They have the parts I need or canorder them direct from Honda!Thoroughly checks the correct partnumber using my VIN in the Hondaparts catalog and if it's not the correctpart, they always communicate andask my permission to correct it alongwith price difference . I've had to do anexchange in the past which they madeit very simple to do. I can't say enoughabout this Honda site. I'm glad I foundthem and have built great rapport withthem through the years! However backordered parts are frustrating but it'sgoing on everywhere!

I'd like to give them 4/5 stars, but their poor customer service, warrants 2 stars. I've purchased several thousands of dollars in parts for Honda Accords. Their customer service is unpredictable and often requires various emails and or calls before they respond. In nearly 2022, I placed a large order for a 2000 Accord, I was overcharged by $200.00. When I took their shipping weight and size and calculated a shipment from my zip code to theirs, it was not what they charged me. I do not understand how they could justify their expensive shipping other than "handling" (boxes/tape/bubble wrap) Now, I just price small items that other online Honda dealers may have limited quantities or availability.

These guys are FANTASTIC!! Order with confidence!I bought a hard to find OEM part and they had the only one left in stock in all of the Honda parts inventory nationwide. The guy made sure to check the shelf to be sure it was indeed there and grabbed it for me , then I placed the order online real quick and he hand carried it to the shipping team who got it out for me at about 4:45 Friday, before UPS arrived, so I got it today--Tuesday!! Even got a follow up call on another parts Q I had with the same problem I have.....you guys ROCK!!

Not very transparent in their business sense as per my experience. I will not do business with them again. I will be reporting them to the attorney general for Alabama for what I believe to be false business practices.

Read everyone else's reviews. Buyer beware..."Fast Shipping" - no chance. Placed order 8 days ago. Sent 4 emails looking for update - no response. Contacted them through their website - no response. Call their phone number 5-10 times a day for days - no answer. I would just go buy the parts locally but fear they will still send them (god knows when) and there will be no way to return the pats as there is no way to actually contact them. They are a Honda Dealership? How do you treat your customers this way?

Found the part (Odyssey rear wiper motor) I needed quickly and 1/2 the price of the dealership. Yes, shipping isn't cheap, but still worth it. Main reason for 5 star is the shipping was super FAST! Received in just a few days, even though I was told it might longer. Way to make this process low effort for your customer.

Had an issue with wrong item being sent but Honda Parts Connection quickly responded to the email and had the proper items shipped same day and delivered the next day. Would recommend them as their service after the sale is awesome.

Poor service, Ordered Parts and trying to reach the customer service for past 10days no one returned phone calls or responded emails.Worst customer service, not sure how to cancel the order or how to reach customer service to get order status

I found this website when comparing prices on Honda service parts. I have ordered twice and am completely satisfied with them. Excellent prices and very reasonable shipping charges. Other Honda parts sites my have slightly lower prices and then charge very high shipping and handling. Delivery times have been excellent.

Order parts on 12/31/2022, not status update beside "in progress". I emailed to follow up on after 4 Business days, EXCLUDE 01/02/2023, no response until. Don't be fooled by its site that FAULTY advertise "FAST SHIPPING".

Extremely fast shipping. Items were packed wonderfully. I had ordered the wrong part and their customer service was wonderful when I called them to rectified the issue. To top it off the prices are very fair.

XM Antenna Replacement. Tried an online competitor first. When ordered said in stock and delivery with 1-2 weeks. After two days got email saying out of stock, ETA unknown. restocking unknown. Cancelled order. Switched to this vendor. In stock. Estimated delivery within 12-21 days. Received in 4. My go to place for Honda parts from now on.

Initial good prices but here are the issues:1) shipping cost makes the purchase not much different than getting it from your local Honda dealer.2) They don t respond to emails.3) They require VIN numbers to verify parts are correct BUT system keeps telling me VIN can t be found (tried multiple VINs and I run enough carfax reports that I know how to enter one).4) Parts don t show correct models. For example, the hitch that fits all 22 Pilots show it does not fit the TrailSport model. That s incorrect.In short, a lot of headache for (maybe) saving a few bucks. Then again, if you have an issue with your order, good luck getting a hold of them.

It is difficult to have someone answer the phone, or get a response by email. When you do, they do not appear to have the expertise to identify correct parts, and there is no process to return wrong parts, it is a buyer beware scenario... "HondaPartsConnection" does not take responsibility. Also note, their address is not available anywhere, you have to specifically ask for it.

At first, I wasn t sure if I wanted to purchase parts from here because there wasn t any reviews (I purchased parts a couple months ago), but I m glad I did! It was easy to search for parts, great prices, and they got here just in time! I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I bought the bearings for my car the shipping was fast then I ordered the hub bearing they did not have and they quickly sent me an email that they ordered them from honda America and waoo fast good communication would I buy again from honda parts connection? of course without thinking twice
