My experience was great! I ve had friends who ve experienced other repair companies and the wait to retrieve their car back is months out. I received my car back in weeks and in great condition! The communication was consistent and allowed me to have full access of updates. I highly recommend Joe Hudson s Collision repair!

They have the potential to be great. However their customer service and follow up are lacking greatly. Initial process everyone is friendly. Once they have your vehicle you can barely get anyone to answer the phone let alone call you back. I was given my car back incomplete, wrong parts came and sat unopened until it was time to place them on my vehicle. This due to a lack of quality control. A minor repair turned into the vehicle having to be returned to them due to the paint color being drastically darker than the vehicle. This resulted in them having my car another week, this in addition to the already 3 weeks they had it originally. In the end things got worked out, however, with proper communication, checks and balances, and overall better care towards customer service this experience could ve gone a lot better. I pray I never have to but if I ever need a body shop I will not be choosing them.

The customer service is HORRIBLE! Not only have I been calling for weeks with no answer, but when I did finally get someone on the phone I asked the lady about bringing my car in for repairs and she told me they did not deal with my insurance company anymore. I stated that I would pay out of pocket, I just wanted them to complete the work because I have dealt with them before. She told me NO! They wouldn t work on my car and I would have to get someone else to do it. EVEN THOUGH I WAS PAYING OUT OF POCKET!!!

When you bring in your car everybody is so friendly. When you get the text message to come pick up your car, you would think they would check their work. Unfortunately I have to take mine back to them. They had my car weeks at a time. I did not have rental insurance ( I had to pay that out of pocket ). The day I got the text to come get my car, I turned in the rental and had to catch an UBER because I had to turn the car in. $25 for Uber v. $40 per day with a rental. I opted for the Uber. When I called them and told them about the window, Andre said I could bring it back. It might take a few hours to repair the window. GEEESH... check your work. Now, I am livid because I have to take a day off work without pay. Tell me this... why dont you give me your day's pay and see how you like it. I should have taken my car to Little Jon Jon and Elroy down the street at least they would have opted to pay for a day's rental since it was their fault. After I take my car back to see about the window, NEVER again will I use them. They got one over me this time. The attitude.....

They staff here is great. Unfortunately, I've had to use them twice (not my fault either time ). The work is on point, and they send updates so you're not in the dark. They are also certified to work with my insurance company, so no hassles there either.

Very friendly group of people. I made an appointment to have car damages inspected. They inspected the car. Gave me a copy of the estimate. Sent one to the insurance company. I have set up an appointment for repairs and we will see how that goes. I will report on that afterwards. So far so good.So afterwards. Body and trim looked very good but then i left the car with them because something was wrong that wasnt when I brought itThe car information center would not work. I left it with them to finish. Next day they said it was not part of the accident but it did happen there so Insurance still would have covered it. They had me pick it up as finished and take to BMW Dealership to finish. But they closed the repair as complete. I called my insurance and told them they said since it occurred after the accident and or while in repair it wss covered. I think The Center should not have dismissed it as a common problem but no way to say 100% it didnt happen , The Center should have seen the warning light is still on and screen was frozen and called me or State Farm sent it to BMW for the repairs to be finished. I told them about the yellow warning light coming on at the accident. Even left a detailed list on the dashboard.Just read a post where a similar event happened to a customer in March. Body work completed very well but other issues dismissed as not related to accident. ?Service: Body & Trim

Did a fair job on body work but did not address computer issues that were a result of the wreck despite quoting repair of that damage.Also, the new bumper is missing the cap to a small cutout on the driver side.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

That should have 1/2 a star. I had my first wreck ever a year ago. They only fixed the cosmetic part of it, and I ve been leaking antifreeze on that side ever since they said wasn t caused by the accident, there were electronic problems, false sensor hits. However, as I was leaving, I was told if anything happened after I left, they d take care of it. Earlier this year, for some reason, the 1/4 panel they replaced had shifted, and creased by the door when I opened it. I took it back to the same Joe Hudson, the guy just glanced at it, said it wasn t something they were going to fix, I had to open a new claim with my insurance forcing me to pay another $500-$1000 deductible. I gave it a once over and saw there was, I know, a screw missing that holds the 1/4 panel on. That s just what I saw when I wasn t even really looking. There s no telling what else is wrong I can t see. Actually, I should give them a 1/4 star.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did take longer than expected but that was to make what they did perfect. Had some headlights shipped twice that were subpar and thankfully they refused to install them until they had the best. This place is great it may take longer but it's only because they do it right.

