Everytime i come into express oil change im greeted with a smile from my favorite oil change lady Ashanti she is very professionell in what she does and makes the exprience very joyful and fast i really appreciate the service.

Joseph Beard and his team (Ashanti, Jonathan & the young man who asked me more than once if I was OK waiting...sorry that I didn't remember your name) were superb on this visit. There was a brief wait before my service and they kindly checked in on me throughout. Then as my service got underway, the specific oil needed was out. So they made a store run!!!! This team works well together and is respectful of each other. To watch them work together was awesome! All those who were getting work done will attest to their great customer service. I took my daughter's car there to have the oil and air filter changed and after we left there and my daughter was driving down the highway and oil came out of the bottom of the car. I had the car towed back to the establishment and they checked the engine and stated the oil plug came out, in which it was not tight. The oil was replaced and so far the car is still running.

From the start amazing great customer service she was bubbly and so sweet made my entire day had me a done in 15 min cracking jokes and chatting the entire time deff went above and beyond...as long as she is doing my oil changes I will absolutely be back!!! 5 stars is not enough!

I visited this express oil change the week of October 1st and Johnathan and the crew gave the BEST customer service including getting the air filter I needed in a short time and had me on my way. It had been a while since I had been to express but they really made me want to come back and make them my 'go to' for oil changes in the future.

We had a wonderful experience at this location! Jonathan and Latisha was so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with solving our issue. They were honest and solved the issue in 5 minutes unlike Brannon Honda that kept us waiting for over an hour and still had not done the diagnostic that they were going to charge us $179.00 for. I highly recommend this company!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

Bought new tires and had them mounted here. The service was much faster than I expected even with the alignment. The service tech also found a small water leak I was unaware of but could have been a major problem on the expressway had it blown. I love my older model car and as time goes by I expect to find more minor issues. I hope the guys at Express will help me keep it running well.
