coming and never even showed up. I called after over an hour of waiting after the ETA was 0, and they told me that they had cancelled and was trying to get someone else to come and that they would call me right back. They never even called me back, and when I called them they was extremely rude and hung up the phone.Service: Tires

Such great people, they were ultimately patient with us. We were traveling a long distance and had a flat. They came out and got us back on the road with no problem. I was absolutely amazed at the speed and efficiency of KO Automotive. I reached out to them because I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. The owner responded immediately and was there five minutes before the ETA time. He changed my tire and asked me was there anything else I needed. Had my first experience having a roadside emergency and KO Automotive was to the rescue! Super nice and arrived in a timely manner. Orlando was incredibly helpful. He made sure I made it to my destination and followed up. Highly recommend.

I called in a panic about my car and the wife came to help me within 15 minutes. They re help was everything I needed and I would definitely use their services again if ever needed. I had a flat tire on the side of the interstate this morning and the jack we had just wasn t cutting it. A man a little ways in front of us also had a flat tire and a friendly man Kylan let us use his jack. Took them 7 hours to get here very rude very rude did not fix tire lie about why took so long DONT CALL THEM DONT HAVE TOOL TO FIX A DAMM FLAT THEY NEED TO STOP DOING THINGS THEY CANT DO AGAIN I CAN PROVE I CALL AT 1132 _ THE DRIVER CALL ME 123.
