Excellent experience!! The customer service here was wonderful and the communication was superb. I received numerous updates specifically from Pennie about changes and recommendations regarding my repairs. What would have been a longer wait time anywhere else ended up being split in half at this location. Would definitely recommend 10/10!!

I had an appointment to have my alignment and brakes checked. I was there 45 minutes before I was told they couldn t do it because the mechanic had a problem with his foot. This should have been communicated to me before the appointment not 45 minutes after the appointment time. Someone dropped the ball.

Let me start by saying I have a lowered mustang. I hade an appointment to get an alignment at another Firestone location. The technician took one good look at my car and said no. I went to this Firestone location to find out if they could do the alignment. They were more than happy and willing to do all they could to get it done. I was very impressed by the staff, the quality of work, and the time it took to do this. Thank you so much for taking care of this for me. Great job Kyle.

Chris and his team did an outstanding job taking care of me and my vehicle. Chris took the time to sit down with me and explain all of the issues my car was having. How we could go about fixing it and what the cost would be. They gave me a number of different options to consider and went above and beyond in their customer service.

This store is HORRIBLE. THEY SELL YOU TOTES THEY RECOMMEND AND DONT GET 1/2 of the mileage guaranteed . Look for things that need repairing , over quote you on those and often times the repair work is unnecessary. Will NEVER return

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Firestone Auto, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the manager, Chris, who was not only friendly but also knowledgeable. During my visit, I had my car serviced for brake replacements, tire changes, and fixing the air conditioning. The technicians were thorough in their inspection, and they explained every step of the process to me, which made me feel confident in their expertise. The services themselves were top-notch. The team at Firestone Auto took great care of my vehicle, and I could tell they paid attention to even the smallest details. Overall, I cannot recommend Firestone Auto enough. Their impressive automotive expertise, along with their friendly staff and outstanding service, make them a standout in the automotive industry. I'll undoubtedly be returning for any future car maintenance needs, and I encourage others to do the same. I have been bringing my cars here for a while. I called and asked for a quote on a set of rotors and was told they cant give me a price over the phone. Since when? But thanks anyway.

I took my car to this Firestone, and they tell me if I don't put the oil that THEY recommend then they won't on my car... Never heard of such thing in Miami, honestly if you guys didn't wanna work because of the rain, could have just said. Could have sworn I heard one of your workers mentioned the rain when I pulled... Talking about they got trained. Apparently not in customer service

These guys are the best. I was in a tough situation and they were so helpful and friendly and were able to do their best and give me the best options to help resolve my car problems. Nathan was the front desk guy and he was such a smart and helpful dude. Would recommend to come here if you need car help.

I went in for an oil change and was given the price of $41, when I went back an hour later this man told me I had to have synthetic oil and my oil change would be $131! I have a 2009 Volvo and it does not have to have synthetic oil! I left there and went to Express Oil on 280 and got an oil change for $51, they said no you don t have to have synthetic oil because of it being a 2009 car. I told them how the man at Firestone tried to scam me for more money! If you are an older lady do not go to Firestone on 280, they will try to hike the price up and take advantage of you! Go to Express oil where they are honest people! I would love to give this place a minus 100, but I couldn t.

Check with the manager BEFORE you leave your car at Firestone. We dropped off a car at 8:00am to be serviced. We had no voicemail saying the car was done or that they would close earlier than the posted time. When we showed up shortly after noon randomly because we figured surely it would be ready, the doors were locked and the employees were driving away. Miraculously, we were able to flag an employee down to get our car back-which is great because the walk tomorrow (without the car) would have been a bear.The employee said they are short staffed, and had to close due to that. So if you are looking for a job, I d suggest applying here. It could be your lucky break.As for the car service itself-I think they do a decent job. Just watch them on the alignment recommendation. They recommended that before even looking at our car once.

The store manager (Kim) is 1 of the most nicest & helpful people that you'll ever want to meet. As a matter of fact, as soon as I entered inside the establishment, she not only made me feel right at home. She also was able to get my vehicle's issue resolved within in very timely fashion!

