The staff is always friendly and professional eager to answer questions. I found this locations manager to be working right along with the staff which I found to be beyond amazing. He never ask his staff to do anything he was not doing himself. I am not claiming they are perfect but the service they provided me was the best I have seen in a long time. I plan to continue getting my oil change at this location. Thanks Berry Cortes for Awesomeness today!!!!

Every time I always come here the workers are super nice and helpful. Dakota F helped me out and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done to my car. Definitely enjoy getting serviced at this location all the workers are super helpful.

Barry always takes care of my 2006 Nissan Titan XE. Great customer service. Very friendly. Add on today was windshield wipers. Buy one get one free. Awesome!

I love these guys!!! I have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. I drive out of my way for their service. Barry takes care of me everytime. He's amazing, personable and very very honest! But all in all great workers, everyone ans great place ! Thank you guys always !!

I was thinking a major problem. I told Chris what was going on, he knew exactly what u was talking about fixed it in 10 minutes. What I thought was going to cost me hundreds of dollars on cost me less than a hundred. I will be back. Love the honesty, Love the cost. Thank you!

Deshandre is the sweetest mechanic ever!!! These dudes take care of you, get you in and out fast, explain anything you want to know. And so dang kind!! Best oil change I wouldn t go anywhere else!!

Cornelius & Jeff turned a rainy day into a sunshining evening! They took great care of Mad Max (Maxima) from changing his oil to getting his tire pressure up to sparkling his rims!! My mother moved here and she needed new tires. This place was the only one who had her tires in stock. She paid close to 1000 for a set of 4. Within two days she had a flat tire. She took it back and they didn't find anything on the tire but they charged to replace her valve stems and failed to do so when she paid for the set of 4. So they did replace them for her when she brought it back but they tried to charge her again for it until one of the mechanics said they didn't the first time. Fast forward ten days and her thermostat broke and she had it towed here and they replaced it in a few hours but had to wait two days to pick up. I think they overcharged her a bit for it ($500) but that is what it is. What they failed to do was properly secure her battery wires at the terminal so I had to go out and jump her van. If you go here just double check their work. That's all I'm saying.

I must say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I ve had as a woman dealing with mechanics. They were kind, efficient, and respectful! I have been going to this location for over 30 years. I am never disappointed. Polite service, quality work. Always reliable. To get an oil change as a woman is never fun. But these guys do a great job at putting you at ease and actually explaining things about your car! They were even able to go the extra mile for me as I had no idea my rear windshield wiper was missing, and although the didn't have the right part, they quickly got ahold of NAPA and had the part delivered within 5 minutes. I brought my old Honda CRV to this location, with recently repaired issues varying from a blown radiator, broken serpentine belt to an odd no-start issue. All the other work had been done at other express oil locations. I explained the history and my current no start issue. They diagnosed, told me it was bad spark plugs, replaced the spark plugs and assured me it was fixed. My car died later that day in Cullman near another express oil. They found a blown head gasket.Service manager Chris was a shocking know-it-all, rude, unhelpful, and tried to tell me it wasn't their fault because they "fixed the issue I wanted fixed". If I had known it was a blown head gasket I never would have paid for new spark plugs. When I called back and attempted to get a refund he told me I was wrong, he was right, and I could call corporate.Shockingly poor customer service-they're going to take you for a ride if you don't know anything about cars, and even if you do, Chris will probably gaslight you into thinking you're crazy about what your car is doing. I don't even know how to exactly put my experience into words, its been so out of line with my other excellent experiences in the past with this franchise. I'm disputing the charge through my credit card company, not dealing with this location ever again. STAY AWAY!!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic
