I'm currently still out of state working I will be back next week in town. But my mom said that she thinks you all have done a great job and that she thinks you all work is genuine. She said the Truck drives a lot better now. I will be doing more business with Brad and I highly recommend them. And I think they was reasonable with the price. Thanks again for taking care of me especially with me sending my mom/women, a lot of mechanics take advantage of women now days so I really appreciate you.

Brad and his team are great guys and really do care about fixing your issue. I came to them after going to several other car shops trying to get my coolant issues resolved and so far, I have no complaints! Grateful that I ve found them and I will be using them for all my car needs from now on.

Brad and JR were awesome! They were professional and knowledgeable. I felt like I was a top priority and took care of my problem in no time. Along with good bedside manner, the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I took my car to IN Touch Automotive to get a new aftermarket exhaust system and new aftermarket tail lights installed. Brad the owner told me I could bring it in that morning and he would try his best to get it done before the end of the day. It was about 9:30 a.m when I dropped it off. He got all the work done properly that day and I picked my car up that afternoon. It's been about 4 or 5 days since I had the work done and so far so good. I think he and his guys did a really good job and he's a very down to earth approachable guy who seems to be a fair and honest business man. In the past I have had mechanics tell me they would get my car done in a day or two and after they get it all bets are off and they keep it for a while or longer. With that in mind I offered Brad $200 cash if he would get all the would done properly that day and he told me he would try his best. Well he got it done properly and when I tried to give him the $200 cash he politely refused to accept it and said that its not necessary. To me that speaks volumes about him as a person. I was so pleased with my experience at IN Touch Automotive that I am taking my car back in to get the brakes done. He's earned himself a customer for life. I have started to recommend them to all my family and friends. A+++++ service and experience. Thanks again!!Services: Exhaust, Electrical

My warranty company suggested 3 places in the area, that were approved. I called 2 places before I called I.N. Touch and the vibe just wasn't right with those shops. When I talked to Brad, I instantly felt heard. He listened to my concerns about my Kia and told me what the warranty process would be. Brad and J.R. are very down-to-earth and approachable. I'm now a true customer and will keep my Kia serviced with them. Thank you guys so much, for repairing my car.

These guys are the best! me and my family were in a very unfortunate situation and brad went above and beyond for us to get us back on the road highly highly recommend him very honest and alot of professionalism if your looking for a mechanic shop this is the one!

If you do anything call Brad at InTouch first. I would not recommend anyone else! Broke down in the middle of an 11 hr drive in Birmingham AL with my child. Was able to physically make it to several shops before our car completely just stopped rolling and called at least 12 different shops seeking help and was told they were all busy and wouldn't be able to help anytime soon even if we were towed there that day. Called Brad at InTouch and he said he would "call me back" and asked me to send my location. Which I had heard before so I wasn't convinced and kept calling around to no help and was very much feeling hopeless. Next thing I know he pulls up with an employee and has me to his shop and back out the door within an hour and a half. He could've taxed us knowing our desperate situation but he did not do that either. Extremely blessed to have been where we were and thankful for the guys at InTouch, they are really out here saving lives. I pray Brad has many years of prosperity and favor. Thank you for getting us back on the road!

My first time coming here and it will not be my last. Mr Brad and his crew members were so knowledgeable and helpful. They ensured me that they would help get my vehicle up and running and that s exactly what they did. Everyone that was coming in was telling me how great they were and that they are good people and nothing could be truer. I really appreciate their service and they have a new regular customer. 5 stars isn t enough!!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement

I had to get my car engine replaced because it got locked up. The service and the workers were amazing fast and friendly and reliable individuals 10/10 I definitely recommend this place. Omg! Brad and JR are everything and more! They have fixed 2 of my cars and the work was excellent! Their customer service is beyond amazing and I couldn t ask for a better mechanic shop nor better customer service! They actually care and you don t find too many mechanics that actually care versus trying to take your money! I recommend them to anyone in need of good service!

Brad and his team are great from start to finish. He explained everything in detail including price. The work was done quick and the price was reasonable. I took my car in to get a water pump and another item. I had a warranty for the car but one part wasn t covered. They worked their magic and got everything covered and got my car finished the same day, which was a true blessing to me. Super sweet guys and exceptional service!!! Thank you for everything!! This review is over due. My husband took my car to this shop about 3 weeks ago. My experience was great! We had taken my car to the dealership and they did absolutely nothing. My car was running worse after picking it up. After researching and reading reviews, I found IN Touch Automotive. The customer service was awesome. Brad was very professional. I will be using this shop in the future as well as my family. I have told everybody about this hidden gem. It s so hard to find honest reliable mechanics these days.

All I gotta say is stay away.. I should've read some of these other reviews before bringing my car here.. if I could choose to give no stars, I would lol.. I've had experiences with small businesses like this one (family owned), but these "cousins" did more damage to my car than anything.. the amount of money I'm having to spend to replace the things they damaged, they damaged my brand new $1800 rims, damaged my wheel hub assembly and damaged my bumper (looks like they backed into something lol), don't even get me started on the work they did.. damaged more stuff under the hood like one of my cv axles, and but main point, stay away, they will play dumb.. had to take it to multiple places to be worked on and looked at after, so they made out great on me with warranty work having to be done. Good luck over there guys, I hope you fail

I highly recommend this shop for all your machanic needs! They are efficient, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I have a several vehicles that always have one thing or another going on with them and they have it fixed in no time and they don't over charge. Thanks for all your hard work

Had issues figuring out why my battery was going dead constantly and some other electrical issues. Brad and his team did an excellent job in fixing my problems at an affordable price and in a pinch for time. And called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly.Very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. I initially decided to check out this company after my friend's truck were serviced and he had no complaints Their is a very friendly mechanic on board and the service is outstanding, They are professional,reliable and inexpensive. I was impressed after returning and were recommended a product that had been on the market for years that solved my problem and l was informed of additional measures which reassured me that l had a good mechanic willing to work with me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Belt has worn out on my Jeep and I had it towed to this establishment based on the tow truck driver s recommendation. The service was fast, accurate and friendly just the way I like it! I read the reviews on Google and called around to see if anyone I knew had experience with I.N. Touch and EVERYONE kept saying "Brad is the best"! I got there a little after 7am and Brad told me what was wrong, gave me a total, and ordered parts before 8. They kept me updated throughout the day and had my vehicle ready by 4. I will definitely be using them again and referring others to them!Service: Auto brake repair
