I bought a lawnmower from here. I've never been able cut my whole yard with the mower. I brought it back 4 times for the same problem. And everytime the people tried to talk down to meet . I Think They Did a Decent job on my Bike Although the Cabby Wasn't Supposed to Charge Me for the Ride But he Didn't Remember What He Said to Me But I am Good

They ok I guess I paid for service twice to get my lawnmower fixed & it was still doing the same thang before I took it down there when I got it back smh I don t have time to keep going back & forth down there when it should ve been done right the first time & then big guy be getting attitude with you like it s your fault when I m the one should have attitude & be mad about my lawnmower when I m wasting money that I don t have like that to get something fixed right the first time smh. Poor customer service!!!

I left my lawnmore there for a simple repair that became a major repair. The head gasket was blown on my 2 year old Craftsmen M320 lawnmower. The owner Joe and the 2 other older gentlemen seemed very helpful and reapectful. The younger gentleman who actually did the repair seemed like he was having a very stressful day so his body language and mannerism seemed to be off. But it was a very hot day, he looked dehydrated, and he seemed to be under alot of pressure to get items repaired. In all it was an great experience and I would recommend anyone to do business with them. Always bring cash.Services: Lawn mower tune-up & repair, Engine repair

Got my motorcycle back in parts. Things were missing. Had my motorcycle for over 2yrs and never got it fixed. Made me leave a deposit and tried to make me leave my money for the work they didn't do when I picked it up. Ended up getting my bike back and having to scrap a brand new motor I bought for it. Just because they damaged it during installation. Very unprofessional, inefficient, and crooks at best. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

Horrible service, droped off equipment checked back every week and got same answer "we havent go to it yet". After 2 months they acted like i they didnt know what i was talking about but i still had claim tag. So next time i called they claimed intake fell apart upon removal. Claimed he wouldnt know where to get a replacement. They are SCAMMERS u take them anything of value they will try to find a way to keep it or charge you more than its worth to fix.

Very rude, I called to get a price and ask the man how was he doing and he ignored me and proceeded to ask me how can he help me in a very rude manor I do not recommend this place at all!!! Go else where ! Where you and your money will be appreciated !!

I am so happy I found this place. I purchased a Hammerhead 250ss go cart second hand and when I purchased it, it would turn over but not start. The owner said the he let the go cart sit up for a year, but it did run but was pretty sure the carburetor needed cleaning. I took it to Basch Brothers in Cullman, because this is where the cart was originally purchased. I told them that I wanted to get the carburetor cleaned and to look over the go cart for anything else it needed. They called me the next day and said it had no compression. I told them that's odd because when I purchased the cart, I checked the compression and it was at 90lbs. They said I don't know what to tell you but we are only get 60lbs. AT this point I understood they didn't want to work on it and I picked it up and took it to Dr. Joe's in Ensley. They found the carburetor was gumed up and the vacuum line. They return the go cart to me the next day completely fixed. The fee was only $115 and the work was completed quicker than I expected.

I highly recommend this place. Quick service at a reasonable price. Lawn mower works MUCH better.

Wasn't given a time my lawnmower would be repaired. After a week was told it was ready 4 days ago and now the mower doesn't run at all!! The blade needed repaired only and now when you start it oil shoots out and they didn't put all screws back on. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! They even talk to their customers poorly.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there they tell u that u got a 15 day warrent but once you take it bacc they will run inside a come with a B and there high. You cant go to your own people and do business i even heard one of them say l dont want to finish his bike after i paid please take my word dont go there

These ppl are rip offs.They talk to you crazy and they dont do a good job,u take ur equipment there n they mess up something else..I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Very unprofessional had a go cart for over a month just to tell me to go buy my part so they can fix it..which was the reason I put it in the shop never go here again see why people go to the other kind instead of they own
