BEWARE THEY ARE ALL FOR THE MONEY!!If I could I would give this place 0 stars. They will get over on you if you will let them definitely an untrustworthy place. I brought my Jaguar to replace my fuel injectors vehicle was running when it was brought to the shop but not the best. I was quoted 5k to replace all of them I asked if they were comfortable doing it they assured me they have everything they need to get it done. Well I get a call a few days later stating they broke off the injector in the cylinder head and would have to drill it out for a extra $1700 and if that didn t work they would have to pull the engine and I was quoted 10k for that. After all of this I decided I didn t want them touching my vehicle anymore and they told me it would be $2275 to get it out. That was an insane price considering that nothing was done but damage on their end and my vehicle is in worse condition than it was when it came in. They dropped it down to $900 once I told them that price is very inconsiderate and I m not paying that knowing the fact you all made a mistake and nothing was done. I paid $900 for nothing at all litteraly nothing was done for me. Chris told me if I can find a shop who is comfortable working on my vehicle I should take it there which shows they wasn t comfortable working on it their self definitely will be taking legal actions towards this. I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone you can not trust this shop.**Update**Took it to another mechanic shop they got injectors out with no problem but they can t get the one out that Christian brothers broke off so because of them breaking one they may have to pull the whole engine out which is going to cost me a fortune. They also are lying in the reply below I was never told the injectors would be a problem until they broke it. They also NEVER removed my supercharger.

Awesome service. The staff was very friendly and communicated with me via text and phone call throughout the whole process. They worked on my 72' International Scout which is a little rusty but they helped with the starter, carburetor, fuel system, and battery. Great team. I will be back with my other cars for repairs and oil service.

The personal service you receive from Christian Brothers is second to none. Number 1 The communication you receive is so appreciated. They call and/or text throughout the process of auto repairs. Beyond this, they make you feel like family. Customer Service is so important in this day and age of automation; they answer their phone immediately and always have time to talk to you and answer all questions. I consider Christian Brothers my mechanic for all my auto needs

Richard went above and beyond to assist with my engine replacement. He worked with the warranty company and was able to have the majority of the repairs covered. They were honest and thorough! The entire shop was phenomenal and professional! I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive! The absolute best service I have ever received.

The best auto shop ever! Chris explained to me why my truck was running the way it running. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it, then gave me a plan moving forward. I will be back and I will tell those I know about this great shop.

They re very responsive to questions and/or concerns and showed a high level of attentiveness to my needs. They were able to immediately take my vehicle in for a diagnostic and recommended the best options for me. Overall, their customer service was phenomenal!

I have recommended several people to this establishment for years and we were all satisfied with the service. The problem came in when I started having an issue out of my NEXEN tires that I bought 12/22. Every time it rains my tires become very slippery and lose traction uphill and my car fishtails when I turn left or right- this has never happened with the tires I previously bought from them.I took my Q50 in and had it checked. The tread is great, still under manufacture warranty. Christian Bros wants the manufacturer to take the blame and replace my tires, the manufacturer wants me to pay 50 percent of what a new set of tires would cost. I m not doing that!! I feel, this establishment should replace my tires and then they go after the manufacturer- it s the price of doing business. I can assure you we have spent more than what a set of tires are worth.My safely is in jeopardy with the product you sold me!!I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS BUSINESS!! AND THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS!!!

These guys (and gals) went over and beyond. The comprehensive report on my vehicle they provide is 2nd to none. They included pictures, and described EXACTLY what was wrong with my vehicle. Fair pricing. The staff is very friendly, and are very accommodating. Very nice building. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone needing repairs!

DO NOT go here unless you re ready to be overcharged like you ve never been before. They tried to charge us $4000 to repair our vehicle. It was an oil leak, alternator and new battery. Probably some other technical things but that s besides the point given we called 4 other mechanics and they said that was absurd. We are now taking it to a mechanic that can do it all for $2000. That s cut in half. Makes you wonder Christian brothers real motives. To empty your pockets! Also, they tried to charge $400 for us to take it to another place. We had to correct them and they brought it to $162, we again had to correct them and it was brought down to 112. I have no doubt they have cheated countless people into paying thousands more just because they have a nice office and Christian is in their name. DO NOT GO HERE.

Amazing company. I took my car in after having two other companies look at it. They have been great with working with me on financing and figuring out what is wrong with my car. Very friendly faces when you walk in, just makes you feel like part of the family. They are excellent and patience when it comes to explaining what s going on and what they are working on with the car. I absolutely love this place and recommend it everyone. I found my new automotive home. Update::had to bring in my car last minute (third visit) and they got me in, fixed and car ready to go writhing 24 hours. Great hours and customer service. Thankful I found this place!Second time I have had to come to one of their locations, and have been very happy with the communication and hard work! Andrew was great at letting me know what was happening. Definitely will return if I have any new issues.

I visited Christian Brothers and had work performed on my Volvo C30. The work didn t solve the problem presented and that was more than frustrating. But to my surprise the owner reached out to me and was quick to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Trust is a must when you need repairs. My hat is off to Baker for working with me through my obvious frustration and meeting me half way. There was a simple phone conversation and his patience was appreciated because I went in thinking nothing would be done. I was wrong. To anyone who may be in the same shoes I was in, reach out to the business and don t stop until you speak to someone who can and will make a difference. Thank you Baker.

We came in from out of town to buy a used Honda car and Christian Brothers were able to fit in our pre-purchase inspection same day. The front office staff Carly and Cullen went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure a thorough and well priced inspection ($150). Cullen even personally checked a couple areas of the car where we had some concerns that might not be picked up on a routine inspection. The lobby is bright bright clean, and there's free wifi. We got a thorough inspection report with photos and were able to negotiate down the price of the car with that information. We highly recommend Christian Brothers Trussville!

Over the years I've had my cars serviced here for multiple services and they've never disappointed me. This is my "go to" location for my car care needs. They're always professional, upfront, efficient and communicate with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend!

Nice friendly / family atmosphere, looked at my vehicle and actually saved me money from what I thought the original problem was, could have easily gouged me out of $420.00 but instead after a diagnosis told me it was something less minor and less expensive than what I thought saving me more than half of that . Great business and honesty. Will continue to do business with them for sure

I think the customer service at Christian Brothers is absolutely awesome. Cullen was super nice and explain the services I need and they also have a shuttle service with an great driver for a ride to work or hm. I am very please with my experience

Always friendly. Great work. They clearly explain what is going on with your vehicle and how to fix it. Pictures are included in inspections, so you can see what they were seeing. Quick turn around time with customer service that goes above and beyond. They fixed turbo charger and gave tune up at nearly half the price the Honda store was going to charge. I called to make an appointment. Got there on time. Mark was my writer. I waited 5 minutes and he came to me to let me know it's gonna be a while. He offered me a ride home and he's very pleasant to talk to. I noticed how clean the shop is. That's important to me being a 45 year auto technician. So he picked me up, my car was as clean as it was when I dropped it off. Shot it to the technician and to Mark . I have a repair center I will be using.Thank You.. Phenomenal customer service. Truck broke down right be the shop. They came out and looked at it based on description and driving around the corner to their parking lot determined transmission issue.In turn they took me home in the shuttle. Didn t charge for diagnostic/shuttle and let truck sit until tow truck picked up the next day. Shop definitely doing right by people.
