These employees are awesome. They had the requested oil needed, Kelly was very friendly and very professional. He helped me with the truck engine flush and windshield wipers. Better than the folks at Hoover. Thank you.

The crew is very attentive and ask about all your car needs while they change your oil. Very quick service so I come back regularly. Highly recommend. Blake was great!

Mr. Kelly was awesome got straight to the point. I had a impressive call that came through he understood and me and I were still able to communicate and get my vehicle taken care of. Blake and his team did an awesome job on my Buick service on my last visit. He checked my tire for a slow leak and they even took the time to clean the threads on my oil pan. They go out of their way to help their customers, and I would highly recommend Blake for your auto repairs and tires to anyone.

I came in for an oil change and general questions about the suggested mileage in between oil changes. Toya was EXTREMELY helpful. She answered all of my questions & even went as far as educating the oil user for my oil change and how to check & read the system for future references. She even helped me to locate a discount sent to me via email subscription. Toya is AMAZING & deserves a raise!

Chip was wonderful. He told me he could order the tire & have it for me in an hour. I left the flat tire, he called me 1 & a half hours later & replaced it while I waited. Couldn t have been more pleased

My family and I have been going to this franchise of Express Oil Change for years with my car; however, this time was different. I have a 10 year old and need a simple oil change. Backstory: I send my car to another location since my car was running hot due to the coolant in September and that location botched my car even more after paying them almost a thousand dollars for parts and labor. In October, my family and I called this franchise to fix it because who has thousand dollars to waste during these times. Instead of going to them to fix the mistake, my car was taken to the dealership to be fixed and HAD NO TRANMISSION PROBLEMS. Fast forward to this Tuesday, the mechanics changed the oil in my car and after I go run an errand it completely shut down on me. I called this location to fix the problem although the only conclusion the manager Wayne and associates could gather was my transmission was broken also no accountability for their actions to my car. I had the car towed to them the same day and without any haste they could not figure out the problem. The next day around 4:50 pm the my car was finally placed inside of the garage to be evaluated. After they ran the car for codes, it showed that the computer system was tampered. Again the car was not running those codes prior to coming to them for the oil change. I understand the car is older, but I have a problem with how the staff has not offer a refund for causing more damage to the vehicle when I came for a simple oil change. I do not recommend going to any of their franchise locations because it will costly fix at another repair service due to their lack of service.

Ran over glass. Went to get a patch in the center tread.The tire tech did not want to patch it. Pretty sure the guy was just sorry as hell and wanted to get back to what he was working on. Took it to the Oneonta Tire center they got it done.

The oil change area guys were friendly but the guy in the other side that works on cars was a total you no what and they tried to charge me double what it cost to change a starter so il leave it at that take your car to a local mechanic !!!!

The care shown to me by this business I will never forget. I was in the parking lot of st Vincent s hospital and my tire was leaking fast due to a long rod I picked up entering the parking deck and was in my tire. I heard the air leaking out and leaking fast; immediately headed to them. The compassion and understanding I received from them I will NEVER forget.Service: Auto tire replacement
