For the first time in my life I had to switch insurance companies. I called this office and many other local insurance offices. Of all the people I called this office by far was the nicest and sweetest staff. They knew I was new to the state and they told me the places I needed to go and things I needed to do. Gave me phone numbers and addresses for the local office like the dmv. This was by far the best customer service I have ever received. My only complaint is I can only give them 5 stars. They deserve 10. If you need insurance you must try calling them first and foremost.

JOANNNA !!!!! LOVE HER !!!! so sweet and helpful . it's my first time getting insurance on my own and she was so patient and answered all of my questions with no hesitation! deff sticking with her !! she does GREAT work and told me everything upfront! and i'm not the type to leave a review but she knows what she's doing for sure and i'm so happy !

It was so good to speak to a person, face to face, and not a voice or answering machine on the other end! Greg lifted a tremendous amount of stress from my shoulders! In our mechanized society, the personal interaction is greatly appreciated!

Greg and his team are knowledgeable with the products that GEICO offers. I was very impressed with their customer service in combination with savings! It s true what you hear in the commercials- 15 minutes could save you 15% or more on car insurance.

I had State Farm for over 25 years and when my son turned 17 and got a car, the quote I received from them for liability only on his car was unbelievably high!! I called Geico in Trussville on Chalkville Mountain Road and they were wonderful and quoted me a much more reasonable rate. Now I'm a believer in every single one of their funny commercials! They DO save you at least 15%!! Joanna is who I spoke with and she was very kind and professional.

After Nationwide/MetLife raised our rates, we shopped around for cheaper insurance. We found Geico s rates to be the best in the area so we switched. We had our Geico policy for about 6 months when we sat down with Greg at the Trussville office for our policy review. He went through all of our coverage and found even more ways to save us money. Greg was great! Top notch service. If you want to save money on insurance without sacrificing service, I highly recommend Geico in Trussville.

Well geico is been doing things that don't suppose to do and I'm trying to understand why we pay insurance every month and when you need then they have all can excuse not to help you after you pay month after month is sad they can take are money and get away

Have a car 5 months did not give me a fair deal I almost owed $3,000 more it did not want to get off his but to even go look at the car was asking me for pictures the sad part is I've looked at tons of the same cars that were going for more than what they paid could not get anybody to let me know what's going on with my car if it was totaled or not did not give me a chance to buy the car back did not give me a choice to fix it and because it was a 2011 they told it he said
