Crazy High Prices. They charged my 80 year old aunt almost $50 each (Plus Labor) for spark plugs for her little 2012 Nissan Versa. Retail price for the same spark plugs at Local auto parts stores was around $18 each. They charged her $217 for the one coil they replaced (Plus Labor). Retail price for same coil at local parts store was about $62. Almost $700 for four sparks plugs, one coil and one gasket.

Each and every visit they were courteous and friendly. Never had to wait longer than 15min on any given visit would highly recommend if your in the Eastlake area 100%!

I left without service - had limited time, went to this location and no one spoke to me when I got there so I went to the lobby. No one was in there or came in, I waited for 35 minutes without being spoken to, and there was a guy in the lobby who had waited for even longer. So I left and went to the Express location that s 10 minutes away, and they took care of my car immediately and spoke to me as soon as I walked in the lobby. There was a guy working the counter and he was so kind, helped me immediately and apologized for my experience at this location. Go to the Express location in Eastwood, they are so much better and won t waste your timeService: Oil change

Guy was high on something and put oil in my transmission. End of the story, my transmission is tore up, and they don't want to take responsibility. Guy has been fired since putting the oil in my transmission. Wonder what for...

Don't have a problem with them changing the price due to their personal cost. I do have a problem with it changing 4 times in a year with no notification or warning from an employee before you service my car. At that point you are forcing me to utilize your service & I don't like that. Oil change went from $35 to $55 over night with not one change in quality of service of products simple due to their financial cost. Post it on your wall, type a note, or draw a picture but post it so I have a choice to use your service or not. We never use them again. That's horrible customer appreciation.

I get my oil changed here frequently and the employees are really kind! they re always happy to answer questions i have and being a younger woman, i don t ever feel like they treat me the way some male mechanics do, as if i don t know anything at all about cars. highly recommend!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Both of us praying they'd help. So before I can even explain, my auto problems, the hood tech, LIED TO US AND SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE MACHINE, I USED TO WORK FOR THIS SAME COMPANY BTW, THE LYING LAZY TECH SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE WAS R BEHIND HIM. I asked for a mngr, who wasn't there. I normally don't review, but theirs SAD.........

Never Ever Never Bring Your Car To This Location Warning Never Bring Ya Car Here.I Usually come to express oil change For pretty much anything oil change ,brakes Ect I recently purchased a alternator from AutoZone brand new In the box mechanic Kurt put it on , My battery was drained instantly the part wasn t install Properly. When I Asked What Could Be Done After Dealing With these guys For 3days .Curt The Mechanic told me the alternator had a faulty sensor in it,I stated To Him why would you release me my car if you knew the part wasn t right. He stated that the port was on there correctly but how Kurt it wasn t giving enough charge not to mention I went and purchased a new battery while he installed it, He basically told me I would have to do the whole process over again paying him the total of $254 not including purchasing the part again then he laughed in my face to add insult to injury, these people are not professional but I must admit the guy Marcus is . I took my vehicle home and had a mechanic come over and do it the right way even though I was out of hundreds of dollars after dealing with express oil change Never Take Your Car Here I ve been getting my oil changed here for eight years my grandmother owns property or around the community something has to be done about these Mechanics

I came here to get my oil and let me just say their filters the are using makes the oil go out faster than the oil change. They had new workers who ended up getting oil in a spot of the car that cause my transmission light to come on for about a week because they sprayed water on it to get it off.

UPDATE!!!I've been a customer over ten years and the business has definitely declined. After Marcus and Greg left this location it has been very unprofessional. On today the tech name Joel rushed my services and had the audacity to complain about whats in his job description after I asked him was he gonna show me my oil stick to prove it was full. I will no longer use Express Oil for my routine maintenance. I will give the business to Walmart after today!Greg Mathews did a great job servicing my vehicle at the 1st Ave N. location! Very friendly and very thorough! I have a 2014 Jeep and my oil change cost me $48 and they actually topped off all my fluids, including washer fluid, which is something that gets skipped over a lot of times.

I always go to Express Oil Eastlake. I went the other day for an Oil Change. Joel was my Service Tech on this visit. He was So Friendly and Helpful. His attitude about service and making sure I was taken care of was IMPECCABLE! There was a problem with my Express Oil Card and the Manage went over and beyond to make sure all was taken care of. With the Staff Personnel that serviced me will always have Express Oil my number one choice in car care. Keep up the Good Work....

Marcus the manager runs a tight ship. Excellent customer service. No BS, very honest mechanics, and very fair pricing. I always use this location for all my vehicles for oil changes, brake and tire work.

I'm extremely disappointed. I have used Express oil in Eastlake for the past 8 years and have always had excellent quality and service. However, I went there yesterday and the girl that handled my business was not on point, really didn't know what she was doing, was more concerned with her Playlist, didn't check my transmission oil didn't put water in for my windshield and left the old wiper on my hood that I just now removed. I guess I will have to 5ake my business elsewhere. Truly disappointed. She also lied stating she did all that. I'm not as dumb as she thinks I am.Service: Oil change

Friendly and great service. Actually gave me some important information how to get more life for my car. Informed me that the company even gives a military discount which was unknown to me. Thanks and keep up the good work.