Stay far away!!! Insurance company recommended them and they are horrible! No communication and didn t get everything for my insurance estimate. Car is still there now on the third month. Still arguing with insurance company and this shop bc they missed repairs on my car! They are pathetic! Forget having them call you back to get any info on your car.Alex lies to you. 18 wheeler hit me in the left rear. Damage isn t as bad as you would think. Ms. Personality is still on the front desk . Explained I needed to see about getting my car repaired. She took one look at the info and stated they don t accept the trucking company s insurance - it s one of the largest fleet insurers in the country and they could do an owner pays quote for me to pay for repairs. I just walked out. My son had told me they were rude but I never expected that level.

Visiting my Grandparents they were so impressed with Joe Hudson's Collision Center but didn't know how to leave a review. They went in for a bumper repair and when they came to pick up the vehicle, found it was cleaned inside and out and they even cleaned the tires. Nanny said it was first class service. The bumper is like new again. Highly recommended!

i was very disappointed! my family and i have used them multiple times, with and without going through insurance. i dropped me car off on a wednesday and was told it would done by the end of the week and they kept my car for 2 weeks with no contact. i had to call them to find out when my car would be ready just for them to tell me they didn t have the part to fix it. when i finally got to pick it up they did extra things that i did not ask for and ordered a part i did not need and charged me for it knowing full well i had the part already. they were not willing to remedy the problem. i will not use them again. the communication and lack of a tinley manner, being charged for things i didn t ask for are definitely why they are losing my business. this is not a way to run a business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my new truck to Joe Hudson #1 because they have worked on previous vehicles for me and #2 they are a preferred repair shop with my insurance company. This streamlined the process and made it smooth. The staff here are very courteous and kept me updated as to the repairs on my truck every few days. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Hopefully I never have to use them in the future, but will if the need arises.

They had my car for a month. They told me it would be Dec 30th this is after they already had it for about a week. Week after week until January 20th.My insurance for my rental expired. I had to pay hundreds of dollarsAfter all that, all work was not done.

I was very disappointed this time around. The first time they did a wonderful job This time it started off great but went down hill. They told ne a date it would be ready then I had to call to find out a time to be informed that it wasn't ready. Then was told it should only take 1 more day. That was a lie. It took an additional 4 days. I kept calling and the people were rude. I had one guy say sorry to be rude but I just told you. No you didn't tell me until I kept calling. They had broke a part and it took even longer. I had to extend my rental car 4 times. This cost me more than it should have.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Unless you don t care if you get it back in anything resembling a timely manner. They quoted me 2 weeks for a collision repair - they ve had my car now for SIX WEEKS and it s still not finished. I ve had to extend my rental car at least four times, and it will cost me at least an extra $600 in rental fees.On top of that, their communication and customer service has been terrible. I ve had to call and chase them down on the phone to get any info. On the date when they said the car would be ready, I call to see when I can come pick it up, only to be told that nope, still not ready yet.To top it off, Becky at the front desk is incredibly rude and unfriendly, she acts like you ve inconvenienced her personally when you call about anything, and was very rude to my state farm agent when she tried to call on my behalf to see what was taking them so long.It s hard to believe that they re still a preferred service provider through state farm, although hopefully that will change when I report my abysmal experience to them. I repeat: STAY AWAY from this place.

These folks are great. I didn't have much damage, but the damage I had was repaired quickly, professionally, and looks great. The staff kept me up to date on where they were in the repair process. They made great notes regarding everything I wanted repaired, they didn't miss a single item. All panels line up properly like factory, paint looks factory, emblem placement is perfect, manufacturers screws and plastic inserts were used so as to not look like it had been repaired/replaced. I would recommend to anyone looking for a truly professional repair.

I was very pleased with how quickly this process was completed. Jamey was very nice and informative. They kept me updated daily on the status of my vehicle repairs. They saved me money by calling me and discussing a small issue on the vehicle and let me decide how to proceed. They finished my repairs a day earlier than they were suppose to. I would use this collision center again and would recommend it to others. They even detailed the car.
