Had a great experience buying here! Very relaxed and catered to what I was looking for. These guys wanted to earn my business, and had no interest in trying to sell me something I didn t actually want. Seemed like honest people, and a smooth experience. Would definitely recommend.

I have bought and had serviced two cars from Jim Burke. They used to be great. The crew in the service department now is new and customer service has plummeted. My recent service issue started in mid December. Just got completed today. When part was ordered 12/14 I was told 5-9 business days. I called mid February to check. Each time I go in I have asked them to fill windshield wiper fluid. Last visit was charged $50 but no fluid. Went in today to have service completed that was ordered 12/14. Asked them again to fill wiper fluid that was paid for. Still no fluid. And on top of that they didn t reset my clock to correct time after service was complete. Absolutely no attention to detail or what customers ask of them!

My experience was a good one. Especially compared to another dealership where I was considering making the purchase.I did not feel like I was being car hustled . The overall experience was smooth, hassle free, hustle free , honest and efficient. So far I am very pleased with my purchase and have no buyers regret .I would and will be recommending this dealership to family and friends.

I was perfectly content driving my 2003 Pontiac Vibe - I *loved* that old rattle-bang that I had driven since I bought it in July, 2002. But, I knew I needed to check out succession options - love is a wonderful thing, but it doesn't make parts for a car that, if it were human, is old enough to legally drink alcohol.I did my research - I knew I wanted a long-lasting, reliable, comfortable, and fun-to-drive car with some cargo space. Subaru seemed a really good fit as a make, and several models attracted me. I decided to go test drive them for some empirical data.Jim Burke Subaru was close to home, and looked like as good a place as any to go see what I could see. I looked at all three models I wanted to examine (Crosstrek, Outback, & Forester), and the Outback was my favorite on inspection - the "station wagon" blueprint I wanted, but with a great 21st Century aesthetic.I drove it. I loved it. But my visit wasn't about buying - I had the information I needed. At my wife's urging, I went in to see what the full run down of the numbers might look like. I saw it. It seemed encouraging. I wanted more time.My wife suggested, "let's go lunch and talk it over." The sales team happily obliged. We took our leave.Long story short (I know, too late), by the end of the day we returned and I bought the Outback. I got a much better deal than I've seen anywhere else, and because I bought new instead of second-hand, I got a boatload of freebies (maintenance, trial subscriptions - you know, googaws). Some of those I enjoy enough that I'll keep paying for, and those I don't? [he shrugs] I don't have to wonder what I'm missing.My experience was phenomenal. If you visit them, I hope yours is, too.

I've purchased multiple vehicles through James Claborn and have always been more than satisfied. He and Norris Underwood saw me through multiple purchases for myself and my family. Can't imagine I'd go anywhere else for my car needs.

The service people were excellent from asking me questions about the car s performance and answering my question about why the check engine light came on for the first time since I bought the car nearly 5 years ago. The first thing the service tech to asked me was did you know your gas cap was off? Duh, I had just bought gas since I was going out of town the next day.All in all a great crew and since I had to go back to they ordered a Lyft to take me there. I got the service I requested and the only not on my list was a new, more powerful battery. After, 5 year, and a couple of engine stalls recently, I decided to get the battery and I m glad I did.

Beware of Free Oil Changes for Life lie! They want you to purchase unnecessary services that would total more than the amount of oil changes for a 5+ year period. Had a K&N air filter and they wanted to deny my future Free Oil Changes for Life because they said it needed replacing. I swap between two K&N filters and will clean and oil one and put it back into packaging. They said without a purchase, the oil changes would cease. I will not be using their terrible customer service any longer. Love Subaru, hate Jim Burke s service advisors (liars). Maybe will try Hendricks?

Just bought a used Forester before the end of the year. Chandler was kind and helpful through the whole process. We had a few concerns with the new purchase but they worked quickly to sort them out and in the end it was a pleasant experience to do business with them. I would recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business!

I started shopping for an Outback Touring online and contacted a few dealerships. Jim Burke was one of only three dealerships in a 200 mile radius that did more than send an automated reply, and they provided competitive pricing quickly and easily. James Claborn was my salesperson and was helpful, quick to respond to any questions or needs, and kept in touch throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

Second visit to this location 3 January 2023. Amazing 5 stars again! Kendall in service went above and beyond! My vehicle was completed earlier than expected and prices that were prior quoted were honored with no hassle! Highly recommend First visit to this service location. Brent (service manager) and the rest of the staff here were all polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Brent even followed up with pricing on future maintenance to keep me informed and my Subaru maintained per schedule. Pricing was fair and my service took a reasonable amount of time. Thank you.