Pleasant and informative staff. Reasonable prices. Let you know what's going on with your car. Don't pressure you to have extra work done. Encourge you to shop around for better deals and prices. All around good service.

I called to make an appointment for today for 3:00 and was told to come on in. Once I arrived (2:40) I was then told I d have to leave it and it would be done by end of day (7pm). Very dissatisfied this time around. I even took time off work to come! I have used this location for several years service has always rocked. This oil change goes to someone else.Service: Oil change

I usually don't make reviews, but I was so impressed with my experience, that I wanted to give a special shout-out. The Manager, Justin, was extremely helpful, professional, & accommodating. Although I went in for a simple tire replacement, Justin noticed another pre-existing problem (crack) within the wheel itself & immediately brought it to my attention and passed along recommendations. After picking up a new rim/wheel from a nearby parts yard, I made another appointment and Justin and his team immediately remounted & installed the new tire on my new wheel without any additional charge or hassle. Thanks Justin and the Inverness Firestone Team for being so helpful and accommodating. I definitely will recommend you to other family and friends nearby.

I went to get my oil changed last week and 7 days later I didn't have a drop of oil in my car. Now my engine is probably ruined. Justin the manager hasn't returned any of my calls. I'm stressed and stranded. They completely drained my vehicle of oil and didn't put any back in. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business there.

This review is well over due!! But Kyle is not only dedicated but very professional for a year now he is the ONLY one I want to even help me. He cares! He knows what he is doing and goes above and beyond. He will get your car back on track and do all he can for you. I appreciate him he will not let you down!!! Kimbi oh my sweet Kimbi she is the sweetest lil lady you would want to help you. She has always helped me when I was in need. She never fails to make me proud and happy... this location is my ALL time favorite. I recommend anyone in the area to come to this location... or even travel to this location if you want to be treated right. Now... I will NOT be coming back here if they for whatever reason no longer works here. I would follow them where ever they go! People like them are hard to come across. Actually I would be lost if I came here for them to help me with my car and found out he or she was no longer with the company! They take awsome care of my car!!! Thanks Kyle and Kimbi!!!! Yall are the best experience I have EVER had at a firestone!!!

The service here was outstanding! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was informed of what services were recommended once my vehicle inspection was complete and was also informed of services that could be needed in the future but were not necessary for this visit. In addition to an inspection and oil change I also had 4 new tires put on my truck and had an alignment completed. A few other customers came in for oil changes only and were in and out in no time at all. I will definitely return with my vehicle for future services!

This my "go-to" place for an oil change and tires. They have found other problems that could only be fixed by the dealership and let me know about them. They are always friendly and helpful. It is NOT a 10 minute oil change place though! I usually always bring a book to read, or work to do if I am stay and wait for the work to be completed.I am adding an edit to the review. The previous review was in June 2017. When I took my van for an oil change today I asked for them to check the tire pressure.....they didn't. They also didn't reset my oil change alert on my dashboard. They went from 4 to 3 stars on my review.

Don t go there. I dropped off my car and I asked for an oil change, a new tire and tires rotation. I received a call under an hour later that my car is ready. My wife drove me back there. While finalizing the paperwork I found out that the only thing they did was the oil change. This happened before btw, claiming things that they have done but in reality they didn t do it, such as rotating tires and filling up fluids. Not going back.

They fixed an issue I was having with my car lock confirmation. They replaced my battery, which was still under warranty, so I got a good price on the replacement. And they only recommended work that I know needed to be done. This is a great shop and I highly recommend them!!!

I like that they don t make commission here so they don t try to sell you unnecessary stuff but I went in the other day for an oil change and they took an hour...I was the first customer there at 8 AM, there were like 5 employees there and I didn t get out until 9. The front desk person was very unapologetic and had an attitude about it when it was brought to his attention. Probably won t be back.

I have been here twice for a tire repair and on one occasion the mechanic messed up my studs and lug nuts not once but twice, however the manager in charge - Sabrina took care of everything professionally. I was reimbursed on the cost of my lug nuts and studs and treated really well with respect. If you are reading this Sabrina, you did one hell of a job, we need more managers like you around.I would definitely go back if need anything else as the customer service and professionalism is something this branch can be proud of.
