I would like to give Tony, Shane and all the corporate people at express oil change a big thank you for going out of their way to rectify a situation that I had while having my oil changed, one of the technicians had accidentally tightened the oil plug to tight and cracked the oil pan , I was on my way to Pennsylvania to see my kids and grandkids for Christmas and I m thinking how am I going to make that happen, since there was no way to get a new oil pan until after Christmas, but Tony sat me down in the office and told me that they will do whatever was necessary to get me to my kids, they put me up at the holiday express inn for the night, and Shane (district manager) took me to express car rental that they have a corporate account, but being it was a few days before Christmas they had no cars available, so from there we drove to the airport (15 minutes away) when we arrived we were told that we needed a reservation, Shane made a few phone calls to the corporate office and they had me a car in no time. I was very impressed with the whole company, it was an honest mistake about the oil pan but they really stood behind the situation, I will use this company from now on knowing that will do the a good job and stand behind their work

I ve been a customer of Express Oil in Trussville for about 14 years. Tony and his crew are outstanding! I pulled over today and my under carriage had come apart and they reattached it free of charge! I highly recommend this location!

Express was definitely not Express today. I know I sat there for 20 or 30 minutes. I took my son's car in for an oil change. It's the car i got him in high school. He graduated college and now works and got another car. The car I took in had 180000 miles when I bought it. It has well over 200000 now. The guy asked me if I wanted the same oil and I said well what's recommended? He walked away and started putting in the oil. When he finished he said ok that'll be NINETY EIGHT DOLLARS AND SIXTEEN CENTS! Instantly I was like even after Covid that price is too much. He told me he asked me about the oil before he did it. They got over on my son however many times they cheated him with a 100 dollar oil change on a high mileage vehicle and because of that history I got cheated today. I asked what's recommended and he gave no answer. If he knew that oil was ridiculously high he could've listed alternatives or well man for this car you really only need this kind. When I get my oil changed it's around 50 something. 100! I left Walmart to go to Express and now it's probably time to find someone else or do it myself. I do some car thing and this may have to be something else I teach myself. My father in law is a car guy. I told him about the 100 dollar oil change and was like WHAT DID THEY DO TO IT! I said an oil change. I pulled in and said I wanted a REGULAR oil change and they hit me with a 100 dollar amount. It won't happen again. Completely dishonest and extremely slow service. I'm not saying this to be bitter or harsh but I don't recommend!!! Absolutely awful experience! Basically destroyed the mood for my whole day! I didn't raise hell like I wanted too because other customers were pulled in. Had I been alone in there it would've been fireworks. I don't want to be that guy but I don't take well to being taken advantage off. I'm disabled and my money is limited. Anyway, they got me. Enjoy the extra 40-50 dollars!

The staff was super friendly. I didn't have an appointment, and needed to get the injectors cleaned. They worked quickly and explained things to me. John was super informative. He gave me several quotes for new tires bc I know I need those as well. He provided phenomenal customer service and made sure I had the best deals!

I don t usually have great experiences with auto centers but today was different.I needed an oil change but thanks to TREY I received a tutorial on Apple Pay, yes I had no clue how to use it. A COMPLETE inspection meaning I knew my high beams, horn, and other essential components worked. I felt appreciated and grateful that GREAT customer service exist here!! Thank you for making it possible for women to get an oil change with ease.

Aside from being extremely friendly, while I was waiting for my oil change, Chris noticed some new scratches along the back side of my car (compliments of my teenage daughter) and worked his magic to make them less visible free of charge. Awesome service!

Trussville Express oil change on chalkville road is AWESOME! Sam, John service my car today and always give great recommendations. I trusted and value them.Good teams approach with a mission to keep me from been stranded. They're honest and know their stuff. Almost 300000 miles mark. Thanks again for job well done.

The staff at this location very rude. I will never go to this location ever again. The messed up my car and when I went for them to fix it they acted as though I was the issue. CULLEN IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE. Told me the customer I was irritating him because i walked up to get my car. I brought my car in to be fixedbut the simple oil change I went in for ruined my car. And they tried to make it though it wasn t their fault. Rick tony and Cullen has the worst customer service. Pulled my car out of the bay and just left the door open. I said can I get the keys he yells ,they should be in there. I said so what about a receipt. There isn t one! We did it for free! How rude!!! Never ever will I let them touch my car and I have always used express oil change never again! If I could give no stars I would.

Brian was awesome he told me ab the fuel system cleaning and will be getting that done @15, 000 miles for sure! I can't express my thanks enough to Express Oil! I drove from work to here with one of my belts missing. Got an oil change and new belt replaced, quickly, and for a great price!Meagan was wonderful to work with and did a thorough inspection. With so much negative in the world these days, it sure was refreshing to have such pleasant , positive customer service from Rick today. This place is garbage or at least the same guy I got both times is horrible. (Granted there was one guy washing windows and such, and I literally just wanted to reverse and get into his lane,)Both visits took at least 40. Today was 48mins . Most of the time was 20 minutes without anything being started. This was while in bay with hood up.and I watch car after car come in and leave while I literally just sit there without anything happening to my car. One visit, okay just a possible abnormality, but two times in a row. Trash. And no effort to reduce price or anything.Service: Oil change

Went in for a oil change this morning. Was greeted by Rick. Such a sweet gentlemen, that man. Very pleasant and manner-able. Did I mention funny? They charged me $180 to change the oil in my Ram 2500 and couldn't even tighten the filter properly I should have known when the service pack tried to put only five quarts of oil in a 6.7 L Cummins diesel engine that they had no clue how to do their job. Needless to say oil sprayed all over the underneath of the truck so now I have a brand new truck with motor oil all over it for every single bit of dust and dirt to stick to. Do not go here unless it is an absolute emergency, you would have better luck getting your oil changed at Burger King next door

They left my oil filter loose and oil leaked out all over my driveway l drove to another express oil change and they tightened it up this could have burnt my engine up I'm very dissatisfied. I went back over and the manager said put some cat litter on the oil spots and said when I got ready for another oil change he might have a coupon he's lucky they didn't burn my engine up.Service: Auto maintenance

Very nice and prompt attention. My appointment was at 8a on Tues 06-29-2021 for air conditioner work. The mechanic walked out to the car in the rain and helped me.. I thought that was so dope.I don't remember his name but the ticket shoes his initials as EB,Great service tech and very knowledgeable. Made sure I understood everything Thanks for your help sir
