BAD ATTITUDE!!! BAD BUSINESS!!! My son is only 18 years old with no mechanical expertise whatsoever. He asked Mike to change his transmission fluid and to see where the other transmission fluid had possibly gone causing it to be low. I had no idea he had taken the car to Mr. Mike in the first place because the vehicle is registered to me not my son who is still considered a minor. He called my son to come and pick up the car on Friday stating that he fixed a couple of the codes and put the fluid in but that there was no other issues except to get his brakes checked .Two days later, my driveway was filled with transmission fluid. Thank God my dog is okay because he licked some of it off of the pavement and started rubbing his face on the sidewalk. My son called Mr. Mike the following day on Monday and he told him to bring it back Wed. Today, Thursday he calls my son and says it's going to be another $250 to fix a pipe that was leaking and it had a whole in it. I went with my son because he is a minor to get a better explanation as to why he didn't notice the leak when he put the new transmission fluid in there. In return he began to get upset raising his voice stating that he told my baby to watch out for a leak. As a mechanic why would you fill it with fluid expecting it to run out and force him to bring it back to you for service. Everything he put in the car ran right back out. Why not fix the issue the first time and charge one set price which was my question. He began to yell at me that he didn't need any of this and that he didn't care and that he wasn't going to fix it. I told him he should care because thank God something didn't happen to my son instead. I told him that was fine and that my son was a minor and I didn't sign any paperwork nor pay him for service and that he was wrong for taking advantage of a minor. He stated that didn't matter either. I told him I was going to try to come to a resolution with him but his attitude and demeanor was a bit far too much and out of line. He got upset again and told his guys to put it back together and drop the car. My advice is that he's rude. No mam should speak to a woman in that form and I'm glad I went with my son because he would have taken advantage of him again. Could have ruined my vehicle completely and made it far more worse than when we started. Never recommending this company

Please DO NOT !! take your vehicle to this shop. They will force the wrong parts on your transmission by filing the part to fit, causing more problems in the future to keep you coming back to them. They did not even put all the parts back on the transmission. They left off the cooling system unit which was a very important part of the transmission. They will just continue take your money and keep giving you BAD SERVICE! Got the transmission repair at another shop. The mechanic showed us the work they had done. And then ,showed how the parts were filed down to fit..And showed us the cooling unit was missing

I only had diagnostic service done on one of my cars. Mr. and Mrs. Gray were excellent when it came to addressing my concerns. Mike walked me through the diagnostic cleared the codes and and it turned out, I had no transmission issue. The price was beyond reasonable compared to Jim Burke Nissan.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I mistakenly trusted a few recommendations to attempt to use this shop to rebuild truck's transmission. I patiently waited several weeks Nov-Dec. 2022 for a spot in queue. Finally mid January a spot opened up for me to drop it off. A few weeks went by and no communication regarding the repair status. I would then call in to ask for a status update - and typically the answer would be "we are almost ready to get to it". At one point an excuse was they needed some type of software subscription (which I offered to pay for) there was never any phone calls to me the customer from the shop-i would always be the one to call in and the owner would speak as though I had offended him my checking on my vehicle. More than once he would say you can take it somewhere else if you like. So clearly they had no intention of working on it in a timely manner. Honestly it was a very disrespectful experience. They kept my truck on their lot for 3 months I finally took it elsewhere.

Fast reliable service definitely recommend must say my first experience was great. Very pleased with the work done. Friendly staff. Mike the owner is an honest hard working guy. Made sure the job was done in a timely manner dispite the volume of customers. Really helped me out big time. Couldn't ask for more.

Have had 4-5 transmissions replaced here a few more fixed and had great service in a timely manner every time and never had a problem with anything they've done. My father actually had a car there one time and while it was there had a massive heart attack and was in the hospital for over a month. I called them and told them what was going on and that it may be a little while before I could pick up the car and they said it was no problem. When I DID finally go to pick it up they let me have it back at no cost. They're good folks that do good work for a good price. We don't go anywhere else for transmission work.

I appreciate the honesty and integrity from the owner of this business. He diagnosed my issue which turned out not to be what the diagnostic test was at RC Motors. I was told I needed a transmission. This company, who specialized in transmission work, saved me a ton of money. He could have agreed with the company and charged me to install another transmission but he didnt. You don't find too many honest mechanics these days. I pray that his business will overflow in blessings beyond blessings.

Wholesale Transmission doesn't deserve the 1 star I'm forced to give them... Never, ever, ever, take your car to this shop! Mike the owner is a misleading individual. He told me it would be 2-4 days before they would have my car finished. I called back in 4 days later, and he said they had to figure out the ratios and to call back in 2 more days. I said okay, thinking they were working on it, and just needed to tweak a couple things before it was ready. Well come to find out they NEVER even touched my car. It's a week and a half now, and I had to call a tow-truck to get it to another shop (aamco)...so instead of having my car back in a few days, it's now going to be 2 weeks before it's done. Wholesale Transmission is complete Bullshit! You're a fool if you go to them!! Stay away, and do yourself a favor...take your car somewhere else!

I had my transmission rebuilt 3 years and 49000 miles ago at a total cost of $2100.00 Went out AGAIN and owner acted like he didn't care!!! WANT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NO MORE!!!
