This was a great experience! I m a college student, and I ve been hesitant to find a Birmingham area car shop because I ve been afraid someone would try to take advantage of the fact I m young and don t know anything about the workings of my car. Greystone worked me in quickly, completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time, and were fairly priced without trying to sell me things I don t need. I even was able to do homework in their lobby while I waited on my car. I will definitely be bringing my car back while I live in this area!

Good service - the team worked hard to answer my hundred questions about their recommendation to replace spark plugs. The car is running much better after the service.

I have been getting my vehicles serviced at AutoMaster/GreyStone since the 1900's . Although we have had some differences , I have always come back to them . They do a good job in a timely manner and general charge 10-15% less than competitors.

Courtious, honest, no surprises with the estimated price, quick service. This was my first time (got an oil change) because I just moved from another state, but my family will be seeing their family for our auto work in the future!

We had to dropped off our car at about 9:30ish at a spur of the moment. It was on a Monday and Greystone auto repair was busy. But they got my car repaired and I was able to pick it up the same day. Seems to be working good and would recommend Greystone for your auto repair.

I ve been doing business with Greystone Tire & Auto for many years. Brooks is always on top of your vehicles problem. Top notch mechanics you can trust. Just had A/C service done on my son s Avalanche. Definitely recommend!

On Dec 13 I had my brake pads replaced which included the brake pad wear sensors on my 2001 Lexus LS 430. However, the master warning light is still on. After speaking to other mechanics familiar with this problem, and reading multiple discussions on the issue, it is clear your mechanic did not finish his job. The reason the light came on was due to the "sensor loop" being broken. This circuit must be closed with solder. For $965.10 this should have been done by Graystone. Juan told me to go to the Lexus dealership and get the sensors "calibrated". I called them and was told closing the sensor loop is the answer.

At some point I have to draw the line and say I feel like the service I received was not performed as it should have been. We have been using greystone for about 10 years now even back when it was called Automasters and up until the last couple of years it s been fine. My truck was leaking antifreeze so I took it in and they replaced a hose costing me over$500. I picked up my truck and went to soccer practice and when I came back out to my truck all of the antifreeze and drained out in the parking lot so I had to get somebody to bring me some go get it home where it drained out again. I looked for the leak and seen where it was the water pump so when I took it back the mechanic that worked on it and he told me specifically he didn t do another pressure check but let it run for awhile and showed me the hose he replaced and honestly it still looked like an old hose.I got a call later saying my truck was fixed and now it s over $650 replacing the water pump when I feel this was their mistake for not catching the issue the first time. Regardless of what happened I will not return to this place again and this is not the first time this has happened to me at greystone but I hope the best for them

Juan was my hero. I took my car to pepboys and they were going to charge me $3800 for repairs on my car. I went here and Juan did an amazing job helping me out it cost me a whole lot less. I'll never go anywhere again

Had a flat on my golf cart, bought a tire and took it to a place in Chelsea to get it swapped. It ended up having a tube in it, they popped it out and checked it for leaks. Said it was good and put it in the new tire, they struggled forever and finally told me they got it in, so I paid and went home to put it back on. Went flat that day. Took it back and they told me it wasn t their fault and they couldn t do anything to fix it. Took it to greystone today and told them what was wrong. They pulled the tube out, stuck a valve in the rim and aired it up in 5 minutes. Tried to pay and they told me not to worry about it just bring my business there. I will absolutely be using greystone for all my future repairs. Thanks guys!Service: Wheel alignment

Hands down, could not ask for a better group than Greystone Tire and Auto. I have used this group for many years now and no matter how big or small of an issue I might have, they are always honest and loyal to helping me find a solution. I ve always had good experiences at this business. Very reasonable pricing and honest hard dependable work. The one time I did have an issue they refunded my money with no hassle or complications. Definitely a good place to get your repairs done. Good honest business.
