Horrible service. Mike has me drop off my car for a warranty coverage of a paint manufacturer issue in which my car was still under warranty and could get painted for free. He lied and told me that everything was approved and allowed me to drop my car off for 2 weeks while it sat there and had ABSOLUTELY ZERO WORK done to it at all. Nothing was done at all yet my car was there for two weeks. come to find out, Mike was on vacation. so he lied to my face, told me everything was a go and that he would let me know when to come pick my car up, and come to find it, he didn't submit any paperwork. nothing had been done. and no one even knew what I was talking about. they just didn't want to fulfill a manufacturer job because they wouldn't make money off me and just wanted me to go away. this place is trash and I'll never be back. instead of being lazy and shoo-ing people away, how about actually handling the customer and problems at hand and coming up with proper solutions. the whole city is lazy just like this when it comes to business. no one wants to do anything. every one is lazy as ever.

Im going to try and keep this very shortI purchased a 2022 Tucson December 27,2021 and this what is happening to my carI live in Tuscaloosa and brought my car back to this location to get the problem fixedThe service person was done what rude and didn t seem to careHe told me the dealership in Tuscaloosa could have fixed it when legally they can t, then he went on to tell me I would have to leave my car and couldn t tell me about how long they would have to keep my carNot only this but he told me they don t have any loaners, so would basically be with out transportation to get back home from there along with no way to get to work or do anything else I needed my car forI m completely hurt and upset that I m going through thisSigned a hurt customerService: General repairs & maintenance

Three times, I've taken my Tucson here for maintenance. The problems haven't been resolved since my initial appointment on March 14, 2023. My most recent appointment was on April 17, 2023, and I just received my vehicle back on Tuesday, May 9, 2023; Hyundai had my car for three weeks straight, and I'm still having the same problems in addition to two new issues. They had my vehicle for a little over a month now, and no progress has been made. My frustration and irritation stems from Hyundai's inability to repair my Hyundai vehicle and from their fabrication of deadlines. The customer service was good, but lately I feel like my calls are going unanswered and I have to call other numbers to get through or get transferred to someone else except my allocated service adviser (Mike S.). Every weekend, I commute for about an hour and a half, and I can't afford to be without a dependable car. Up until this Friday, May 5, 2023, when I was offered a courtesy car even though I was informed my car would be ready, I had to rent cars on my own. Due to the inconvenience, I should have been offered a Loaner/Courtesy vehicle the entire time. I am aware that things might change and that shipping and receiving parts can affect timelines, but I don't get many updates, and when I do contact, it seems like a hassle. I got one or maybe two updates about my car over that time, but I continued to get inaccurate deadlines. I wish my vehicle could be fixed, but is that even possible where I am?

Jim Burke Hyundai has amazing customer service. I worked with Emmanuel Gomes he made my experience so less stressful and he was very patient with me throughout the process.. overall everything was great.. I walked away feeling good about my car services, I do recommend

This service center has far exceeded my expectations when it comes down to quality work and the service advisors both that I've dealt with Jordan and Brian are very respectful and they strive to meet or exceed the customers expectations. My check engine like came in for the 2nd time due to a software update and I pulled in on a Friday at 4 pm to make an appointment keep in mind they close at 5 pm but they pulled my car to the back ran diagnostics and reprogrammed the software and keep in mind they were about to close and didn't have to pull my car to the back. Thank You Jim Burke Service Team y'all ROCK! MIGHT I MENTION THE SALES TEAM ARE PHENOMENAL TO WORK WITH AS WELL!

I visited here for electric leakage, but they took my multimedia device off and replaced it with cheap device. I can t use Apple carplay anymore because it s not even exist in my car. Not only taking my device but the issue is still there. As a result, I paid them for taking off my part. What a great service it is.

I'll change my rating soon as they call me and let me know what's going on with my vehicle.Update. They never called me about my vehicle to let me know what was going on. However, they sent a link to my daughter's phone explaining the maintenance that needed to be done. *I do like that* but never told me what was going on with the car. When I reached out to them, that's when they let me know that they ordered the part, but also you knew what was wrong and didn't reach out. Once again I'll change my rating when I get my vehicle back.

Extremely helpful in selling us a no longer made part for our 2004 Hyundai Elantra. Only 3 left in US and only 1 in Southeast. Burt was especially patient to answer all our questions and then hold the part for us since we lived over 3 hours away.

Horrible experience!!!!! Issues not fixed but just had a representative by the name of Kyle call me from his personal phone number to ask about a survey I left and told me his boss sees it and I just cost him about $800 off his check and it s my fault! At the end of the day that is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and it turned a unsatisfied customer into a ANGRY customer and at the end of my experience I will never recommend Hyundai or anything by the name of Jim Burke! On to calling corporate AGAIN!Service: Auto maintenance

Extremely slow. My car was there almost 2 weeks which was not may main issue. My issue was them touching base with me and giving me a time frame on how long it would be I called 3 days in a row and left messages. The 2 times I did speak with someone he said they would contact me when they could tell me something. I left some of my items in the car so a week later I went to pick them up. At this point my car was there a week. Car still not ready and no one could tell me when it would be fixed. I let more days pass I called Thursday they said my car was ready Monday. No it wasn't I was there Monday. They also said they called and. Left me several voicemails. Another lie. Turns out the number he repeated to me was off by one number the last digit. How? Everyime I called I left a voicemail with my phone number and my vehicle had been serviced there before. When my car was towed there this month the woman on the phone had my correct address and number on file.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Service sucks. Law states dealership can only hold vehicle for 30 days under warranty for servicing, it's now 90 days and counting.

It was raining cars and dogs. But that did not stop the outstanding service I got!!! The whole operation was top notch!!! And my new Hyundai Elantra hybrid is getting 500+ miles per a tank of gas, and my electric battery just extends my gas life further, things are getting better and better!!! You may or may not need a new vehicle but when you do, stop by Jim Burke Hyundai first, I don't think you will have to go anywhere else after that!!!

My son and I bought 2 vehicles within two months...mine used, his new. Well, now that I've gone over factory warranty, I'm told they do oil changes and replace wipers. They won't even check to see why the "check engine light" is on. #sad because they actually use to only sell buicks. WOW!

I really would recommend customers find another service department. This one has way too many issues. From the Service department manager down. I really wouldn't buy Hyundai

A. J. And his team are awesome. They detected the problem and had it fixed in just a few hours. Very professional and friendly. I wouldn't have my car serviced anywhere but with these guys.

I arrived an hour and 20 minutes before closing but was told all mechanics and staff were leaving in the next 20 minutes. An entire hour before they re supposed to close.
