When I went I was greeted by Dale's son. Dale is doing well and is expanding into buying homes so he's staying busy. They still gave me the classic option of a $25 or a $35 tire, or like new for $50. Fast service as always took less than 30 minutes and I had a tire that looked new for $35. Keep in mind you should rotate and balance your tires or you can cause your car to make a noise, typically from the bearings not being balanced. I've been going here for over a decade and always pleased with the service. Give them a call if you need an inexpensive tire.

I've been to this location over two times now. One time to buy a tire and another time to have a tire plugged. The attention to detail, prompt service, and price have been the best I've found. Truly pleased & Highly recommend.

CROSS THREADED MY LUGS.10/213 Update a year later: I was stupid enough to deal with these clowns again. Bought a single tire for my wife's car to replace a nail punctured tire. The tire blew out on the interstate and she almost wrecked. When I say blew out, I mean the sidewalls looked like they'd been shot with a shotgun.

This might look like a hole in the wall but it's the best place I've found to buy pull offs (like new tires) they've got a huge selection of tires all sizes and you can get a set of 4 tires mounted and balanced for under 250.00 dollars I got my set for 206.00 dollars you just can't beat that and there service is very fast my set was installed in 15min so I wasn't there long

Prices went up on used tires. Not a big deal. But when I asked why they went up I was told they were never that price. I've bought from them for years at the usual price. Being called a liar to my face isn't good business. Matter of fact I bought 2 tires from there yesterday. So they haven't lost me completely. I just didn't appreciate it being called a liar. Otherwise I would recommend them.

I have shopped here 2 times, and my sister in law went a 3rd time. The first 2 times with me were good, got a good deal on new tires.The most recent time when my sister in law went, something absolutely unacceptable happened.She was getting close to needing new tires, and decided to try them out. Well not only did they give her used tires, but they were in worse condition than her current ones, all 4 were different brands, and the worst part was that one of them was patched 3 times, had a broken belt, and was severely out of shape and extremely dangerous to be driving on.I can't even begin to tell you how mad I am that this happened, and the fact that they won't accept responsibility for it and give a refund. Now she is out an additional set of tires because of the unacceptable practices of this place.Avoid at all cost. They don't care about your safety!

I was very pleased with my experience. Was happy with the tires and workmanship of the employees getting the job done. I was on a time limit and they got the job dine and I was able to make my appointment in good time.Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Great place to go for anyone looking for quality used tires at reasonable prices. The 2 front tires I received looked brand new and had 85% tread left...service was fast and although they looked super busy, I waited no longer than 20 minutes. I pulled right up to a tech, who immediately asked what he could do, I hopped out, he went to look for the tires in the size I needed and came back a few minutes later and asked if I liked them. Fantastic service! Will return for another set for the rear soon.

We have been buying tires from Dale's for years. The tires are always excellent. The staff is courteous and friendly and usually gets you out in under an hour. This was my first time going there on a Saturday. They were very busy. I purchased two tires mounted and balanced $104 out the door for my 2012 Pilot. You can't beat Dale's!

Best place to buy like new tires.. I got a complete set of 4 like new 17 in Michelin tires for my Dodge Journey. Mounted and balanced for $200 total out of pocket. I didn't even have to get out of the car. I have traveled from Mississippi to Birmingham Alabama to Dales Tires over the past 5 sets of tires in the past 8 years to get my tires. They are always courteous, kind, and helpful.I would definitely recommend Dales Tires to all my friends and family,

This place is the place you need to go for tires or tire repair. We had a flat and looked up the closest tire place. We found Dale's online and decided to give a try. Yes, it does look like a place you wouldn't want to stop but don't judge it before you have tried it out. We literally pulled in and asked if they could fix our tire or get a new one if needed. The guy pulled off my tire and was able to patch it right up. It took about 5 mins. Very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing tires or a tire repair. Remember don't judge the place until you have gave them a try. Very friendly, fast and great service.

Been going here for years. First timers probably need to go with an experienced customer the first time. It's not like any other tire store. They don't answer the phone so you have to go and roll the dice. They usually have a tire or tires that will work. For the price (usually $50 or less) per tire, it's totally worth it.

They are reasonable and I have talked to other customers who have been coming there for years. I have been coming here for the last 2 years. The only thing is you may have to wait but they will get to you. But their prices are low so sometimes it's better just to get a new tire instead of patching. Depends on where you drive.

I believe this place was handed down to the son of the original owner. So in a sense it's a family business. He seems to be a good honest businessman with good staff and even better pricing. However they never ever answer the phone due to already having enough business and they are busy. Just literally to busy to answer their phone. I believe the phone is there for emergency purposes only!!!! My phone was set to redial consistently and after 4 days Of calling for 2 weeks I finally just drove down there and spoke face to face. Don't even bother wasting the time to call just grab cash and drive there he does accept debit card and quite possibly credit cards there is a card slide device for payment. Although cash could possibly be the better source of payment. If this business would at least answer their phone one day a week or one hour a day or even had an answering machine to leave message/call back I would have given a nearly unheard of 5th star. Overall good place to do business and he does warrant certain items himself.

Great prices on used tires. Was hard to get them to sell them though. 1st day I was too late and the person there said to come back tomorrow (Saturday) got there at noon and really busy so I asked what time they closed and he said 3. Came back at 2 and the same guy said they're closed. Finally got tires on Tuesday and it went smoothly. Overall good deals but be patient if you have to work around a schedule

I have never been treated badly here, but this time was terrible, had mr Dale himself been there i don't think I would have been treated this way.. they could do better!
