Worst customer service ever! 1st glass had a wave in it. Showed up for 2nd appointment, glass a a scratch in it. Calibration wasn't correct on my intermittent wipers. 3rd glass was fine. Rock chip caused a new crack, new glass yesterday, came home and went to drive, windshield wipers locked up. Tech came out today, after 1.5 hours still not working. He left only to come back 15 minutes later, wiper blades were reinstalled backwards. Works fine now but refuse to make it right!$$$$15+ hours lost from work!

I just left Cassady and self glass. Needed a full windshield replacement didn t even take longer than 30 mins, and they got the job done! I hate that I didn t catch the man s name who did my mustangs windshield, But both of them did such an amazing job I have zero regrets about choosing this place. I m so so so glad I chose them. Ms Julie was just as amazing, she took care of me, answered all my questions professionally and was very nice the entire time! We even shared a little fist bump at the end lol. The entire staff was so welcoming and all around great. If you have any questions or concerns please ask for Ms Julie, she will take care of you with no problems. Or just any of the staff, they were all very kind and helpful, made me feel like yeah this is the place to come to for now on. Thank you Cassady and self! I m a very happy customer

The absolute best!!! Incredibly prompt and easy to get my windshield fixed. Everyone so friendly that I almost want to knock out my windshield again so that I can go back.

Cassady & Self Glass Company offered rapid service (day of) and much cheaper (yet still high quality) service compared to Safelite. They were extremely helpful, quick, and caring during my glass repairment. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I called needing my whole windshield replaced. Parker and Wyatt came out the very next day and replaced it in less than 15 minutes! They were very professional and efficient! They didn't even mind me watching them work! Also, they were much cheaper than Safelite. They have made a customer out of me! I'll never go anywhere else. Very pleased.

Excellent service! Was cutting grass when a rock flew and shattered the back door glass in my daughter's SUV - called Cassidy and was set up to have it replaced the next morning. Wyatt was the technician and he was amazing! Very professional. Called me the next morning and worked out a time and location that was convenient for me. Had the window replaced in about 20 minutes. I hope I don't need them again BUT now I know who to call if I do.

I used Cassidy for my second windshield replacement. It s very easy and fast to get a quote and schedule an appointment. Payton and his partner were wonderful doing the installation (on such a hot day). I recommend them to everyone! Thanks for your great service!

They came out to me and replaced my windshield in no time. The installer was able to clean the rain tray and pillars while the glass was out, which was most appreciated. Great local glass shop!

Had my car broken into sadly, had my driver window busted. The next day I call got an appointment for 3 days window came in cracked. They put flim wrap on the window apologized wasn't thier fault 3 days latter got another appointment. Didn't pay until it got installed. Also the wrap lasted super well. The price is reasonable too. I highly recommend this place.

I have had to work with most of the larger glass companies in the area and none came close to Cassady & Self for good Old fashioned service. I have recommended them for years.

Called to get a quote and schedule a time to bring my car in. They had me there the next day. I showed up an hour early and was done and on the road shortly after my originally scheduled appointment (Most of that time was waiting the 30 minutes before driving again). The entire staff was extremely polite and friendly. Windshield looks great and the service was much faster than I expected. They came highly recommended from a coworker and they did not disappoint in any aspect.

I would highly recommend this company! They were able to work me in with a busy schedule, the price was reasonable and the service was great! Tiffany was super nice and helpful and Matt did an excellent job replacing the windshield on our truck. He called me ahead of time, arrived exactly as promised and was finished in no time. We will definitely use them again should we have the need! Thanks guys!

Great people to deal with! Fast and courteous and the best price too. Cassady will come to you or you can drive to their office to have the work done. There is no additional cost to have them come to you. They install only quality products and their craftsmanship is excellent. In short order I was back on the road with a crystal clear windshield! Perfectly sealed and not a single leak ;-).

I typically don't write reviews but I was so impressed by these guys I thought I would. They went out of their way to make this convenient and very affordable. We schedule the install, they drove to my place of work, installed the windshield in 30 minutes or less. He handed me an invoice and I paid over the phone with debit card. Could have not been easier.

Very friendly and fast when making my reservation. Great service the next day by Matt. Lowest price around. Also, they were recommended by Green Garage in Birmingham, so that sealed it. Great company---will use again.

I had to finish a job. Had no idea they offered shower doors. The woman in the office in the back went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Her customer service was totally awesome.

I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews, but over the past ten years, we've used Cassady & Self Glass for replacing several windows. Their prices have always been great and their service is prompt. Plus, the staff is friendly. You can't say that about many businesses these days, so there you have it! Very happy customer.
