Highly recommend working w/ Jason. He was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. My wife and I have bought several vehicles of the years, and this was by far the best experience we've had. The truck we purchased was listed fairly and we feel that we got a great deal.

Stephen is wonderful. He was patient and kind. We live out of state, Stephen keep in touch until he found what we wanted. He called and sent pictures upon request. You can't get that type of service anymore. Stephen cared about our wants and needs. He "loved" on our car like it was his own. If you want excellent service, Jaguar of Birmingham is where you should go.

Barrett was an amazing. He took his time explaining the benefits of each model we queried about. Test drove the 2017 Jaguar XE, fell in love, and ended up purchasing it.

Stephen is the man with a plan. I love working with him. He makes purchasing a vehicle easy. His personality, consistency, and hard work is the best. He makes you feel like a part of his family and checks up on you as a customer to make sure your experience is a plus and to always keep you part of the Jaquar family. My car only had 9,400 miles on it- Jaquar (less than 30K).You can t go wrong with purchasing from Stephen. I m a customer for life.

I m from California and was doing a cross country road trip on my F-Type and unfortunately got a flat tire. Being stuck alone in Alabama as a 21 year old I was pretty worried to say the least. However I was able to Tow my Vehicle to the dealership for free and was immediately put at ease when I met one of the Service Advisors named Ryan Bradley. He was very understanding of my situation and made sure all of my needs and concerns were addressed. I was very impressed with his customer service and how thorough he was! The other employees I dealt with briefly there were very kind as well. This is the first time I walk into a jaguar dealership and felt that I was truly a valued customer and every single person from the receptionist to the mechanics working on my car wanted to make me happy! Definitely come here!! I wish the Jaguar dealerships in California were this good!!!

Such a great place to get a car from! Me and my fianc� had Tess as a sales representative and she was so sweet and absolutely amazing! She found us the perfect car that was well within our budget. I highly recommend going to Jaguar and asking for Tess!

Leased a Jaguar from them. Jason my salesman was fantastic and very easy to work with on the lease. The disaster started once I was handed off to the finance manager. I went to get my tag and they had not paid the taxes. Went back 3 more times after they said it was fixed. It took months to get this straightened out. Many calls to the finance manager and he would just ignore the calls. Finally had to call the GM and she got it corrected after 2 more weeks. Finally got my tag after 3 months. Surprised they stay in business treating clients like this. Horrible experience.

Update on poor review, was contacted by the dealership and they helped to locate a vehicle, waiting to hear from them as they were getting the car altered to match my request. Hopefully this will end with a positive review. Will upgrade to 5 stars if they call soon and tell me the car is ready...

We bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. They are forward with everything and don t try to scam you or sugar code anything on the paperwork. The car dealers are nice and don t hide anything. 10/10 experience. One of the best experiences I ve had in a while with any dealership

This place is terrible! The service was awful. They tried to upsell me from the start and way overcharged me for the work done. An hour to replace a battery? Bulls$!&. They were rude, dismissive and slow. Their answer when I complained... it s a jag get used to it. Well then, I will be selling my jag. I did not buy a $90,000 car to be treated like dirt and dismissed like an inconvenience. Stay away from this place. In fact stay away from Jag altogether. Not worth it.

I schedule my vehicle on the 27th for a service check up on brakes found out today that they will no longer service cars under 2015. I have a 2014 xjl r lwb with 34,000 miles on it. Service guy told me to call Huntsville Dealership or mobile dealerships. That's a far drive from Birmingham LOL. Funny thing about it I was getting the vehicle service for a purchaser to buy. I know where now where I will be purchasing my next vehicle from

The worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car. The salesman wouldn't return my calls. I got in touch with the finance manager, he didn't know his behind from 3rd base. Very unprofessional and very scattered. I truly do not see how they stay in business. The finance manager assured me that he would call me back.......Still haven't heard from him.......

I wish I remembered the reps name that helped me for my 30k mile service on my XJ. I think his name may have been Dan, but he did an excellent job. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to cars and engines etc, so it was nice to have someone from a dealership not try to BS me on what needs to be done but instead shot me straight right off the bat. I was about to pull out of the lot to leave and he basically chased me down to get the car and take it to the car wash himself after the dealership service dept had already closed. It's rare to see people go above and beyond, especially after they're supposed to be off work .

I recently had service work done on my used XK8. After paying $ 5,200 for repair work for various leaks and other repair work, when I drove home I discovered there was another oil leak and that it would cost another $ 1,500 for that repair. I am extremely disappointed that I left the dealership after paying for extensive repairs and it still was leaking oil. I was told that is was "just a minor leak" and that I could continue to drive the car if I chose to not bring it in for the additional work on it. I was contacted by the service manager Dan Germond to resolve the issues with the car. Not only did he & the dealership offer to correct the problems I was having but exceeded my expectations of what I thought was fair & equitable. I will continue to have my car serviced by Dan & his team. My experience with them is that they are definitely customer focused and strive to meet their customers more than halfway . That's all u can ask of any dealership.

Last week I took my Jaquar in for some service work and when I pulled in the drive and stepped inside I was immediately greeted by Leeman Tillery. I told him about the service that needed to be done and for him to have the mechanic check out anything else that might need attention. Leeman explained the details of the service work that was needed and made some good recommendations of a few other items that I should consider. I was very impressed with his knowledge of Jaquars and the necessary service to be done that could prevent more expensive repairs by not going ahead and doing some very needed service. I feel that Leeman and his amount of knowledge was truly looking out for my best interest and keeping me from possible very expensive repairs in the future. I would recommend Jaquar s Service Department and Leeman Tillery to any and all Jaquar drivers. I would like to say Thank you and job well done by Leeman and all the Jaquar Service people and mechanics. Lamar Martin

Husband is tow truck driver and we sat there for 40 minutes to an hr. They were trying to locate a customer's vehicle then they couldn't find the key. The service advisor that handled the case was off and wouldn't answer his phone. It took me looking in vehicle to find it. Manager told us the advisor didn't have to answer phone. Which is wrong!! Poor management

I was greeted by the service manager upon arriving & my F-Pace was taken immediately back for service. I only waited a short time for the servicing to complete. My car was washed & quickly returned to me.

Jaguar Birmingham did a great job on my car. I had to take in a new F-Type with an air conditioning issue and they had it fixed in under 2 days. Car was in the same condition as I left it and they gave it a wash!

Make sure they have 2 keys if you buy used. Never told me until after I signed. Then sent me off with a second key that was not programmable. Dishonest.

Easy to find...beautiful setting. ..our Land Rover salesman, Jonathan, was excellent...good size inventory and can find what you want if they don't have it!