I am SO happy to leave a review for Jim Burke Subaru. I normally don t take the time to leave reviews but my experience with this team was THAT good! I have leased cars for 18 years and this was by FAR my best car buying experience!! Bottom line, they didn t waste my time and they didn t play the back and forth finance game that takes hours. I told them what I needed and they came right back with a better than good offer! Plus, the energy in there was real. It wasn t fake and sales-y. They genuinely want your business and want to make you happy. I actually didn t want to leave this time! Whatever car of the month I get in three years, you can rest assure, I am going to Jim Burke and let them find whatever I want!!

Our daughter s car was left outside by the technicians with the windows down in torrential rain which soaked the seats etc. Windshield was cracked sometime during repair and no one mentioned either of these things. They wouldn t believe they had done it until video footage showed the before and after window. Also the car was driven to the dealership yet after the repairs were done she found that the car woudn t start. They said the spark plugs were bad (no previous trouble starting the car at all) and they wanted another $800+ to replace them which is an outrageous amount for that service. When she mentioned this they changed the price - dropping it by half. Our daughter drives with hand controls because she has a spinal cord injury so to prolong the time the car was not operable was a huge difficulty for her. No rentals with hand controls were available. We wondered if they were taking advantage of her knowing she would have to get the repair done in order to have transportation. In the end they did pay for Uber rides when she pressed them on the issue. We would not recommend this business.

From the moment I arrived for my car service to the time that I left, I was treated with friendliness and professionalism! My car was ready in a little over an hour, and I was able to get some computer office work done while I waited. The waiting room was stocked with complimentary coffee pod options and bottled water. This was the most pleasant experience I ve ever had in a car service appt! Thank you for exceptional service and customer hospitality!!

My Subaru struck a metal piece on the highway while driving from Florida back to Chicago. The metal piece struck the barking brake cable, which lit up the instrument panel and disabled the adaptive cruise. I located Jim Burke Subaru and they got me in right away. They repaired it repaired and got me on my way within two hours. Very pleased with their customer service team and the technician that serviced my Subaru. Keep up the good work.

An extremely pleasant experience! The mechanic over my car was very polite, informative and helpful over the phone and in person. When my car was ready the cashier at the desk really helped with setting up a payment plan. Will definitely come back for anything else my Subaru Impreza needs in the future.

My daughter and I were traveling from South Carolina to Louisiana and experienced major car problems. We called Jim Burke Subaru, told them what was going on and that we were traveling and on a schedule. They were waiting for us when we arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, put two mechanics to work on it and got us back on the road within two hours. I very much appreciated their quick, friendly, and professional service. I highly recommend them.

I was really intimidated since this represents a lot of money for me. My sales rep, James, was very easy to work with and listened to my concerns. I also got much better financing rates from the dealership than from my bank I have been with since 1995. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I really would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely was not happy with my last 2 visits. In January they replaced a bad battery that should have been replaced during my November visit that had been leaking acid. They blew the dried acid powder all over my engine and hose and other parts. I need to bring back to get cleaned up. Also they put a 12/23 sticker on my battery which should have been a January 2024 sticker when it was replaced. I have not taken the time to post feedback in the past but generally I have had a negative experience from the time I bought my car starting with the sales representative. I have had one service representative that was pleasant to work with.

After bringing in my 2018 Legacy for 90000 service and explaining to the sales rep that my key fobs was not working correctly and I was instructed to bring them both back to get them fixed. They both worked. The memory in the car was messed up the first thing, the representative asked me Was what quote did they give me I said to him no quote was given. This was a free service because all they had to do was reset the memory in the car. The next thing he tells me is that it s gonna cost me $400 for the service I explained to him I didn t have the $400. I mainly came down for the oil change, and I wanted to do that, he immediately caught an attitude and told me that if I didn t get it, I would void my free oil changes for life and he had a form on his tablet for me to sign which would have done just that voided my free oil change for life. And I almost signed it. I then wanted to speak to the manager and he said everything was fine. The representative did nothing wrong. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. I m waiting for someone to get in contact with me now I left a message. I will let you know how this works out, why should I be penalized because I don t have the money to pay right then

I brought car n for major check up and all parts were available and work was done in reasonable amount of time. On my way home all engine warning lights started flashing. I was sure the technician had made some mistake. I had car towed back and somehow they determined this was due to a transmission problem and just a coincidence that it occurred so soon after the work was completed .I found this hard to believe and they seemed to understand how I felt. They gave me a break on the bill which I really appreciated

We were traveling interstate for a vacation when our Subaru s engine warning lights came on. This dealer was nearest to us. They got us in quickly, helped us get to & from a hotel, & fixed our car which got us back on the road again first thing the next morning! We had a great experience at Jim Burke Subaru! James was our salesperson and he was excellent!! Another dealership told me they could not get me a red crosstrek Wilderness but James made a couple of calls and had on in a week! We enjoyed getting to know James too!
