They went above and beyond our expectations. We were notified of each step of the repair and they finished the work on an almost impossible deadline! The paint and body work are top notch. We got the car back and it had been cleaned and looked new again. We were recommended to use this shop by a family member and now we recommend them to everyone.

My partner and I have had both cars repaired here and they do GREAT work! I couldn t even tell my car had ever been in a fender bender. And they work fast. Very nice staff! Will definitely use again and refer people.

Trussville Collision was highly recommended to me by friends and family and I have to say they were amazing! My car was fixed quickly and when I went to pick it up it was perfectly cleaned out and washed. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and explained everything to me easily. Find another body shop! They drilled holes into my brand new $3200 front end because "There were holes in the old bumper, so we made holes in the new one". Wow, how awful. I have a 2013 Lexus GS F-Sport. It originally came from Tx where they require ugly front tags, fortunately in Alabama we do not, but to cover up the old holes the guy before me added a little Lexus vanity plate. So after the accident instead of asking me or just leaving the bent up old plate. They drilled holes into my brand new painted bumper to add a very dented up, paint now peeling off, vanity plate that I never wanted. You can always add it, you can't un-drill the holes, why would they do that? My guess is that they charged my insurance company for a new OEM part at top dollar (verified) and instead put a used part that already had the holes, and so to cover it up they put the previous owner's old dented up vanity tag back on...Thanks for the $3200 of body work.On top of that, To start with Jim gave me an estimate for the front end damage for my car that was $1300 (ended up $3200, no big deal), and told me that if I got it done there he could fix the little golf ball sized dent in the back for me as part of it since it was small. But after they ended up finding $3200 they later told me that they could not add that dent in because they were already to tight on the project. I could get it out for $300, I just got a quote down the road and they said they will remove it for $100 and that would be pretty standard anywhere.So to recap, they drilled holes into the brand new bumper that I did not want there and didn't remove the dent in the back that the estimator said he would have included. Then asked for more than going rate to have a third party dent puller fix it with them marking it up at least 1/3.They get 2 stars because the work that is done looks pretty clean. But I chose this place over a State Farm approved body shop because I believed Jim would take care of me and the extra dent, well I don't feel taken care of at all.

We ve used Trussville Collision three times over the years most recently in March 2023. They re a preferred business for our insurance so that was a plus making the insurance portion seamless. They got our car in on a Tuesday and had it back to us on Thursday of the same week looking as good as new just a fast and courteous experience, we ll definitely continue to utilize this business if need (hope not needed) in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Like it never happened! Simply perfect repair work! I can't use enough exclamation marks. Have used them twice, once for and insurance claim when rear-ended, and second time out of pocket for my own mess. Based on the prior work, I didn't even bother to get a second quote (felt it was quite reasonable and already confident in the quality). Will definitely return for any job and wholly recommend.

I had the absolute best experience with Trussville Collision! They were a breeze to deal with every step of the way. They handled all my insurance stuff and had my car done within the time span of me having my rental car covered under my insurance.. Which that alone was hard to find. They did everything within a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process. Ernesto did a great job on my repairs! They also did repairs that weren t even expected. And not to mention the inside of my car looked way better than it did when I dropped it off. They will always have my business!!

After a semi-sour ending to my auto repair I recommend them to a friend. They are good people and I feel the owner acted in good faith, of which I could not hold against him. To recommend him to my friend was the bigger side for me. Thanks for your service.

I am giving three stars because they were professional and saw me in a timely manner. For that I am appreciative. However, upon pickup I opened my back door to hear multiple pieces of glass still in the back panel/door. The entire vehicle was vacuumed/cleaned (which I appreciated), but SOMEONE would've/should've heard that a lot of glass was still inside of the paneling/frame. I walked back in and the team told me that they would need the vehicle for another 24 hours. I return the next day, pickup my vehicle and then drive home. I open the back door to find that there are still multiple pieces of glass stuck in the paneling/door. I call again and the team informs me that I can bring it back (after already returning my rental at this point) and that they'll take the back door off and try to shake the glass out. Additionally, they said that they will have to charge my insurance for the labor cost associated with this. To me it sounded like they were after more money when they did not make it right in the first place.

Great experience at this point in getting my auto repaired. Building and grounds very neat and clean. Getting estimate for insurance company going well. Was offered transportation back home. I will write another review when work finished.

We used Trussville Collision because it seemed to have good reviews & it was convenient as this was where our Geico insurance quote was estimated. The labor was much higher than we we re quoted. They never gave us any updates unless we called & sometimes they didn t even have an answer for us. They held the car much longer than the estimate as well & wouldn t have given us an update as of why if we didn t call several times to ask. I understand estimates are just that, but communication goes a very long way. We also noticed bubbles in the paint & white spots on the vehicle once we drove home. I m perfectly okay with something taking longer than expected if done correctly. It s upsetting to pay for work out of pocket & it not be as expected.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When we got our car back there was a giant crack more than halfway across the windshield ( there was no crack when we took it in). We reported it to them. They looked at it and flippantly said the car never left their lot so they weren't responsible, gave us a card for a glass guy and walked off. Very poor service, will never recommend them to anyoneService: Body & Trim

Botched a repair and have blown me off and/or ignored me when I have tried to get in touch with them to fix the repair that they didn t do correctly. It s been months. Looking at these reviews I am not the only one that has had this experience recently. Will not recommend to anyone, and will actively warn against them. Very professional. Great example of how any business should operate. You actually feel they really care about taking care of your problems. Wood absolutely recommend anyone needing body work on their car should go there. I have only got an estimate at this point but definitely plan on giving them the job once the insurance is approved.
