THE BEST location for car service - anywhere. I have been going to this location almost exclusively for the past 8 years. Every single time I am there for any service, I am treated so respectfully and professionally.Two days ago, I drove my car shaking into their garage, and luckily Nick the manager was working that day. He quite literally could have saved me from a major accident as my rear brakes were completely shot. There were several things wrong with my 130k+ mile car, but Nick addressed every single one. He also took great pains to help me out with costs wherever possible, which was very much appreciated. Then, another thing went wrong with my car. It took Nick an entire other day to find the problem, but he didn't quit until he did and got me back on the road. He even drove me home and picked me up because I didn't have anyone to come get me. There is no where else I will ever take my vehicles as long as I live even somewhat close to this location and their staff. 10/10

These guys are amazing! Friendly, professional, helpful & thorough! I went in expecting this big problem with my car (I even threw out there what I thought was wrong) but it wasn't that at all & they were happy to tell me that! They could have easily taken advantage of the situation but did the exact opposite! I'll definitely be a return customer!! Thank y'all so much!

OK so I went to them for my headlight and my backlight about three months back. They fixed my front headlight no problem but my back light was fixed but they didn t screw my tail light back on properly so it s been loose all this time. I went there so they can fix my other head light, this man tells me $150 because he has to take my bumper off, mind you when he fixed my head light the first time he didn t have to take my bumper off, it was only 10.99, so what is the difference??,now you re still fixing a front headlight, at this point I feel like they re making prices. I will never be that hard up to pay $150 for a headlight that I paid 10.99 for the first time I ll go somewhere else..Then the guy that was fixing the light told me he really didn t know much about my car,Then he goes to get his manager the guy with the hat,( the one who fixed my light the first time)!! So he comes back in SAY 150$ ,,,THEN APOLOGIZE BECAUSE HE KNOWS ITS SOME FRAUDULENT MISHAPS GOING ON!! I TELL HIM I WILL LEAVE A REVIEW BECAUSE I DON T LIKE THE UNFAIRNESS OR MISTREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS (THIS MAN TELLS ME GOD BLESS ME) YES I AM BLESSED THANK YOU!! BLESSED ENOUGH TO HAVE ENOUGH SENSE TO NOT LET YOU JUST MAKE UP A PRICE IN TELL ME ANYTHING JUST TO MAKE MONEY NEVER( ILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOW GOD BLESS YOU

I pulled up and asked for them to change my battery terminal, they did it right on the spot. I appreciate Taylor making sure I needed one first than just doing it and not needing it. I decided to get my oil change and Warren did an awesome job also, he even clean the corrosion off my battery post for me. James was super nice, when he thought I was only checking my oil, James was super nice and did not make me feel guilty about trying to change it. Since I was getting a oil change he was super great and had his staff check every aspect! The staff was great came and introduced them self and made sure I was taken care of before leaving! Definitely use this location again. Honest and nice Customer Service was refreshing. I will tell my family and friends to use this location.

My business (10 trucks in the fleet) have been going to this express oil change for 20 years. Just had a starter go out while having the oil changed. Charged me $530.87. Never thought to get my guy to ask for the price before the work was done. Charged 1.2 hours labor and $335.35 plus tax for the starter. I could have gotten a starter for $91.95 plus tax and 20 minutes on my back. My mistake - will not ever return.

Anyone who leaves anything other than exceptional comment about James is just having a bad day! This guy is awesome. I refuse to go to any other Express. He is the best manager of course they are busy because it is only so much a person can do without enough help, but he is rocking it and he keeps it professional. James when you are having a bad day remember your customers appreciate your professionalism and all you do!

Stopped by here to get my oil change, and it was very fast, professional, and informative! The manager Perry did my service, and talked me through the whole process. It's a relief and quite comforting being a woman, and gettig these services without having to worry about being tricked or not receiving what you paid for! Thanks again!!

The Manager was very rude, the guy that helped me was very kind. I stop to ask if they could check the air in my tire and the manager driving a big truck told the person that was serving me not to give air to anyone who was not a customer. What am I? My oil had been changed there if he would have taken time to see or checked. Thank you young man for helping me and treating me like a customer. Corporate needs to check that location and see who's in charge and how he's treating the customers.

I've never seen such courtesy at any auto service before. Our guy, Perry, was very helpful and honest. I had been told at a previous visit at a different company that I needed to replace the bright headlight on the driver side. When Perry noticed this we decided to have it fixed. When he went to fix it he told us that it wasn't necessary because the bulb was fine, it had just been unplugged. He saved us money and he never said a negative word about the previous service I had received elsewhere. Class act, Perry! We had the oil change and all the safety checks done without even having to get out of the car. We were also offered cold water while we waited because the car was off, so no a/c. Nice touch. We also appreciate your empathy when you realized we were evacuees from Irma. Please open a shop in southwest Florida.
