Visited Eastern Tire distributors Consulted with Scott the owner on 4/3/24 to get a set of 305/35/24 Sailun's installed on my 2019 Ram unlimited. I had replaced a set of Lexani's and WOW! What a tremendous difference in ride!!! Looking for fair, honest friendly competent tire, alignment service? Well look no further, you'll be glad you stopped by and spending your money here you'll feel good about.

So appreciative of the honesty and fairness at Eastern. It's 0826. My appointment was for 0800. Cody was prompt in getting my car in. I thought my brakes were in need of replacement. He let me know that they are still in good shape and no repairs were needed. I am grateful for that news and knowing that this company is not out to swindle. I will be returning if I need any repairs.

I will continue to shout from the rooftops on how amazing this place is. There is no other mechanical shop I trust with my vehicle. My family has been coming here for years and we refer everyone we know to them. They get the job done quick, efficiently and affordably.

Went on a Saturday, To Tired, and I expected a long wait ....to my surprise and delight I was in and out within 40mins. The Guys were Super DUPER Friendly and Professional!!!

Top notch. I had a front tire that toed in. I took it to Firestone in center point Alabama because we purchased lifetime alignment. They told me they could not line it up because the frame was bent. This is a 3/4 ton van with no visible body damage. So I took it to Eastern tire on a recommendation from a friend and explained the situation. About 1hr later my van was done and aligned perfectly . Thank you Eastern for being knowledgeable and professional. Awesome.

We have used them for 30 or more years we have moved to Talladega and still use them. They are dependable courteous and do not try to sell you tires if you don't need all 4. Great people

Simply the best. Awesome customer service, quality work, always honest, and very reasonable prices. Always gets us out and back on the road in a timely manner as well. Scott and his crew are great people. Our family have been customers for over 25 years. We send everyone we know in the Birmingham metro area here. You can t find businesses like this anymore. Give them a try!

Highly recommend these guys. Not only did they repair my tire perfectly and at a great price, they also put the repaired tire back on the vehicle and returned the spare to under the vehicle - which is a hassle to do. This placed reminds me of how business used to be run 30 years ago in a very good way. Thanks!

Went for front brakes,rotors, and brake wear sensor on Mini Cooper. Job in included top off of brake fluid. Reasonable priced.Thanks for your efficient service!

Excellent service! I made an appointment to put two new tires and get a front end alignment. I walked in for my Saturday appointment (a few minutes early) and was greeted with a smile and them quickly looking up my appointment info. They took my keys and about an hour later (it honestly felt shorter than that) they gave me a call to come pick it up. When I came to pick up my jeep I noticed that all my tires now had tire shine. That was a minor detail but that was really appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great customer service as well as speedy service. 5 stars well deserved.

This shop is one of the best in Birmingham. They are polite and timely, kept me updated through all my work I had done. Better alignment than mavis and used tires look almost new! Definitely recommend

These guys are exceptional. Best price on tires that I have ever found. They get you in and out in a short time. They also do alignments as well. Lifetime customer here. I highly recommend!

I went in and got 4 used tires and they was best tires ever I still have two of them on my car and it's been last year since I got them and it exceeded the warranty they gave me& I'm going get an alignment Monday coming up

My dad has known Scott for years and was quick to send me his way when I told him I needed brakes. I was also hearing an awful sound coming from the rear of my car when driving on the highway and was afraid I needed a lot more than just new brakes. I was happy that it was just new rotors and brake pads at a very affordable price! My dad s exact words to me when dropping off my car were, Go ahead and tell them to get started on whatever the issue is and not to even worry about calling with a quote first. If they say you need something done to your car, then you NEED it. They re as trustworthy as it gets. He was so right! Highly recommend these guys!!

They have always had my trust when it comes down to my tires. Now, I can trust them with my brakes. They didn't try to beat me out of a price and find things more wrong than brakes. I am definitely a returning customer.

My experience is great.. my problem is with the uncleanliness of the Facility it looks like it had not been cleaned in months.. Dust , dirt , trash underneath chairs , old magazines.. the CDC would not be happy with what I see .. this is what customers see as they wait for their vehicle.. not pretty..

I took my car there to grt it realigned and they did a perfect job. Put 2 new front tires on my car and now my car drives so much better! Would highly recommend Eastern Tire to anyone and every one needing work done on their car.

Great place to go for auto repairs. Their quick to fix a bad tire and there price is very affordable. All the mechanics are knowledgeable and won't sell you what you don't need. I'll be going back in the future.

I have dealt with them 3 or 4 times so far. I will never go anywhere else. They are so nice and HONEST. Unfortunately that's a hard quality to come by these days.
