Wonderful experience. Got there early got to work on time, my car was ready before noon. Picked it up on my lunch break. Pleasant and efficient staff. Opened at posted time. Will definitely return. I called to request a same day oil change and spoke with a gentleman named Adam. He was very courteous and told me I could come on in that morning. When I arrive he was just as kind if not more than when I spoke with him over the phone. He took my car back and extended an invitation to the waiting area, which by the way is beautiful. I wasn't there very long. He explained other items that needed and checked me out. My morning had a great start with Jim Burke Nissan

We had a great experience working with Mr. Henry and the team. Due to it being a Saturday and holiday weekend, we were given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle for a few days. This allowed us to really get to know more about the car and test it out on the highway. When we returned, the purchase was very quick and simple.

I went in for a warranty on a battery. They tried to charge me unnecessary fees ($200.00) to change both battery terminals (positive and negative) even though the battery test came back as a bad battery . I had the battery terminals replaced at another shop , for a fraction of their cost. I was informed that Jim Burke Nissan would not replace my battery if they were not replaced. Then, I was told that there would be a $40.00 labor charge for replacing the warranty battery. I asked to speak with the GM to address my concerns with Jim Burke Nissan s policy and procedures. I was never given access to the GM to address my concerns but was told the battery was replaced in my vehicle and i was able to leave. I will not be taking my car for any services at Jim Burke Nissan.

I was waited on right away and everyone was nice even though I was early. Mr. Kyng Scott was very helpful in explaining what I needed and directed me to the waiting area. They took care of everything in a reasonable time frame. The place was really clean.

I bought a new 2018 Nissan Altima from Jim Burke in 2018. When purchasing the car, I was told that I would have free oil changes for life. The last time I went for an oil change, I was told I have to purchase a cabin air filter every 3rd oil change to keep receiving the "free" oil change, so I went ahead and had them do the service. This time, the story changed, yet again. I was told I have to purchase a recommended service to receive my "free" oil change... which was a Coolant flush for $195, or a transmission flush for $400. Both of which I have already done in the last 20k miles. It's the principle of keeping your word. I will make sure to never buy another vehicle from Jim Burke just because they like to go back on what they say.

Every car I ve ever purchased has come from here! The staff was very professional and patient with me as always. Glenn was able to get me in and out in what seemed like 30 minutes. This is the quickest I ve ever purchased a car! Great customer service!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THEY TOOK REALLY GOOD CARE OF MY SECOND VEHICLE MY NISSAN KICK! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/TEAM MEMBERS WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I ALSO ENJOYED THE WAITING ROOM AREA WITH THE FLAT SCREEN WATCHING THE GAME WITH REFRESHMENTS, AND IT WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN!!!!

Really awesome service. I was in an accident in Tuscaloosa, but decided to take my car to them even though they re in Birmingham because they were highly recommended. I m so glad I did! Kyng and the rest of the team were extremely professional and helpful during the entire experience. They have recently renovated and the space is really comfortable and functional if you need to get work done while you wait. I really like their online check-in system that sends you a detailed report on your car inspection. It lets you select services you want to pay for, and it explains what the purpose of each service is.

Let s talk about how awesome these people are. I had a complete mess on my hands from lack of help from a different local dealer. I was ready to sell my pathfinder and never look back. But then I called Jim Burke and I was directed to Devon who is the absolute best service advisor with regard to communication, helpfulness, trustworthiness, honesty, and empathy. I m telling you that I d been through the gamut with my car and it kept cutting off in the middle of the road. The other local dealer couldn t figure it out and had inexperienced and unconcerned people who replaced parts they didn t need to and basically just took shots in the dark about what was wrong. They charged my warranty company thousands to still not fix the problem. Jim Burke was such a contrast from that. They got right to the heart of the issue. They listened and they replaced the MAF sensor and also advised me that I needed front brakes. The experience has made me a loyal customer and I am so grateful for Devon and Jim Burke.

Thank you so much to Kyng! Really helped me out and was extremely kind the whole time. Updated me when they found out more issues with my car but somehow got it back to me for a realistic price (and under 2 days). He was a gentleman on the phone and in person even when he had mutliple customers waiting! Highly reccomend Kyng at Jim Burke. I will be coming back here.I had tried a different place and they were rude but here it was kind but to to the point. Thank yall for getting me back in the road!

I brought my 2010 titan in for an airbag recall and that was not completed, my oil was changed and the technician did not put a sticker in the windshield, the technician also left oil on my paint. The technician also did not properly complete a multi point inspection and just made mileage based recommendations. Had he properly performed an inspection I would be leaving a better review and would be more likely to continue using Jim Burke.

I was very satisfied with my service at Jim Burke Nissan. My car was only in their shop one day! My service tech, King Scott was awesome. He kept me posted about my vehicle the entire time of service. I would highly recommend Jim Burke Nissan for all of your future services. I will definitely use them,again!!

I took an afternoon off from work to bring in vehicle for recall repair. They were supposed to have the required parts. They didn't. Wasted time off. Now waiting for them to reschedule. It's been 2 weeks, so I'm starting to think they have forgotten me.

I went to get an oil change and it only took 15-20 minutes. I am a VERY impatient person, so I must say this was the quickest oil change ever. Montana really helped me out because I was on my lunch break at the time and she handled my request with urgency. Thank you all!! Best Nissan dealership around for sure.
