I really wanted to have a good experience here but I didn't. Their waiting area is very nice and accommodating, the bathrooms were clean. Check in was fast and the service advisors were nice. Those are the only good things I can say. I tried this service department because I had originally been going to Serra Nissan and they couldn't figure out what was going on with my car. Same deal here. The NISSAN technicians aren't even knowledgeable about the cars they work on (Nissans). I sat for about 2 hours just for them to tell me by backseats don't have sensors when in fact they do. In addition to the backseat, i brought my car in for a noise concern while driving. They didn't hear the noise but my dash cam was unplugged when they returned my car. Why? The footage I do have of the "test drive" is no longer than a minute which makes me think they didnt drive it long enough to try to hear the noise. Granted, me and the service advisor went on a short test drive to see if we could replicate the noise and had no luck but this is when I seen my dash cam was unplugged. When I asked him why it was unplugged he said maybe they were cleaning up and did it by accident because he wouldn't see why they would do something like that. I gave up then and there because that's a bunch of B.S. Since my car was under warranty, i dont think they wanted to figure out a problem. My car is now out of warranty and I still hear the noise and my sensors in my backseat still go haywire. Lucky me.

Always takes care of my vehicle. Hanna is such an awesome customer service rep boss. They offer to get you transportation to your next location. You may also have the option to rent a car if longer services are needed. They communicate effectively via call or text (make sure the texts are not sent to spam). They are friendly and patient. I really appreciate them. Yes, we know you could potentially spend alot when the dealership fixes your car after warranty/paid in full, but it is guaranteed and honored and you know it is a trusted source. I love it here!

I went in to get my windshield. Wiper sprayer fixed in the guy who fixed it did not top off. My when she'll wipe a fluid. I feel like that was part of his job to at least check.

Terrible service here. They kept my car for 6 days. I was told they couldn't find anything wrong with it, so I went to pick it up. Before I left with my car I asked if they would check my battery. My car is 5 years old and still had the original battery. Well the battery was the problem, and they never checked it until I asked! I had to rent a car for the 6 days they had my car! That cost me $500.00. I also had to buy a new battery for $233.00! I've never had such bad service from a Nissan dealership..

I purchased a 2013 Pathfinder from another dealership but have an extended warranty on the vehicle so I decided to take my SUV to this location. WORST DECISION EVER. I knew it was going to take at least a week and a half to fix my vehicle but, it literally has been 3 weeks that my truck has been in the shop with no updates. I've been told it will be ready 4 different days and my vehicle is still isn't ready. Are they not on a schedule with what vehicles comes in first gets service first? I spoke the Service dept mgr Ron today (9/8) at around 2 p.m and he was suppose to give me a call but it's 4:30 and still no call. Customer Service sucks, finishing in a timely manner is definitely some bull$***Update: Picked up my SUV on 9/10 everything seems to going good. Mr Ron the service dept mgr made sure my truck was ready before he just handed to me. If it wasn't for him I probably would've have them 0 stars.Service: Engine repair

I was in the service department yesterday I had another service associate. I hate too give a bad review because I have been dealing with Nissan since 2014 this associate name is ADAM. MONTGOMERY he doesn't have good customer service skills. I watch the other associate come in and out and communicate with customers.He never communicate beyond checkin.This was first time the lady a the desk call too sign out for my car.I had go back in tooask for the oil sticker that goes in the window. He did enforce. me my car was ready. Maybe he was upset because I told him I didn't need a tire rotation because I DID one the last visit .I just purchase this car in August last year. Next time I will get someone else in the service department not him. I Jim Burke Nissan Sales and Service But Adam Montgomery is not a good associate .

Montana in the service department is rude. I will never be coming back here again. This is the second time. It s sad you can t come to a place you purchased a brand new car from to get it serviced without being disrespected. She needs to be replaced!!!!

The guys at Jim Burke Nissan Service are the very best. They are always kind and professional. When my husband decided to purchase a new car, we went with Jim Burke because of their outstanding service department. The free oil changes for life helps too !!

This is by far the BEST Nissan service department I have ever had experience with. We own 3 Nissans our teenage/college kids drive and have about 25 Nissans in our company fleet. Needless to say we have a lot of experience with dealerships and I have not come across one that compares to the superior service Jim Burke Nissan provides! Ron was absolutely amazing helping our two sons who broke down just outside of Birmingham while driving back to Florida from Mississippi. If you want your vehicle worked on by a company that is honest and goes above and beyond this is the service department to go to! Thank you Ron and Jim Burke Nissan! What a top-notch company!

We visited every auto dealership in the Birmingham and surrounding areas. Jim Burke Automotive gave my husband and I the best deal, service and support in all of Alabama. We purchased our 2016 Nissan Rouge from them and we will continue to do service with them for years to come. They are the most honest ,fair,best priced dealership around.

Awesome people and service...period...my oil changes are free and I didn't even buy my Nissan from them...also they provide a decent military discount...did it without me even knowing or having to ask once they saw my tag. Wait times can be a little long so watch your timing.

I have always been pleased with the service with Jim Burke Nissan Service. It is just ashamed that the war in Ukraine has caused the oil change to go up.

My car has now been at this Nissan for two weeks. They were suppose to be looking for a part for my car. I talked to them a few days ago & the man just realized it was a SE-R and they still have not found a part. It does not seem to me they are even trying to find it. I will NEVER use this Nissan again. I was stuck in Birmingham for weeks because they haven't done their job. Horrible service.

The service reps are very helpful; the service was quick and accommodating. Their shuttle service dropped me off to work and picked me up after work and were timely.

I made an appointment a week in advance, came to my appointment only to be told there would be a 2 hour wait. I left very disappointed. What's the purpose of the appointment if YOU can't keep it. A total waste of my time.
