Went here looking to get a used vehicle many hoops and hurdles in the process. I was looking at a used car thinking I probably could not get approved. I was able to get approved and get a brand new car 2023 challenger the staff here is very professional and goes the extra mile to make sure you leave a happy customer.. Jeremy Ash and Floyd Morrison were phenomenal! I definitely had a ton of questions to ask because in the past I ve had back experiences. They answered every question, they worked with me, they listened to me and they cared about my wants and needs! This is actually my first ever brand new car and so I am very pleased with the car and my experience there at Jim Burke !

Started great got a little rocky, but all in all they have definitely taken care of me. They ve fought to get me warranty coverage outside of the initial warranty and they have succeeded. 5 stars for that alone.

Great customer service. Special shout out to Mr Clarence for sealing the deal with a 2-n-1 sales. He made sure to answer any questions that we had to arise along the way. He was very consistent and explained everything to us without pressing. Highly recommended.

Clearance Fegan my sales rep Tee Thomas the manager did amazing job with assisting me in my purchase but the Finance Manager didn t say two words to me but handle my paperwork who does that . Not customer service oriented at all

Christian was very helpful and kept me well informed while waiting for my vehicle to arrive. I worked with a certain other Hyundai dealer in town that offers lifetime warranty but wanted to charge for it. It was a relief that Jim Burke does not condone this practice. Instead I only dealt with very honest people.Update: Dropped two stars because of after purchase care. I had lights come up on the dash for my vehicle and called to make an appointment in December. I was told that they were not taking appointments and to just call back in two weeks and that was the extent of the information I was given. I had to take my brand new vehicle to another dealership for help because this one did not care. I am now learning that the "lifetime oil changes" will not be honored by the new ownership group.I am also disappointed in the vehicle itself making this my last purchase from Hyundai all together.

This service location has gone from mediocre at best when I started using them two years ago to terrible. Service appointments being lost and never scheduled, being told I owed $195 for a diagnostic when my car is still in warranty, phone calls from service advisors to me where I'm put on hold for over 7 minutes only to call back and they didn't know why they called me, to a terrible check out experience after an oil change. They've got newer people in there and they aren't very good at customer service and don't know Hyundai policies. Obviously they aren't being managed or trained very well. I rarely ever leave bad reviews, but I also never got a follow up email to be able to leave feedback privately. After several poor experiences, I've had it.

My recent experience in searching for a vehicle that would accommodate my budget was met through the dynamic team at Jim Burke Automotive. My initial contact to the last handshake was professional and pleasant as sales consultant, Anthony Harris, the technician Christian Smith who calmed my fears with this new technology, even to Hollywood, Andrew Briggins and the final stop of meeting and conferring with Norris Underwood was such a refreshing experience. I appreciate their patience and the manner in which they respected me as a buyer. Often when women are making a major purchase, we can be faced with commission breath, and lack luster transparency. I didn t plan to do business with Jim Burke (there s a closer dealership with whom we ve done much business!). However, from the moment I talked to Clarence (salesman), he was on top of it and wouldn t let go. He kept me up to date with all possibilities, listened to me when I explained what I was trying to do, and within 3 days I was in a brand new Santa Fe SEL.It was an outstanding experience.

The staff at Jim Burke Hyundai were phenomenal. The team continuously updated me thru the app and provided phenomenal service. Being from out of town, I was unable to go to my usual place when my oil light came on. My needs were met where I was located in Birmingham thru my job. The company is highly recommended for anyone who has car troubles both in the area as well as out of town.

My journey began with me wanting a Subaru and working with Chandler Busby, but I was also interested in test driving a Hyundai (as I was still doing my research). So Chandler let me drive a Tucson Hybrid and I immediately fell in love with it!Chandler, Brian, and Luke (Business Manager) were so knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and changes as a first-time hybrid buyer. Requested a service appointment because my vehicle (Santa Fe) is burning oil at a rate of a quart every 800 miles. The power train is still under warranty. Received an appointment 3 weeks out. Four days before the appointment, they called and canceled because they were too busy. When I asked what I was supposed to do since this was a warranty issue and we needed to take care of this before the warranty ran out they told me to call another dealership or call them back in January. No other help offered.
