I love coming to this location and mainly because of Shane! He is honest,extremely courteous and I always leave knowing Shane and his staff have done a professional job! It feels like you re coming to see your friends! I would highly recommend Express Oil,and especially this location! I trust them and no matter what the needs of my car have been,I feel like I m in and out in an efficient amount of time! 10/10 every time! Roy has always done a great job as well working on my car!

I recently started coming to this location.The last two visits I ve had a really great experience. Yesterday I was there for a quick oil change before work. I was assisted by James. The whole experience was really pleasant and enjoyable. I was the only car out there since it was almost 5 pm. The manager working that day came to assist as well. He figured out that my cabin filter was dirty and replaced it( I didn t even know I had a cabin filter). He also noticed my tail light was out and they replaced that. I really enjoyed my visit and I see myself. Coming to this location from now on. Customer service was excellent!

Conlee and Tre were absolutely fantastic! 5 star customer service, they explained issues my car had, showed me the problems, and asked necessary questions regarding issues to ensure safety while driving. They were absolute gentlemen and the kindest service guys I've ever encountered!!! Express Oil....you have some gems!!

Once again, I had an excellent experience! I went in after a long day at work and about an hour before closing and I was greeted by Tre who welcomed me with a great smile and energetic vibe! I felt bad about being so late with my oil change and he said no judgment here,..all that matters is that you re here Wow! I only live one exit away but I would drive across town to come to THIS location because of the customer service! The guys are always fun and friendly and so knowledgeable. They always offer me ways to save with specials and coupons which are SO appreciated!I d like to add that the shop is also very tidy and organized and I m in and out in no time (even when there s a line)! Well done gentleman! See you next time. Extra shout out to Tre for another great experience!

Went in for my first oil change at this location on a truck I recently purchased that was getting serviced for the first time. I was greeted by Conlee, who was really welcoming and super insightful about automotive service in general bc I had some questions about my vehicle and he gladly answered all of them. Really swift and professional group of guys.

I have always used Express for oil changes, but this was the most positive experience I have had. Conlee and the team were helpful and seemed very cheerful. I was in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming here for future oil changes from now on.

This was my first time visiting Express Oil Change. My experience was great!!! Trevion was very knowledgable and professional. He greeted me before I entered the bay and guided me through process. I will definitely visit this location again.

Pulled in for a tire issue. Was told it would be 30 minutes... and we were leaving 12 minutes after that... the two gentlemen that helped us was very nice, and clearly cared.

Shane was very attentive and knowledgable about his field of work. I asked for a birthday discount and typically they don t do that but he gave me one ANYWAY! The trussville location ROCKS! Even offered me a bottle of water. I will definitely be back.Thanks so much, Shane.

Senna was the nice young man who serviced my Jeep. He was very professional, friendly, courteous, and thorough. He also informed me of what I will need to have done next time. I will be returning when it needs to be serviced again. Great job Senna! You are an asset to Express Oil Change!

I normally have no problems here but apparently if you tell them not to change the windshield wipers but have Enterprise for fleet maintenance , they ll ignore you and change them anyway. I was asked twice and clearly told them no but they still changed them. It infuriates me to no end that they just ignored me like that. I don t care if it s leaving streaks or even if it was about fall off, if I told you no, don t touch it. Doesn t matter if it doesn t cost me anything personally to get them changed.

I pulled in I noticed JP was in the lobby with a small group of people. As he greeted me with a smile I asked who those people were. JP said during his down time he teaches English to newly arrived immigrants. I was very impressed with his knowledge of his job and how well he treated the customers. As I was leaving I circled the building and I saw JP sitting on the curb sharing his lunch with a stray kitten. Express must be very proud to have JP on their team. Thanks JP for a great experience and for the relationship advice, also for sharpening my pocket knife and getting the knot out of my shoe lace. I ll definitely be back. JP for President

I have always bypassed this location until recently! I have been twice and both times my service was past exceptional! Everyone on this staff is very helpful and friendly. Shane, Manager, is a cut above any other service center. He truly builds relationships and makes you feel like family. Jakendrick was So GREAT! From the second we pulled in he was friendly, helpful, and had the best personality. We were only with him about 10 minutes but he was thorough, is safety conscientious, and he was hilarious! We enjoyed meeting him and will come back to this location to see him again! I drive out of my way to go to this location. They all do a great job. They are never pushy. My last oil change was taking a little longer than usual, but Rick kept checking on me and telling jokes to help pass the time. Roy has always been helpful when I've had issues with my tires.

Had my oil changed this morning and had the pleasure of meeting JP and Jakendric. I have gone to many Express Oil locations over the years and never been treated as kindly as I was today. They were funny, knowledgeable, and courteous! I will definitely be making this my new normal location.

Literally the best experience I could Have asked for here!!! Got my oil changed and had an oil leak I asked Them to fix. Got it fixed. Called me and updated me while it was at the shop. Got it fixed quickly. I left It there over night and had it back the very next morning!! Great work! Kind employees. Offered my kids water while we were getting our oil changed.
