Can't believe a dealer is forging docs and illegally notarizing docs. Not to mention stealing deposits against Alabama law. Won't be long now till your famous for the wrong reasons and people lose their jobs

Dropped in for my Challenger's first service. Scheduled the appointment online on the website. Rodney was extremely helpful and Jim Burke free oil changes for life are a definite plus. Was in and out under an hour.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Service department is absolutely terrible, I made an appointment for 7am for an oil change. Was there for 2 and a half hours and was told that appointments do not matter. After an hour and a half when I asked about the progress of my truck they told me my claim was not even in the computer despite the online appointment I made and the set up I went through when I got there at 7am.

The Jeep service department is the best I have seen.. Mr. Caffey is alway professional and the team there is one of the reasons I only come here for my car maintenance.

I was the 1st vehicle in when garage door opened that morning. Shortest wait time I've experienced there!! Everyone very friendly
